Abstract

The focus in this article is to reveal: (1) The purpose of participating in dual skills programs; (2) Effectiveness of In Service Training 1 (In-1); (3) Effectiveness of In Service Training 2 (In-2); (4) Competence Pedagogic and Dual Professional Teacher Skills. Dual Skills Program is the addition of assignments and functions of teachers from normative and adaptive teachers plus the task of teaching productive expertise competencies, carried out for 12 months using the On-In-On-In learning model. Type of case study research with multi-case study design. The results of this study (1) Motivation of teachers to participate in dual skills programs to obtain educator certificates and anticipate shortages of hours; (2) Implementation of In-Service Training 1 is quite effective; (3) Implementation of In Service Training 2 (In-2) is quite effective;  (4) In general On-In-On-In training is quite effective; (5) Teacher competency after training is quite good. Constraints that occur are difficult to divide the teaching time and tasks from training dual skills programs which are quite a lot. To the development of science, especially vocational education, the results of this study are expected to be used as one of the comparative studies on the theory of the effectiveness of On-In-On-In training in obtaining dual related skills: (a) The purpose of participating in a dual expertise program (b) Effectiveness of In Service Training 1 (In-1), (c) Effectiveness of In Service Training 2 (In-2), (d) Competence of Dual Skills Teachers Post-On-In-On-In Training.

Abstract

Abstract: The position of vocational productive teachers is very strategic in educating the life of the nation. In 2016, there were still a shortage of vocational productive teachers totaling 91,861 with details of 41,861 in State Vocational Schools and 50,000 in Private Vocational Schools. To fulfill teacher shortages with the addition of productive vocational teachers, the Dual Skills Program was performed. The Dual Skills Program is the addition of assignments and functions of teachers from normative and adaptive teachers plus the task of teaching productive expertise competencies, carried out for 12 months using the On-In-On-In learning model. This study answers how the expertise of multiple teacher competencies after On-In-On-In training in Jombang and Mojokerto. First, pedagogical mastery of dual expertise participants is good. Second, mastery of the skills of dual expertise teachers needs to be added. Third, mastery in making teaching aids for both products and services is quite good. Fourth, mastery in the learning method is quite good, the method used is the lecture method.Abstrak: Posisi guru produktif SMK sangat strategis dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Kondisi di tahun 2016 masih terdapat kekurangan guru produktif SMK sejumlah 91.861 dengan rincian 41.861 di SMK Negeri dan 50.000 di SMK Swasta. Upaya pemenuhan kekurangan guru tersebut dengan penambahan guru produktif SMK melalui Program Keahlian Ganda. Program keahlian ganda merupakan penambahan tugas dan fungsi guru dari guru normatif dan adaptif ditambah tugas mengajar kompetensi keahlian produktif, dilaksanakan selama 12 bulan menggunakan model pembelajaran On-In-On-In. Penelitian ini menjawab bagaimana kompetensi guru keahlian ganda pasca pelatihan On-In-On-In di kabupaten Jombang dan Mojokerto. Pertama, penguasaan pedagogik peserta keahlian ganda baik. Kedua, penguasaan keterampilan guru keahlian ganda perlu ditambah lagi. Ketiga, penguasaan dalam membuat alat peraga baik produk maupun jasa cukup baik. Keempat, penguasaan dalam metode pembelajaran cukup baik, metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah plus.

Abstract

Di daerah pegunungan, akses terhadap bahan pangan sering kali terbatas dan pengiriman barang menjadi lebih sulit. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, dan praktik langsung tentang penanaman sayur skala rumah tangga. Peserta dari kegiatan ini adalah berfokus kepada ibu rumah tangga maupun pemuda dusun yang tidak bekerja namun memiliki halaman rumah yang luas dan cocok untuk bertanam sayur. Pelatihan ini menciptakan efek berkelanjutan yang bermanfaat baik bagi individu maupun komunitas. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk ketahanan pangan juga mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi keluarga dan meningkatkan stabilitas finansial peserta. Ketahanan pangan di tingkat rumah tangga juga berkontribusi pada kesehatan masyarakat serta untuk mengolah sendiri bahan pangan dan memilih jenis tanaman yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan gizi keluarga. Selain itu masyarakat dapat memastikan konsumsi makanan yang lebih sehat dan bergizi. Di daerah pegunungan, di mana akses ke fasilitas kesehatan mungkin terbatas, memiliki makanan yang sehat dan bergizi sangat penting untuk mencegah penyakit dan menjaga kesehatan keluarga.
