Abstract

It is known that currently digital development is very rapid and has great benefits in helping to make construction work easier and more efficient. With the benefits it has, the construction industry is also not immune from developments in digital technology, such as fulfilling construction safety. Based on Minister of PUPR Regulation No.10/2021, in implementing SMKK it must meet Security, Safety, Health and Sustainability Standards. Fulfillment of these standards ensures construction engineering safety, occupational health and safety, public safety and environmental safety. This study will discuss technological developments towards fulfilling Construction Safety by referring to the substance of the SMKK and K4 Standards that have been established. Based on this, data collection was carried out based on construction projects in Indonesia through scientific journals, proceeding papers, books, and/or related official websites. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis to obtain patterns or descriptions of technological developments related to construction safety in Indonesia. It was concluded that the development of digital technology related to construction safety has been developed and implemented in Indonesia. However, there are still other aspects of construction safety that could be opportunities for further research. There is also limited information regarding the fulfillment of construction safety that can be accessed in general, so further research is needed to find out more comprehensive developments in construction safety technology

Abstract

Infrastructure development is one of the important pillars in the progress of a nation. In infrastructure development, the role of Civil Engineering is very vital. In this modern era, the need for experts in the field of Civil Engineering is increasing. Therefore, it is important for high school students to know and have basic knowledge about Civil Engineering as a future profession of choice. This PKM program activity aims to increase the knowledge and interest of SMAN 3 Jakarta students in the Civil Engineering Engineer profession through the application of the PLAXIS application in construction planning. The method used was a demonstration of the use of the PLAXIS application and distributing questionnaires to students. The results of the introduction show that students show a significant increase in understanding of the Civil Engineering Engineer profession and an increased interest in the field of Civil Engineering. This is proven by the results of the questionnaire distributed to 25 student participants, showing that 64% of students were quite interested and 28% of students were interested in continuing to study the PLAXIS application. Meanwhile 54% of students are quite interested and 44% of students are interested in the profession of Civil Engineering Engineer.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of construction technology, particularly the use of ETABS software, demands a competent and adaptive workforce. This community service aimed to introduce students of SMA Negeri 3 Jakarta to ETABS technology, providing them with a solid foundation for entering the construction industry. The activity was conducted through direct demonstrations of ETABS software and a questionnaire to measure participants' understanding and interest. The results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of civil engineering concepts, particularly structural analysis. Furthermore, students' interest in the field of civil engineering also increased. This is evidenced by the survey results from 25 participants, where 60% of students expressed interest in learning more about ETABS software and pursuing a career in civil engineering.

Abstract

Beton adalah merupakan material yang sangat penting dalam industri konstruksi dimana komposisinya adalah semen, agregat halus, agregat kasar dan air. Namun, produksi beton terutama dalam hal pemakaian semen portland menyumbang sekitar 5-7% dari total emisi karbon global. Untuk mengurangi penggunaan semen, adalah subsutusi limbah kalsit (CaCO3), yang merupakan bahan alami yang mudah didapatkan dan relatif murah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengunaan limbah kalsit sebagai penganti semen terhadap sifat mekaniknya. Subsitusi limbah kalsit terhadap semen sebesar 0%, 5%, 7.5%, dan 12.5%. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah pengujian slump, berat jenis dan kuat tekan pada umur 28 hari, hasil yang didapat dibandingkan dengan subsitusi limbah kalsit 0% atau beton normal. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa semakin bertambahnya subsitusi limbah kalsit nilai workability menjadi lebih kecil dan semakin bertambahnya subsitusi limbah kalsit maka berat jenisnya menjadi lebih ringan, beton paling ringan terdapat di subsitusi 12.5% dengan nilai 2219.52kg/m3, lebih ringan 3.55% dibandingkan beton normal. Terhadap kuat tekan dengan penambahan subsitusi kalsit terhadap semen dapat meningkatkan kuat tekan sampai batas tertentu akan mengalami penurunan pada penelitian ini subsitusi limbah kalsit yang paling optimal yaitu 10% kalsit dengan hasil kuat tekan sebesar 39.33 MPa dengan perbandingan beton normal sebesar 32.26MPa.
