Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze financial performance in terms of profitability ratios with Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Asset (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE) indicators, and liquidity ratios with Current Ratio, Quick Ratio indicators, and PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk's Cash Ratio during 2014-2018.The analytical tools used in this research are Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Asset (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE), as well as Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Cash Ratio.Based on the profitability ratio of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah, Tbk during 2014-2018, there was an increase in Net Profit Margin (NPM) which indicates that the company's ability to generate profit on sales has also increased. Furthermore, there was an increase in Return On Asset (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE), which shows the company's ability to generate a return on total assets and total equity owned has increased.Based on the liquidity ratio of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah, Tbk during 2014-2018, the Current Ratio has increased which shows that the company's ability to fulfill its short-term obligations when being billed has increased, in addition, there is an increase in Quick Ratio which shows that the company's ability to pay, fulfill liabilities or current debt (short-term debt) by using current assets without the need to take into account that inventory (supply value) has increased, as well as an increase in Cash Ratio which indicates that the company's ability to meet the availability of cash or cash equivalents to meet its short-term obligations in when billed has increased.

Abstract

The purposes of this research is to analyse the division of Business Revenue Residue (BRR) of the Cooperative for Hotel Marga Jaya employee in Samarinda for year 2008-2012 which utilized the calculation techniques of Sitio and Tamba based on the members activities, which is from saving either from primary saving or obligatory saving, loan and purchase of things.

Abstract

ABC ketchup is ketchup first time in Indonesia produced by ABC PT.Heinz Indonesia.Destination this study to determine the effect of advertising and brand awareness on product purchasing decisions on PT.Heinz ABC  soy sauce in Samarinda Indonesia and to know between advertising and brand awareness, which is more variable influence on the purchasing decisions of soy sauce PT.Heinz ABC in Indonesia in Samarinda.A primary issue in the writing of this study is whether advertising and brand awareness significantly influence purchasing decisions on PT.Heinz ABC soy sauce in Indonesia samarinda.Basic theory used marketing management, advertising, brand awareness and decision purchase.Hypothesis: advertising and brand awareness significantly influence purchasing decisions on PT.Heinz ABC soy sauce in Indonesia and advertising samarinda dominant influence on purchasing decisions on PT.Heinz ABC soy sauce Indonesia in samarinda.The analytical tool used ismultiplelinearregression.These results gain coefficient of determination (R2) of the regression equation of 0.773 or 77.3% which shows that advertising and brand awareness simultaneously accounted for 77.3% of the purchase decision (Y) ABC soy sauce in the village river siring northern districts samarinda samarinda city.The simultaneous influence of proving that the influence of these two variables proved and of the two variables are the most influential advertising variable (X1). From the results of these studies should further improve Ketchup ABC advertising program with the program more attractive and more appropriate use of the media to increase brand awareness so that consumers' purchasing decisions Ketchup ABC increasing. In addition, Ketchup Company ABC should consider other means of promotion in addition to advertising in order of performance and corporate objectives can be achieved with more good. technique this study support the hypothesis.

Abstract

Along with the development of Indonesia's economy is growing rapidly led to the dynamics of social and economic life becomes dynamic. Perekonomoian dynamic growth led to the emergence of various businesses - businesses that sustain the economy of the State. The emergence of various kinds of companies will require an efficient marketing campaign.Marketing campaign is an effort to convey a message or information to the public, especially the customers about the existence of a product or service. The development of science and technology communication has no doubt contributed to the development of promotional activities. There are four promotional strategies collected in the promotion mix, ie advertising (advertising), sales promotion (sales promotion), publicity (publicity), and personal selling (private sale).Personal selling is an ability in executing a job, task - a task or obligation that may provide remuneration to the seller. Personal selling is direct interaction with one or more prospective buyers to make a presentation, answer questions, and receive orders. Personal selling is the most cost effective tool in the further stages of the buying process, particularly in building preferences, beliefs, and actions of buyers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the rate of return on investment at PT. CiputraDevelopment Tbk before and after the announcement of the covid-19 pandemic bycomparing the Return On Investment Ratio with The Industry Average Ratio. Theanalytical tool used in this study is the profitability ratio, namely the Return OnInvestment (ROI) Ratio and using The Industry Average Ratio. Data collectiontechniques are carried out by means of literature research, by collecting secondarydata in the form of financial reports of PT. Ciputra Development Tbk andcompanies in the property industry sector which are used as the calculation of theindustry average ratio. The analytical tool used in this study is the profitabilityratio, namely the Return On Investment (ROI) Ratio and using The IndustryAverage Ratio. The results of this study is the rate of return on investment at PT.Ciputra Development Tbk in 2019 the first quarter of the company was in goodcondition, in 2019 the second quarter of the company was in poor condition, whilein 2019 the third quarter to 2020 the third quarter of the company was back in goodcondition. The conclusion of this study is that the condition of the company is notgood in 2019 the second quarter, because the return on investment ratio is belowthe industry average ratio.

Abstract

Guncangan gempa bumi Januari 2021 berkekuatan 6,2 SR yang terjadi di daerah Majene dan Mamuju provinsi Sulawesi Barat  yang lalu telah berdampak kepada kondisi berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat dan pemerintah di Majene dan Mamuju, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat upaya pemulihan dan tanggap bencana yang dilakukan oleh Komunitas Food truck dan Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya dan Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda,  terhadap masyarakat yang berdampak bencana gempa dan  kelaparan pasca bencana,Kehadiran komunitas Food truck ini membantu pengungsi yang  belum memiliki dapur umum  pada suatu daerah yang  belum mendapatkan bantuan oleh pemerintah, Food truck dengan dilengkapi dapur di dalamnya sangat mudah mobilisasinya  berpindah dari satu daerah kedaerah lainnya hingga pemerintah sudah bisa mendirikan bantuan dapur umum di daerah tersebut.sehingga tanggap bencana yang dilakukan bermanfaat untuk pengungsi bencana di Sulawesi Barat, dan dapat dijadikan rekomendasi untuk Tanggap bencana di daerah yang susah terjangkau oleh pemerintah. Kedepan diharapkan lebih banyak bekerjasama dengan komunitas-komunitas Food truck yang ada di Indonesia atau kampus-kampus diharapkan memiliki asset Food Truck dan melibatkan banya mahasiswa untuk tanggap dengan bencana

Abstract

Running a business in the Retail sector in the Clothing Sector is very risky for bankruptcy, therefore it is necessary to use an analytical tool that 95% can produce accurate and reliable results such as the Altman Z-Score, in order to easily predict the level of bankruptcy in the company. This study examines retail companies in the clothing sector by taking 3 samples from the sector companies. This study aims to determine: the bankruptcy of PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk, PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk and PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk as a Retail Company in the Clothing Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The hypothesis is accepted this is due to the phenomenon of the problem of the start of the shopping boom online and there is also a COVID-19 pandemic lockdown in 2020, and the fierce competition factor, the lack of employees or workers and increasingly sophisticated technological factors make businessmen in the retail sector of the clothing sector experience the potential for bankruptcy

Abstract

In the era where technology and big data play the key role in determining success, a lot of startups emerged utilizing the opportunities to grab market, Gojek is one of the successful startups which claimed itself as the first super-app in the world. Despite its claim, Gojek faces intense competition with Grab, another super-app in Indonesia, and therefore ensuring qualities in its application hold important role to determine customer satisfaction to maintain the market. This study aims to analyze the effect of qualities attributes of system, information, and digital payment on customer satisfaction of Gojek Super Application through a sample of 100 respondents which were selected through purposive sampling method. The result revealed that system, information, and digital payment quality affected customer satisfaction significantly both partially and simultaneously. This research recommends Gojek to evaluate the service quality in its super app by considering the qualities of system, information and digital payment to improve customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Berkembangnya teknologi internet memudahkan berbagai jenis aktivitas manusia terlebih dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli. Hal ini menuntut PT. Lazada Indonesia untuk selalu meningkatkan performanya pada kualitas pelayanan elektronik yang mereka berikan untuk memuaskan pelanggan dan membentuk loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan pelanggan mengenai kualitas pelayanan elektronik, kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan elektronik terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan dampaknya pada loyalitas pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggungakan nonprobability dengan teknik insidential sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan jumlah responden 93 orang. Data analisis menggunakan analisis jalur, korelasi berganda, dan koefisien determinasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah: (1) kualitas pelayanan elektronik dinilai cenderung kurang baik; (2) pelanggan dinilai cenderung kurang puas; (3) pelanggan dinilai kurang loyal; (4) secara parsial kualitas pelayanan elektronik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT. Lazada Indonesia sebesar 49,4%; (5) secara parsial kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan PT. Lazada Indonesia sebesar 45,3%; (6) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan elektronik terhadap perkembangan naik turunnya loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 70% dan sisanya sebesar 30% merupakan kontribusi dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang terjadi di daerah pantai dan pesisir adalah pencemaran lingkungan yang akan berdampak pada kerusakan organisme yang hidup di daerah tersebut. Sampah di lingkungan pantai dapat meracuni plankton yang pada akhirnya dapat menurunkan kesuburan suatu perairan, beberapa sampah yang banyak terdapat di pesisir pantai adalah sampah dalam bentuk plastik, berbagai macam jenis sampah banyak terdapat di pesisir pantai tanjung limau muara badak terutama sampah plastik, sampah plastik merupakan sampah yang sukar untuk hancur dalam waktu dekat, sampah tersebut akan mengendap di dalam air dan akan menjadi boomerang bagi kelangsungan kehidupan dipantai. Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda yang berperan sebagai perguruan tinggi, kemudian melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk mendampingi masyarakat sekitar. Kegiatan ini adalah kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dengan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan dari pencemaran sampah plastik dimulai dari kedasaran diri sendiri untuk tidak membuang sampah sembarangan dan mengurangi penggunaan yang berbahan plastik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah kepedulian terhadap lingkungan dari pencemaran sampah plastik. Mahasiwa sebagai agen perubahan dan kontrol sosial masyarakat sehingga harus terus diberikan motivasi akan sadar dan peduli lingkungan sehingga terhindar dari pencemaran. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di lokasi pesisir pantai Tanjung Limau Muara Badak, pada hari Minggu, tanggal 17 Oktober 2021. Penyampaian materi dilakukan secara langsung atau tatap muka, mengenai informasi, wawasan serta arahan dalam hal kegiatan terkait pembersihan pesisir pantai Tanjung Limau Muara Badak. Hasil kegiatan bagi para masyarakat sekitar adalah membangun kesadaran diri bagi masyarakat agar peduli dengan lingkungan pantai dan pesisir dan menyadari bahaya dari pencemaran lingkungan. Hasil kegiatan bagi Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda adalah meningkatkan wawasan serta informasi kepada masyarakat sekitar pantai Tanjung Limau dalam hal pencemaran lingkungan serta pembersihan pantai.
