Abstract

Introduction: The growth of rural entrepreneurship significantly impacts economic growth and the well-being of rural communities. Background Problem: Innovation is crucial for entrepreneurs' success, with rural government playing a pivotal role in rural societies. Novelty: This study overviews the role of rural government in fostering entrepreneurial innovation, focusing on inter-organizational collaboration and the village head's leadership style. Research Method: Employing a quantitative survey methodology, the study undertook direct surveys of 300 rural micro- and small-scale entrepreneurs from diverse industries in Indonesia. A simple random sampling technique was used to ensure a representative sample of the population. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling—Partial Least Squares. Findings: The analysis reveals that rural government cooperation and transformative leadership positively influence entrepreneurs' perceptions of organizational support. In turn, perceived organizational support significantly impacts the desire for knowledge sharing and innovation capability enhancement. This study diverges from previous research by examining the mediating roles of knowledge sharing and perceived organizational support in innovation capability enhancement. It confirms that perceived organizational support is a vital mediator in the relationship between government cooperation intensity, transformational leadership, and innovation capability. Conclusions: The findings underscore the need for rural governments to practice effective cooperation and leadership and provide consistent support. Such strategies facilitate a supportive environment that fosters knowledge sharing and significantly boosts rural entrepreneurs' innovation capabilities.

Abstract

So far, limited research has analyzed the factors influencing female's decisions to purchase halal products. The purpose of this study was to determine how religiosity, product quality, price, brand, and halal knowledge affect the decision-making process of Islamic female students when purchasing halal-certified products. The study employed quantitative research methods, employing a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms for data collection. The study's population comprised all female students at Pondok Pesantren Al Munawwir Yogyakarta Indonesia. The sampling technique employed the Slovin formula, resulting in a research sample of 91 respondents. Data analysis involved classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, partial tests (t-tests), simultaneous tests (F-tests), and the determination coefficient (R²). The findings indicated that religiosity, price, and halal knowledge negatively influenced female's purchasing decisions for halal products. Conversely, product quality and brand positively influenced these decisions. The study highlights that consumers, especially female students, prioritize brands and product quality when deciding to purchase halal products. Consequently, producers of halal products need to prioritize and enhance product quality.

Abstract

During the increasingly heated global competition, employee performance is considered the key to success for the organization. Therefore, management must establish effective strategies and policies to stimulate and encourage increased employee performance. This study analyzes the effect of job statistics and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The sampling method used in this research is probability sampling with a sample of 346 respondents and uses a questionnaire as a data collection method. The data analysis used is the validity and reliability of the instrument, hypothesis testing, and path analysis using the SmartPLS 4.0 program. In this study, the theoretical and managerial implications are discussed further. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and organizational commitment do not directly affect organizational citizenship behavior. However, the psychological contract is essential in mediating job satisfaction and organizational loyalty to organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

This research investigates customer behaviour in the Indonesian telecommunications sector using Structural Equation Modelling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis. Surveying 101 respondents, the study explores the relationships between service quality, service attributes, pricing, satisfaction, and customer intentions to reuse telecom products. Key insights include the significant influence of competitive pricing (price value) on customer retention (continuance to use). Interestingly, customer satisfaction doesn't directly impact the continuance of use, suggesting other factors like network quality might be more pivotal. However, customer satisfaction enhances price value, emphasising its role in perceived service value. Additionally, service quality is a significant determinant of customer satisfaction, and service attributes play a crucial role in shaping perceived value and satisfaction levels. Overall, this research offers valuable insights and strategic recommendations for telecom companies in the Indonesian market, emphasising pricing, service quality, and network attributes as key drivers of customer behaviour.

Abstract

Abstrak This research delves into the impact of relationship quality (RQ) on the ongoing utilization of sharia mobile banking (m-banking). The study draws upon the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) and past behaviour as theoretical frameworks to examine how sustainability attitudes influence the use of m-banking, considering the quality of customer relationships with banks in determining sustainable intentions in sharia m-banking usage. Employing a quantitative approach, the research involves data collection, interpretation, and presentation based on a sample of 100 sharia m-banking users in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, using Snowball Sampling. Questionnaires were distributed for data collection, and the analysis utilized the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The findings support all four hypotheses, indicating significant effects on sustainability intentions in sharia m-banking usage. The study also conducted mediation testing, revealing that variables such as Access Convenience and Service Quality do not directly impact sustainability intentions. Instead, a good-quality relationship with the provider is essential for sustainable intentions in sharia m-banking, while the Structural Assurance variable directly influences sustainable intentions without necessitating a high-quality relationship with the bank.
