Abstract

Bangunan sederhana memiliki kinerja struktur yang optimal jika terjadi gempa apabila berat bangunan yang ringan, dirancang dengan memenuhi kriteria desain seismic yang tepat dan tingkat kinerja bangunan yang optimal. Untuk mengurangi berat bangunan dapat dilakukan dengan memilih material konstruksi ringan namun memiliki usia pakai yang panjang serta mudah perawatan. Berat bangunan terdiri dari berat struktur dan berat material finsihing. Berat struktur diperoleh melalui analisa struktur yang efektif sedangkan berat material finishing diperoleh dengan memilih material yang ringan. Berat material finishing yang terbesar salah satunya berasal dari dinding. Mengganti dinding bata menjadi dinding partisi adalah salah satu solusi untuk mengurangi berat bangunan, manfaat lainnya adalah pengurangan biaya finsihing dan mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan serta meningkatkan kinerja bangunan karena daktilitas lebih tinggi. Estimasi pekerjaan dinding panel GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) akan menunjukan biaya yang lebih murah jika dibandingkan dengan estimasi pekerjaan dinding bata ringan pada partisi ruang yang implikasinya akan memberikan banyak manfaat dan keuntungan bagi pemilik rumah di daerah rawan gempa.

Abstract

Link and match between the world of business—industry and the flexibility—adaptability to rapid changes in the future,  aresome of the reasons why higher education equipped with the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka or MBKM system isnecessary.  Internshipis one of the MBKM programs, which  provides opportunities for students to gain professional work experience in the business world or industry. Civil Engineering Study Program, Universitas Trisakti is organizing an Internship program on Construction Projects in the Odd semester of 2021/2022 academic year. This study is an attempt to share knowledge about stake holder perceptions (students, lecturers, staff, and cooperation partners) regarding the success and failure of the implementation of MBKM. The measurement was based on the priority and satisfaction levels, with the variables of educational infrastructure, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, treatment of students  and information systems. This is a quantitative descriptive study using a questionnaire distributed to 217 students, 26 permanent lecturers and 12 civil engineering administration staff as respondents. Cartesian diagram Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is used to map the value of Customer Satisfaction  Index (CSI) which shows the level of stakeholde rsatisfactions. The results show that the CSI values (satisfaction level) areas follows: students has reached 75.67% as itisforadministration staff75.15%, where as  lecturers show a quite higher level which is 81.75%. In order to develop a well-organized MBKM in the future, institutions need to establish and manage programs interms of : coordinating between lecturers and field supervisors, adjusting field course Materials to student needs, socializing the amount of MBKM funds to students participating  ininternships, and organizing remedial mechanisms. Based on the data analysis,100% of cooperating partners support the continuation of MBKM program and propose that qualified apprentices would become employees  in  their companies. Abstract

Bridges are an important element of infrastructure facilities to support the economy and sustainable development. The design of bridge structures often develops over time, as well as the development of criteria as well as applied sciences that are developed and sustainable with the rules that have been listed. The truss type bridge structure is one type of bridge that is often used in Indonesia. Based on Binamarga standards, the bridge is planned with a design life of 50 years, the 50 years of this course will be followed by an orderly and good maintenance. The 50-year period is used as a standard taking into account the existence of material innovations used to the loads that will affect the bridge. Software development certainly supports the design at the beginning of the bridge project construction, in this case the bridge project uses SAP90 and STAAD-Pro as software to support this bridge design. Until now, of course, the software used is very diverse, one of which is ETABS, which is used in the design of a construction project. The existence of a thorough structural analysis with load analysis to connection analysis is the stage in the analysis for the condition of the bridge to the load with several reduction factors to load values that have different requirements. With a thorough design with 2D analysis along with ETABS software, based on the latest SNI 1725-2016 rules regarding the loading of bridges, a higher steel weight ratio is obtained when compared to the initial design, but this can be overcome by monitoring maintenance to the extent that In particular, some intensive handling is required for the safety and function of the bridge.

Abstract

Solar cell are a technology that converts sunlight into electrical energy. Solar energy can produce up to 156.486 MW of power, a langer amount when compared to other renewable energy sources. Indonesia is a country located in the equatorial route, which receives sufficient amount of sunlight throughout the year, with an average eye-day radiation intensity of about 4.8 kWh/m2 per day throughout Indonesia. Especially in the Jakarta area, the DKI Provincial Government had released the Governor’s Instruction (InGub) Number 66 of 2019 on air quality control, one of the points of the InGub is the installation of PLTS to minimize air pollution in Jakarta. The Jakarta Provincial Government will instal solar panels in local government buildings, school buildings, sports halls and health facilities. DKI Education Agency Head Ratiyono said that there are now 100 schools that have installed solar panels.  The method used is a presentation using a power point on how to apply solar panels so that the material can reach participants using attractive visuals and direct practice. By continuing the program of DKI Provincial Government, therefore, as academicians we try to provide understanding, socialization and piloting PLTS in Serang enviroment, Banten. The pilot was implemented for garden lights in Kelurahan Bendung, this was because the field in Kelurahan Bendung was large and had minimal lighting.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of construction technology, particularly the use of ETABS software, demands a competent and adaptive workforce. This community service aimed to introduce students of SMA Negeri 3 Jakarta to ETABS technology, providing them with a solid foundation for entering the construction industry. The activity was conducted through direct demonstrations of ETABS software and a questionnaire to measure participants' understanding and interest. The results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of civil engineering concepts, particularly structural analysis. Furthermore, students' interest in the field of civil engineering also increased. This is evidenced by the survey results from 25 participants, where 60% of students expressed interest in learning more about ETABS software and pursuing a career in civil engineering.

Abstract

Kinerja bangunan dapat ditingkatkan dengan mengurangi berat beban bangunan, pengurangan berat dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan material konstruksi yang lebih ringan dan daya tahan yang baik terhadap faktor lingkungan namun dengan memperhatikan target kinerja bangunan yang sesuai dengan faktor resiko dan fungsi bangunan. GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) Superpanel dibuat dari serat kaca yang dicor beton sehingga memiliki berat yang lebih ringan dibandingkan dengan beton konvensional, daya tahan yang baik terhadap cuaca, korosi, dan kebakaran. GRC mampu bertahan dalam jangka waktu yang lama, tidak mudah rusak dan rendah biaya perawatan serta penggantian panel. Perbandingan biaya antara lantai GRC Superpanel dan lantai beton dapat bervariasi tergantung pada beberapa faktor seperti lokasi geografis, ukuran bangunan, metode konstruksi yang digunakan, dan biaya bahan baku lokal. Namun, perbedaan biaya ini dapat bervariasi tergantung pada harga bahan lokal dan ketersediaan serat kaca di wilayah tersebut dan kemudahan mobilitas material. Pekerjaan lantai GRC Superpanel dibanding dengan pekerjaan lantai beton memberikan banyak keuntungan antara lain biaya yang lebih murah, berat yang lebih ringan, waktu pekerjaan yang lebih singkat, transportasi yang lebih mudah, waktu pemasangan yang lebih singkat, lebih sedikit perawatan. Implikasi dari efisiensi yang diperoleh adalah manfaat ekonomi yang diperoleh signifikan namun kinerja bangunan dapat dipertahankan sesuai dengan kategori resiko bangunan yang diinginkan.

Abstract

Secara umum, diketahui bahwa umur rencana bangunan adalah 50 tahun. Namun, per tahun 2023, Tugu Dirgantara sebagai objek penelitian sudah berumur 53 tahun. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian terkait kekuatan pada Tugu Dirgantara, seperti perhitungan Single Degree of Freedom dan korosifitas yang mungkin terjadi dikarenakan udara dan air tanah di sekitarnya. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pengujian Half Cell Potential serta pengujian pada baku mutu udara dan air tanah di sekitar Tugu Dirgantara. Selain itu juga dilakukan perhitungan lateral displacement pada pedestal tugu. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa pada bagian pedestal tugu, dari 10 titik pengujian, 9 titik menunjukkan tingkat korosi beton berada pada tipe kondisi 3 yaitu “humid, chloride free concrete”, sementara satu titik lainnya merupakan tipe kondisi 4 yaitu “humid, carbonated concrete”. Untuk hasil pengujian pada air tanah, diperoleh kandungan senyawa Sulfat (SO4) di air tanah sebesar 21,00 mg/L dimana masih berada pada rentang 0 – 150 ppm. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan kandungan tersebut, dampak untuk korosifitas pada pile cap dapat diabaikan. Perhitungan lateral displacement didapatkan displacement terbesar arah X adalah 0,05897187 m dan terbesar arah Y adalah 0,03935646 m. Abstract

The aviation industry increasingly relies on composite materials to optimize performance and reduce weight in high-speed aircraft structures. These materials offer superior strength-to-weight ratios, corrosion resistance, and design flexibility. Understanding the mechanical properties of composite materials is essential for enhancing the safety and efficiency of high-speed aircraft. This research aims to analyze the strength characteristics of composite materials used in high-speed aircraft structures. The study focuses on evaluating the mechanical properties and performance under various loading conditions to determine their suitability for aviation applications. An experimental approach was employed, involving the fabrication of composite samples using different matrix and fiber combinations. Tensile, compressive, and flexural tests were conducted to assess mechanical properties. Data were collected and analyzed to evaluate the performance of each composite configuration under simulated operational conditions. The findings indicated that hybrid composite materials exhibited the highest strength and stiffness, outperforming traditional materials. The tensile strength of the best-performing composite reached up to 600 MPa, while flexural tests showed significant resistance to deformation. These results highlight the potential of advanced composites to enhance the structural integrity of high-speed aircraft. The research underscores the importance of selecting appropriate composite materials for high-speed aircraft applications.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam industri konstruksi mendorong adopsi Building Information Modelling (BIM) sebagai teknologi kunci dalam perencanaan, desain, dan pelaksanaan proyek modern. Namun, pemahaman siswa sekolah menengah atas terhadap teknologi konstruksi digital masih sangat terbatas, disertai kurangnya fasilitas pendukung dan minimnya kolaborasi antara sekolah dan dunia industri. Kondisi ini menciptakan kesenjangan kompetensi awal yang perlu dipersiapkan sejak jenjang pendidikan menengah. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 3 dan SMAN 78 Jakarta dengan tujuan meningkatkan literasi teknologi serta memperkenalkan konsep dasar BIM kepada siswa sebagai langkah awal mengenalkan bidang Teknik Sipil digital. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi presentasi interaktif, visualisasi konsep, penyajian studi kasus, dan demonstrasi perangkat lunak BIM, yang dipadukan dengan sesi diskusi untuk memperkuat pemahaman. Dampak program dievaluasi melalui penyebaran kuesioner pasca kegiatan yang menilai peningkatan pengetahuan dan minat siswa. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan capaian yang signifikan, di mana 94,7% siswa melaporkan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap materi yang disampaikan, 94,8% menyatakan ketertarikan yang lebih besar terhadap bidang Teknik Sipil, dan 65,8% menunjukkan minat untuk mempelajari BIM secara lebih mendalam. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis demonstrasi visual dan interaksi langsung efektif dalam membangun kesiapan awal siswa menghadapi perkembangan teknologi konstruksi. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi digital dan ketertarikan siswa terhadap teknik sipil, serta memiliki potensi berkelanjutan melalui pengembangan pelatihan lanjutan, kolaborasi industri serta sekolah, dan integrasi materi BIM dalam kurikulum pendidikan menengah.
