Abstract

Current technological developments have greatly influenced developments in the business world with the ease of using technology, especially information technology, which has succeeded in moving the economy and trade, the ease of communication technology makes it easier to carry out trade transaction activities not only for one region but trade can now be carried out between cities , province, between islands or between countries. Such trade transactions require shipping services to deliver products from producers to consumers, this is what many companies then use by providing goods delivery services or what is often called expeditions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Stock Returns in the transportation sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period.The research method used is quantitative method, and uses a research population of 9 transportation companies. The sample technique used is purposive sampling method, the data in this study are financial statements in the form of ratios that represent each research variable and are processed using the SPSS Version 26 instrument measuring tool, the results of the t test (partial) Earning Per Share (EPS) hypothesis test research obtained that the tcount value < t table (0.559 < 2.036), with a sig value of (0.580 > 0.05) then H0 is accepted and HI is rejected. The t test (persial) Return On Equity (ROE) obtained that the value of tcount < ttable (-0.377 > 0.05), with a sig value of (0.580 > 0.05), then H0 is accepted and HI is rejected (-2.036) with a sig value of (0.709> 0.05), then H0 is accepted and HI is rejected. The t test (persial) Net Profit Margin (NPM) obtained tcount < ttable (0.952 < 2.036) with a sig value of (0.348 > 0.05), then H0 is accepted and HI is rejected, Based on these results it can be concluded that Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have no significant negative effect on Stock Returns.

Abstract

Edwin Ray Guthrie's learning theory, known as the concept of contiguity, emphasizes the importance of a direct relationship between stimulus and response in the learning process. According to this theory, a response tends to be repeated if the same stimulus reappears, thus becoming the main key in forming certain habits or behaviors. In the context of Christian Religious Education (PAK), this theory is relevant to be applied in teaching moral and spiritual values, such as love, honesty, loyalty, and forgiveness. Learning based on fragmentation and conditioning aims to shape the character of students consistently, sustainably, and in a directed manner according to Christian teachings. The main challenge in implementing this theory is maintaining the consistency of the stimulus in a dynamic classroom environment and requiring teachers to act not only as a transmitter of material, but also as a real life role model for students. Therefore, Guthrie's theory needs to be adapted through a more holistic approach, by integrating spiritual reflection, habituation of Christian values, and contextual application. Support for the repetition method is also found in Bible teachings, such as Deuteronomy 6:4-9, which emphasizes the importance of teaching the values ​​of faith continuously and sustainably to the next generation.

Abstract

This article explores the meaning of millennials in Revelation 20:1–6 through the lens of amillennialism within the framework of Reformed theology. The millennium—the thousand-year period of Christ's reign—is a central issue in Christian eschatological discussions, giving rise to three main views: premillennialism, postmillennialism, and amillennialism. Using historical-theological hermeneutics as well as the study of literature, this paper examines the symbolic meaning of the book of Revelation and how it has been interpreted throughout the history of the church. The amillennial approach interprets that Christ has reigned spiritually since His resurrection through His presence in the church, and that the millennium is not a literal period in the future, but rather describes the present era of the church. This understanding rejects the view of a literal thousand-year kingdom and focuses on Christ's ongoing work on the world. Therefore, the proper interpretation of millennials influences.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of financial transparency as a foundation in maintaining the integrity and accountability of the church as a non-profit organization. Using a qualitative approach through literature study, data were obtained from various literature such as books, scientific articles, social media, and reports of cases of misuse of funds in the church environment. The results of the study indicate that transparency in church financial reporting plays an important role in building congregational trust, preventing misuse of funds, and strengthening ethical values ​​of service. Independent audits and the formation of a financial team with integrity are crucial factors in realizing accountable fund management. In addition, transparency is not only an administrative obligation, but also a spiritual calling in maintaining the testimony of the church as the body of Christ. This study recommends the implementation of an open financial reporting system, strict internal supervision, and a culture of responsible service as real steps to encourage transparency in church governance.

Abstract

By writing scientific papers, he talked about how the virtue of the Christian Church in the midst of the majority and living became an example in encountering problems and introducing interfaith tolerance in Indonesia. As a country with strong religious traditions, Indonesia has challenges in creating harmonious relationships between all communities. In this writing, I am also trying to write that with the education of teaching love, the Christian church has the potential to become an agent of reconciliation in a pluralistic society. Christian teachings on selfless love, forgiveness, and acceptance of discrimination provide opportunities for people to actively participate in interfaith dialogue. However, the Church also addresses theological and social issues as absolute.

Abstract

Penuntasan masalah kemiskinan terlihat mengalami stagnansi, terlihat dari data yang dikumpulkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia selama lima tahun terakhir. Tentunya ini menunjukkan bahwa rencana Indonesia dalam mengurangi ketimpangan kemiskinan menuju 0% sangat terhambat, padahal untuk mewujudkan cita-cita Indonesia emas 2045, Indonesia harus mencapai tahap transformasi ekonomi. Peneliti menemukan bahwa salah satu sektor yang memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat adalah industri rumah tangga, khususnya industry kelapa sawit. Maka melalui ini, peneliti menawarkan sebuah inovasi, pengembangan produk berbahan minyak kelapa sawit yang bernama Frozen Red Sugar Organic. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan pohon kelapa sawit dan meningkatkan daya saing penjualannya dengan strategi penjualan yang telah teruji dilapangan. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, serta tiga penelitian yang sejalan yaitu Basic Research, Research and Development, dan Applied Research. Peneliti juga menggunakan Teknik Data Mining untuk mengkonsepkan strategi pemasaran yang bisa diterapkan oleh pelaku usaha. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efesiensi dalam memproduksi Frozen Red Sugar Organic dan pengukuran biayanya sangat ramah dan potensi keuntungan dibalik pasarnya sangat menjanjikan bagi pelaku bisnis khususnya masyarakat kabupaten Siak Provinsi Riau. Kandungan produk ini yang seratus persen alami juga menawarkan potensi besar dalam Kesehatan tubuh

Abstract

This study explores the expository way of reading Genesis 2:24, which discusses the relationship between husband and wife as the basis for understanding the church as a united community in Christ. The basic principle of marriage, the union of husband and wife that forms one flesh, is expressed there. Theology considers marriage to be a spiritual and social relationship that reflects Christ's relationship with the church. Expository text analysis and exegesis methods were used in this study. The study also considers the cultural and historical context of the creation period, as well as how the principle of marriage is applied to modern church life. This study shows that Christian marriage is based on love, unity, and commitment, as well as how important it is to maintain fidelity in the husband-wife relationship. This relationship reflects the relationship between Christ and the church. Therefore, marriage serves as an important pillar in the life of the church, providing strength. Therefore, marriage serves as an important foundation in the life of the church and helps to form a connected Christian community in Christ.
