Abstract

The Tarbiyatul Mu'allimien al-Islamiyah (TMI) Islamic Boarding School is an educational institution that places great importance on learning and language. One of them is learning Nahwu because it can help in speaking and writing correctly. Based on the researchers' initial observations of Regular IV class students, it was found that they tended to be passive in learning nahwu, because during the learning process many students were not focused so that the learning process was only understood by some students. so it is necessary to develop teaching methods that can involve students. To develop this method, researchers will use the Grammatical Hunt Method in Nahwu Learning, in this case the students hunt for words by circling the word horizontally, vertically, or crosswise. This research is a quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design. The samples in this study were class IV D and IV E TMI Al-AMien Prenduan, which consisted of 54 students. Research data was obtained by giving questionnaires and tests with a number of prepared statement instruments and giving test questions. The technique of data analysis in testing the hypothesis is to use the prerequisite test and independent sample t-test. The results of this scientific research indicate that the influence of the grammar hunting method on the learning interest of fourth grade TMI Al-Amien Prenduan students in nahwu material is very effective, and this is in accordance with the independent sample t-test, we can see that the value of Sig. > 0.05, then Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between the translation grammatical method and students' interest in learning. Likewise, based on the independent sample t-test on learning outcomes, we can see that the value of Sig. <0.05, then Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of the translation grammar method on student learning outcomes in nahwu subject for Regular IV grade students at TMI Al-Amien Prenduan effective.

Abstract

The use of strategies in learning is one of the supports for achieving the desired goals. To create an effective classroom atmosphere, a teacher is required to use learning strategies that are active, fun and do not seem boring to students. One of these strategies is khutwatut tadris al-mufassolah which was prepared by KH. Muhammad Idris Djauhari. This learning step uses Herbart's theory and was perfected by KH. Muhammad Idris Djauhari in studying the Maharah Kitabah. This strategy makes students more active during learning. This research aims to determine the process of learning Maharatul Kitabah and the application of Khutwatut Tadries Al-Mufashsholah as well as the factors that support and hinder the application of Khutwatut Tadries Al-Mufashsholah in learning Maharatul Kitabah among second semester students at Ma'had IDIA Prenduan. This research uses a qualitative approach and collects data using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the analysis of the validity of the data used is triangulation. The results of this research show that the Maharatul Kitabah learning process for IDIA Prenduan second semester students was carried out with 5 activity stages, namely opening, presentation, association, conclusion, and application. However, in its implementation there are also several factors that hinder it, namely lack of mastery of mufrodat, no special teacher guidance, no lesson plans. Meanwhile, the factors that support the implementation of khutwatut tadries al-mufashsholah are the student's activeness, the teacher's clear makhorijul letters, the teacher's pleasant demeanor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze phonological errors in reading Arabic texts on muthala'ah material and the factors causing these phonological errors. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to describe phonological errors and the causes of these errors. The data in this study was obtained from interviews with teachers teaching muthala'ah material and class II D students, besides that researchers also made direct observations in the field. The results of this research are phoneme changes in the use of thin (light) sounds instead of thick (heavy) voiced letters such as the use of phonemes /د/ to replace phonemes /ض/, the use of phonemes /ا/ to replace phonemes /ع/, and the use of phonemes /س/ to replace phonemes /ش, exchange of phonemes that have adjacent articulations such as the use of phonemes /س/ to replace phonemes /ص/ and the use of phonemes /س/ to replace phonemes /ث/ and eliminate phonemes that function as letters Mad. Namely: phoneme ا / in reading Arabic text on repeat material. While the factors causing phonological errors include internal factors including the lack of vocabulary owned by students, the lack of habituation to read Arabic texts and differences in student backgrounds, and external factors include the system of adding new vocabulary that has new phoneme sounds and the lack of attention of teachers in learning guidance to the development of students or students.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the problems of memorizing the Alquran (Hafidhah) in arabic learning. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive type. The data collection methods used were observation and interviews. The informants are the homeroom teacher of class 3 B of Ma'had Tahfidh Qur'an Middle School, Putri Al-Amien Prenduan, as well as the Arabic language teacher in class 3 B of Ma'had Tahfidh Qur'an Middle School, Putri Al-Amien Prenduan, and students of class 3 B of SMP Ma'had Tahfidh Qur'an Putri Al-Amien Prenduan. Next, the data obtained was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. Meanwhile, to check the validity of data, source triangulation was used. The results of this research are the problems of memorizing the Alquran (Hafidhah) in learning Arabic in takallum, namely lack of mastery of mufrodat, and confusion in using dhomir. To overcome this problem, Arabic teachers make efforts, namely repeating lesson that has been studied and inviting them to speak directly before the lesson begins.
