Abstract

Educational organization strategy is the most important element in facing global challenges at the secondary school level. In an increasingly complex era of globalization, secondary schools are expected to be able to produce graduates who are competent and ready to face the demands of the rapidly changing world of work. This article was created to find out and analyze how the strategy of educational organizations at the secondary school level in facing global challenges. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method research type sourced from literature studies. Literature study is one of the research methods that uses the results of reviews from other journals as a source of reference. From the results it is known that: (1) Educational organization must be well implemented in secondary schools in line with the times. (2) It is important for education to be integrated with strategic management that ensures that educational goals and long-term vision are achieved. (3) Education as an organization also needs compact cooperation between the community and the government to build synergy between educational institutions.

Abstract

Abstract

The Enlightenment, particularly the philosophy of Immanuel Kant, profoundly influenced the development of modern international law, including the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (VCLT) 1969. This paper explores the connection between Enlightenment ideals and critical principles in the VCLT, such as pacta sunt servanda (Article 26) and the obligation to respect treaties regardless of internal laws (Article 27). The Enlightenment's emphasis on reason, autonomy, and universal moral obligations is a cornerstone for these principles, ensuring rationality and good faith in international relations. The problem addressed in this study is the extent to which these Enlightenment principles influenced the codification of international treaty law in the VCLT, particularly its emphasis on the binding nature of treaties and the universality of legal obligations. The methodology involves a philosophical and legal analysis of the VCLT's Articles 26 and 27, tracing their conceptual roots to Kantian philosophy and Enlightenment thought. Through this analysis, the findings reveal a direct connection between Enlightenment ideals and the VCLT's principles. Article 26's emphasis on good faith and binding commitments mirrors Kant's views on moral autonomy and universal laws. Article 27 reflects the Enlightenment's belief in universal obligations superseding localized, subjective rules, ensuring the supremacy of reason and international stability. The findings reveal that the VCLT's codification of pacta sunt servanda and related principles embodies the enduring influence of Enlightenment ideals, particularly those of Kant, in shaping a rational, cooperative, and just international legal order.

Abstract

The phenomenon of gang fights between groups has become a serious problem for all parties. Gang fights reflect the fragility of social control and the weak internalization of values of discipline and tolerance among teenagers. In addition, the cause of gang fights carried out by a number of students is based on pride and environmental influences that encourage them to engage in deviant behavior or even criminal acts. This study aims to describe the definition and characteristics of gang fights, examine gang fights as a form of social deviance, and identify the social deviance impacts caused by gang fights. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews and literature review. The study concluded that forms of social deviance such as gang fights are learned through intensive social interaction within peer groups, as explained by Differential Association Theory. Thus, gang fights as deviant behavior do not simply arise spontaneously, but are the result of a continuous social learning process in a supportive environment, where values of violence and group solidarity are formed and passed down from one individual to another.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Globalisasi telah mengubah dinamika organisasi, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang semakin multikultural. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tantangan dan strategi kepemimpinan multikultural dalam konteks kerja multinasional. Sumber data terdiri dari artikel ilmiah dan buku, dengan kriteria seleksi berfokus pada penelitian terbaru mengenai kepemimpinan lintas budaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis dokumen dan studi literatur untuk memahami teori dan praktik kepemimpinan multikultural. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin yang efektif harus memiliki kecerdasan emosional dan kesadaran budaya yang tinggi, serta kemampuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya pelatihan kepemimpinan yang berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan adaptif dan komunikasi lintas budaya. Kesimpulan utama menekankan bahwa kepemimpinan multikultural bukan hanya tantangan, tetapi juga peluang untuk meningkatkan inovasi dan kolaborasi dalam organisasi, sehingga mampu menghadapi kompleksitas pasar global. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan praktis bagi pemimpin dalam mengelola keragaman dan mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif.
