Abstract

Purpose- is to findout the effect of compensation and motivation against employee’s performance in Lamoda Restaurant, Jakarta. Design/methodology/approach- The respondents were all staffs of Lamoda. Data collected using quesionaire, and analyzed by multiple regression. Findings-It is concluded that compensation is a basic element of motivation to increase the performance of employees in Lamoda restaurant. Research limitations- The limited sample and variable assigned in this research that can be extended in the future research Practical implications- The scheme of compensation in Lamoda to be concentrated by its management as the key to motivate them for the maximum achievement The Originality- Usage of primary data as the basis of this research

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Competency, organizational commitment and career development on performance through variable work productivity. The sample involved was 200 respondent of employees Manhattan Hotel with a nonprobability sampling method. The data of this study were obtained from distributing questionnaire. Method of analysis is Path analysis, follow by transforming data using Method of Successive Interval(MSI), Malahanobis distance test, normality test, multicollinearity test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, correlation analysis, and mediation testing with sobel test. The results of this study are competency, organizational commitment, career development, work productivity and performance employee have a positive directly effect. Then organizational commitment and career development have an indirect positive impact to the performance through work productivity. Beside that, competency no indirectly effect on employee performance through work productivity as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine the influence of motivation, discipline and environment’s work simultaneously and partially on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of Hotel Morrissey Jakarta. Design/methology/approach- The sample used in this research is employees of Hotel Morrissey Jakarta as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Data collection techniques using field research. The data were analyzed by validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, linearity test) and multiple linear regression analysis while hypothesis testing included F test, T test and correlation and determination coefficient test (R2). Findings- The results of the analysis can be known the influence of motivation, discipline and work environment affect the employees performance either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, compensation and motivation to the employee performance at Grand Paragon Jakarta. Design/methology/approach- The study of variable be consisting of the independent variable are leadership, compensation and motivation of the dependent variable about performance. Kinds of data that will be study are primary data. A population that use in this research are all of staff at Grand Paragon Hotel. Sampling technique using saturation saturate sampling technique. Data collected and then analyzed using a program SPSS Versi 24. Findings- Can be concluded about leadership have a effect signification to the employee performance because the study of leadership a much 4,47 % . compensation have a effect of signification and positif to the staff performance is 15,70 %. Based on research of leadership, compensation and motivation with all of signifation influence and positive to the employee performance with the contribution are 24,01 %, and while the rest a much 75,99 % to effect by another variable its not to

Design/methology/approach- The population in this study are entire employee at DPS Catering Jakarta in July 2018. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling, by saturated sample method to determine 100 respondents. The method of analysis using Clasic test, prior to Multiple Linear Regresion by SPSS 20,0 as a tool, followed by f test; t test; Coorelation, and Determination tests. Findings- The results proved that partially, Communication variables have a positively effect on employee performance, Motivation variables have a positively effect on employee performance, work environment variables have a positively effect on employee performance partially. Hence, all of the variables are positively effected employee performance at DPS Catering Jakarta

Abstract

Business competition in restaurants is growing, so restaurants are required to not only focus on their sales targets, in order to survive in the midst of intense competition. The purpose of this study is to measure customer satisfaction at THE CAFÉ Hotel Mulia Senayan. By testing several variables including food quality, atmosphere, and location. The methodology of this research uses quantitative analysis of multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software. This study uses purposive sampling techniques to customers by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that food quality, atmosphere, and location simultaneously and partially affected customer satisfaction.
