Abstract

This study investigates the effect of Generation Z participation and Financial Technology (FinTech) innovation on community welfare and sustainable development within Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a cross-sectional survey design to collect primary data from MSME owners, employees, and stakeholders. Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was used to analyze the data and test the hypothesized relationships. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between both Generation Z participation and Financial Technology Innovation with Community Welfare and Sustainable Development. The results underscore the importance of harnessing youth entrepreneurship and technological innovations to drive socio-economic development and promote sustainable growth within the MSME sector. These findings have significant implications for policymakers, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders striving to foster inclusive and sustainable development in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digitalisasi dalam peningkatan pelayanan publik di Dinas Dukcapil Kabupaten Gorontalo, menganalisis berbagai kendala yang muncul dalam proses pelaksanaannya, serta menilai sejauh mana digitalisasi mampu meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas pelayanan publik sekaligus memberikan kepuasan bagi masyarakat. Digitalisasi dipandang sebagai solusi strategi untuk menjawab tantangan sistem konvensional yang sering mengaburkan keterlambatan, antrian panjang, serta keterbatasan sumber daya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada aparatur Dukcapil Kab. Gorontalo yang terlibat langsung dalam pelayanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan digitalisasi telah memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan, terutama pada peningkatan pemahaman aparatur terhadap teknologi, efisiensi kinerja, percepatan layanan, serta peningkatan kepuasan masyarakat. Dibandingkan dengan tahun-tahun sebelumnya, terlihat adanya perkembangan dalam kesiapan aparatur, tersedianya fasilitas digital, dan kualitas layanan. Namun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan kendala berupa gangguan teknis, rendahnya literasi digital masyarakat, perbedaan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, dan lemahnya koordinasi antarinstansi. Kesimpulannya, digitalisasi di Dukcapil Kabupaten Gorontalo telah menunjukkan kemajuan yang berarti, namun masih memerlukan perbaikan pada aspek infrastruktur, kapasitas SDM, dan tata kelola agar dapat mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang optimal, efektif, dan berkualitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui transformasi digital pada Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Kab. Bone Bolango. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digitalisasi telah memberikan keberhasilan bagi sektor UMKM kuliner Kab. Bone bolango. Ditemukan bahwa transformasi digital masih berada pada tahap adaptasi awal, di mana pelaku usaha mulai mengenal teknologi digital namun belum sepenuhnya mengintegrasikan teknologi tersebut dalam seluruh proses bisnis. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi digital sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan sumber daya manusia, dukungan pemerintah, dan kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam menerima perubahan. Transformasi digital pada UMKM merupakan bentuk adaptasi pelaku usaha terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan perubahan perilaku pasar. Transformasi tersebut terlihat melalui penggunaan media sosial, marketplace, dan aplikasi digital dalam aktivitas usaha. Implementasi transformasi digital masih menghadapi berbagai hambatan seperti rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan dukungan pemerintah, pelatihan berkelanjutan, serta penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia agar digitalisasi UMKM dapat berjalan secara optimal.

Abstract

Economic empowerment of coastal communities is essential to support sustainable tourism and improve local welfare. Tihu Beach in Bolaang Mongondow Regency has strong tourism potential, yet MSME activities remain limited due to insufficient skills in product processing, packaging, and marketing. This community service program aimed to enhance community economic capacity through training and mentoring in producing corn chips as a local-based MSME product. A participatory approach with a one-group pretest–posttest design was applied to 15 participants. Activities included production training, food sanitation education, packaging assistance, and evaluation of knowledge and skills. The results indicated significant improvements across all training aspects, with the highest increase in packaging and labeling skills from 28 to 82. Economic analysis showed a potential net profit of approximately IDR 1,860,000 per month. The program supports skill development and the strengthening of tourism-based coastal MSMEs

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of understanding of village apparatus regarding their primary duties and functions, as well as to assess their ability to use Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. This research employs a method that aims to describe and interpret the object in accordance with field reality. The use of the explanatory method seeks to create, systematically and factually, descriptions, illustrations, or depictions of the facts, characteristics, and relationships among the phenomena being investigated. The results are expected to serve as a basis for planning to improve the capabilities of village apparatus to realize more professional, efficient, and flexible village governance in line with development.
