The Civil Registration Population Department is one of the existing Government Institutions inPasaman Regency of West Sumatra Province. Department of Population Civil Registration InMaking Letter of Accountability (SPJ) Travel Service Office of Population and Civil RegistrationPasaman not utilize the information system technology optimally. Process Pengentrian and DataProcessing only use Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Office Excel applications so that theprocess of preparing the SPJ to be not integrated, ineffective and inefficient. To overcome theproblem, the development of Information System can accelerate the process of data entry andprocessing. Information System SPJ Travel Agency at the Department of Population and CivilRegistration Pasaman District is designed by using Java Programming Language to support dataprocessing, so that the process of preparation of SPJ Travel Office integrated, effective andefficient can be achieved.Keywords: SPJ Travel Agency, Information System.

Rapid technological developments directly or indirectly affect the trading system. At present, only by accessing the internet, we can choose the desired product, know the details of the product, and can make transactions with anyone without being limited by time and distance. The sales system at INYIAK Padang Shop is still manual, where the delivery of product information to consumers cannot be accessed directly. So a web- based sales system is needed. The method used in the development of this website is SDLC with a prototype model including needs analysis, prototype making, prototype evaluation, system coding, system testing, system evaluation and system usage. In making this system using the Sublime Text 3 text editor, XAMPP server, MySQL database and other supporting software that can facilitate the creation of this system. With the existence of this online sales information system, it can improve service systems, processing sales data and make it easier for people to get product information. The website can also create a system that is more effective and efficient in supporting the activities of this company.

Lahan parkir di STMIK Indonesia Padang pada saat ini cukup luas, seiring dengan bertambahnya mahasiswa dari tahun ke tahun semakin meningkat mobilitas arus kendaraan pribadi ke kampus dan mengakibatkan terbatasnya lahan parkir yang ada di STMIK Indonesia Padang, mengingat lahan kosong untuk dijadikan parkir STMIK Indonesia padang mulai menyempit. sebelum terjadi penyempitan lahan parkir, maka sudah sewajarnya para yayasan kampus memikirkan cara mengatasi permasalahan yang akan terjadi, dengan permasalahan tersebut maka penulis berinisisatif melakukan penelitin, peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan cara mencari tahu tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilhan moda ke kampus. Dalam penelitian factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan moda ke kampus menggunakan metode Analitical Hierarchi Process (AHP) , adapun metode AHP adalah metode dengan menggunakan pendekatan beberapa kriteria dan alternatif adapun kriteria dari penelitian ini adalah : aman, nyaman, biaya dan waktu sedangkan alternatifnya berupa : pemilihan moda ke kampus berupa mobil pribadi,angkutan umum, sepeda motor, dan jalan kaki. Penelitian ini melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 200 sampel kepada mahasiswa secara acak, dan penyebaran kuesioner dilkaukan di lingkup STMIK Indonesia Padang, Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan bisa aplikasikan moda kekampus sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan bisa membantu pihak kampus dalam mengelola lahan parkinya.

The Student Dormitory is a living quarters dedicated to a group of people currently undergoing education at a university or college. Data processing dormitory not using data storage media automatically (database) so that cause often found mistake in recording of payment report between administration clerk with bank slip which owned by student consequently check out student process becomes delayed. The number of dormitory data archives be it student data in the form of check in form and dormitory payment data in the form of bank slips that stacked make the administration difficult in making report recapitulation. So that requires a high level of accuracy and a long time in search data and making the report to present information to the parties concerned. With this application is expected to increase employee productivity in the administration and improve information services to students, so that students can complete the administrative process quickly

Abstract. The research on Fuzzy logic control of air-conditioning system in lecturer room of STMIK Indonesia Padang has been done. AC is a system or machine designed to stabilize the air temperature and humidity of an area used for cooling or heating depending on the nature of air at certain time. Commonly the AC uses a refrigeration cycle but sometimes uses evaporation. Lecturer room of STMIK Indonesia Padang has a size of 120 m2 and consists of 32 rooms. For the convenience of lecturers activity, the room is equipped by three AC each of 3 PK. The room has problems in determining the right size in the AC setting, sometimes the air temperature in the room is too cold or too hot. There are many activities conducted in the lecturer room, in the form of providing excellent service to students, such as thesis supervision, practical work, and discussion activities. With the number of lecturers in the room that is as many as 32 people and each serves about five to ten students daily then the room temperature sometimes becomes unstable. Based on the results of the study, with the room size of 120 m2 and the number of person as many as 100 people using three AC (each with 3 PK capacity) so the appropriate temperature is at position 18.0 ºC.Keywords: Air Conditioner, Fuzzy Logic, and Temperature

ABSTRAK Perancangan sistem informasi geografis pemetaan daerah pertanian di kabupaten Sijunjung, bertujuan agar dapat membantu pihak Dinas pertaniankabupaten sijunjung dalammengolah data pemetaan daerah pertanian yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Selama inipengolahan data pemetaan daerah pertanian dilakukan dengan cara melakukan survei langsungke masing-masing wilayah, kemudian data yang diperoleh disimpan menggunakan map danfillingcabinet dimana keamanan data tidak terjamin, serta penyampaian informasi yangdihasilkan tidak maksimal karena hanya dapat diakses oleh sebagian masyarakat. Berdasarkanhal itu, maka dilakukan penelitian guna merancang sebuah sistem informasi geografis yangmampu mengolah data pemetaan daerah pertanian yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian inidilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data dan melakukan observasi langsung. Hasil yang dicapaidengan sistem informasi geografis pemetaan daerah pertanian di kabupaten Sijunjung berupasebuah rancangan sistem informasi terkomputerisasi berbasis database yang dapatmemudahkan pihak dinas pertanian kabupaten Sijunjung dalam mengolah data pemetaandaerah pertanian. Sistem informasi geografis pemetaan daerah pertanian di kabupatenSijunjung ini, diharapkan mampu mengatasi semua kendala yang ada dan menyajikaninformasi kepada masyarakat mengenai wilayah-wilayah yang memiliki daerah pertaniansecara spasial, dengan begitu informasi yang diperoleh lebih spesifik.Keywords : Sistem Informasi Geografis, Pemetaan Daerah Pertanian

Sistem Penunjang Keputusan merupakan sebuah sistem yang dibuat untuk menunjang seseorang membuat keputusan yang akurat dan tepat. Menurut data yang didapat dari Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Tanah Datar saat ini pelaksanaan kegiatan PNS berprestasi dan teladan ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional baik itu pendaftaran kandidat, pengolahan data masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Selain itu juga dibutuhkan biaya untuk perjalanan dinas PNS untuk mengantarkan berkas ke Sekretariat Pansel. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan aplikasi SPK berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weight (SAW) untuk menunjang pelaksanaan kegiatan PNS berprestasi dan teladan. Aplikasi tersebut dikembangkan dengan kerangka website HTML, dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya aplikasi SPK PNS berprestasi dan teladan yang dapat menunjang pelakasanaan kegiatan

Geographic Information Sistem (GIS) merupakan sistem yang dirancang untuk bekerja dengan data yang tereferensi secara spasial atau koordinat-koordinat geografi. Menurut data yang dimiliki Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah bahwa kota padang merupakan salah satu rawan tsunami. Penyajian informasi shelter yang ada masih belum tersentuh teknologi informasi menyebabkan pengetahuan akan shelter, jalur evakuasi maupun zona aman tsunami di masyarakat masih kurang. Hal ini menjadikan sebuah sistem informasi geografis berbasis web untuk menggambarkan peta jalur evakuasi, zona aman, dan shelter penyelamat sangat dibutuhkan. Pada jalur evakuasi menggunakan fomula Haversine, dimana Haversine akan menghasilkan jarak terpendek antara dua titik. Analisis perancangan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) yang meliputi Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram,Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram dan Class Diagram, model yang digunakan yaitu model Waterfall, dengan bahasa pemograman (PHP), MySQL sebagai basisdata dan Google Maps Api. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya aplikasi GIS berbasis Web yang dapat menyajikan informasi lokasi jalur evakuasi, zona aman dan shelter penyelamat secara terinci dan dapat diakses dengan mudah.
