Abstract

Religious values can help a person to feel more peaceful and happier. This is because religious values can provide hope, optimism, and a strong belief in God or a greater power. This study aims to explain the cultivation of religious values through the Dhuha prayer program in SMP Ma'arif 1 Ponorogo. The research method used is a qualitative approach, a type of phenomenology. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by phenomenological analysis with the stages given by Miles and Huberman, namely data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. The results of his research were that the implementation of Duha prayers in congregation at SMP Ma'arif 1 Ponorogo was carried out every Monday-Thursday at 06.45-07.15 all students and teachers always carried out sunnah Duha prayers in an orderly manner. Through the Duha prayer activity program in congregation with efforts to assist teachers in congregational Duha prayers, and the application of discipline and the habit of praying Duha in congregation can foster religious character in SMP Ma'arif 1 Ponorogo students.

Abstract

Inflation is an increase in the prices of goods and services in a certain period whose growth is sought to remain low and stable for the sake of society's welfare. The aim of this research is to predict or predict the rate of inflation which will contribute to Indonesia economic uncertainty after the 2024 General Election. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Bank Indonesia website. This research uses Indonesian monthly inflation data from 2015 to 2024. The data is analyzed using the Double Exponential Smoothing method. The results of the analysis showed that descriptive analysis of Indonesian inflation from 2015 fluctuated and continued to decline until in 2021 it reached 1.67% and increased in 2022 reaching 5.51% and continued to decline in the following year. Forecasting results using the Double Exponential Smoothing method continue to decline for December 2024 to April 2025 with a MAD error value of 0.3202. Inflation forecasting in Indonesia is expected to support interested parties in making policies to maintain country stability and control economic uncertainty after the election.

Abstract

The rise of intermediaries in buying and selling transactions, where the seller uses another person to sell the goods, and vice versa, the buyer hires someone to look for goods to buy. However, in several facts on the ground, there were still irregularities that caused losses to both parties. This study aims to find out and understand the samsarah or broker contract in car buying and selling transactions at the Showroom Kab. bones. This research is a qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that samsarah contracts, which refer to transactions that use the services of people as an exchange, include samsarah contracts, which in Islamic fiqh can take the form of brokers, distributors, agents, and so on. The practice of buying and selling used car dealers or samsarah by Showroom in Kab. Bone in general fulfills the principles of honesty, transparency, and responsibility. The owner of the goods being sold will pay the intermediary by giving the broker permission to increase the selling price. According to scholars, buying and selling through intermediaries is legal as long as all parties benefit including sellers, buyers, and intermediaries, then this type of intermediary business is permissible. However, this business activity must carry out payment transactions through Islamic banks so that they run perfectly according to Islamic principles.
