Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix and margin levels on customer decisions. The design and methodology of this research is field research where the authors make observations to obtain the required data. Data is collected by giving questionnaires to customers who have several financial activities at the bank. The sample of this study was 100 respondents. The results showed that of the five Marketing mix variables, several variables significantly influenced customer interest, such as product, price, promotion, and margin level. However, place variables do not significantly influence customer decisions. Although not all marketing mix variables significantly influence customer interest, the marketing mix is still important for Islamic banks to attract customers

Abstract

Nazhir is one of the key factors in the success of waqf management institutions. Therefore, it is necessary for Nazhir to understand and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of cash waqf management performance. One of the nazhir cash waqf that has been active for a long time is Tabung Wakaf Indonesia. The research method used in this study is an analysis of institutional management by analyzing the financial report of Tabung Wakaf Indoensia from year 2013-2019. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the value of efficiency and effectiveness of Tabung Wakaf Indonesia was fluctuating, considering that the profit sharing was uncertain, therefore it was necessary to strengthen institutions such as reforming institutions and regulations, increasing resources (nazhir) by conducting training and studying existing research in assessing and producing cash waqf.

Abstract

Waqf is one of the distribution tools in Islam, so if it is optimized properly it can help the regional economy. Based on the survey results, waqf literacy in Indonesia is still in the low category and this correlates with the low collection of cash waqf in Indonesia. The mosque is a place to collect social funds and all mosque activities are coordinated with the mosque takmir and mosque youth. Therefore, youth mosques in the Guwosari area need to be given socialization of cash waqf literacy management so that the collection of cash waqf in the Guwosari regional mosques can increase and help the regional economy. The general purpose of holding this activity is to increase literacy of cash waqf. The specific goal is for mosque youth to know the direct benefits of cash waqf for the people, know the flow of its implementation, the importance of cash waqf and increase awareness of cash waqf. The method used is lectures and socialization of cash waqf literacy management to mosque youth by providing material from several parties who are very understanding about cash waqf literacy management. The result of this activity is that mosque youth have an account to collect cash waqf in the mosque to be deposited into LKS-PWU and there are some who already have experience in collecting. In addition, based on the results of the evaluation, these activities were carried out well, where mosque youths received literacy related to cash waqf as a whole from the basics to the collection process which can be said to have increased in terms of literacy. So that it is hoped that there will be other ongoing activities, namely monitoring the program for collecting cash waqf, so that the collection of cash waqf can run more optimally.

Abstract

Independent Learning-Independent Campus (MB-KM) is a policy that has been issued by the government and is contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 3 of 2020 related to the National Standards for Higher Education. Students don't only have one skill, but also several skills through the MBKM program. In addition, lecturers are required not only to teach related content but also to improve soft skills and implementation so that students can achieve the expected graduate achievement targets and be ready to work. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of students, lecturers and education staff to the MBKM program, and the implementation of the Tridharma at Alma Ata University. This type of research is qualitative cross-sectional study and data collection using a questionnaire survey online method.  The sample of this study was students and lecturers at Alma Ata University, until the completion of the study, the sample size was 855 students and 114 lecturers. The survey was conducted online through the MBKM implementation questionnaire with the type of closed-ended question. The results of this study indicate that students are excited to participate in MBKM activities, particularly within the framework of the internship program and the real work lecture (KKN). In addition, it is known that there is still a low understanding of students, several lecturers, educational staff, and partners regarding policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for MBKM activities made by both the University and the Study Program level. The socialization associated with this program must be ongoing with the university community and educational partners. The response and implementation of MBKM that has been carried out well will be able to produce graduates with hard skills and soft skills who are ready to face the world of work independently, innovatively, and tough.

Abstract

The emergence of MSMEs or new businesses in an area, this certainly makes business competition. Business competition triggers business people to make strategies in business management in order to have good performance. In Islam, the Prophet is a role model for doing business in an Islamic way. His success in managing a business can be used as a lesson that needs to be applied in doing business today. It is hoped that the application of Sharia business values in their business, by providing training programs related to Sharia business management, is hoped to provide understanding and instill Sharia Business values in MSME actors. The purpose of carrying out this activity is to provide insight and understanding regarding good business management from a Sharia point of view, bearing in mind that in the Banjaran Kaluahan Guwosari tourist village there are many MSME actors and the great potential that exists in the area. The technical training method is interaction between participants and presenters and presenting case study materials on problems in MSMEs so that the material presented can be directly applied by the participants and of course it is easier to understand. This activity was carried out in stages by giving direct seminars to MSME actors and providing strategic practices delivered by all speakers. During the implementation of the event, there were many problems faced by MSME actors, especially in terms of business management. At the end of the event, several things were found that could later be developed by MSME actors and the community in the Banjaran Tourism Village, Kalurahan Guwosari, as follows; Development of Educational and Historical Tourism Villages, Creation of Sharia corner websites for Sharia business consulting media by MSME actors, Implementation of advanced training to maximize the plans that have been formed, and Creation of joint accounts as a forum for investment and paid marketing fees for MSME actors in Banjaran Tourism Village. This activity is sustainable and can unravel various other problems that exist in the Banjaran Tourism Village, Kalurahan Guwosari so that existing problems can be resolved properly and get maximum results.

Abstract

The success of a business depends on how the business owner runs his business operations. Of course, every businessman has different ways and methods of running his business. The difference of a businessman in carrying out his business operations is influenced by many factors, one of which is the religious factor. The factors of religiosity, religion and something that someone believes in will affect how that person's attitude. Between one business and another, of course it will never be the same, inequalities exist in various aspects such as customer service, product manufacture, after-sales service and various aspects of a business. The differences that exist are of course influenced by the way the business owner runs his business according to the attitude the businessman has. In this study focuses on pengarus religiosity towards an entrepreneur, which of course the entrepreneur's attitude will affect the business he is running. Based on the test conducted, the researcher found that the religiosity factor was very influential on the attitude of an entrepreneur.

Abstract

BPRS is part of the banking system which has become large enough for Indonesia's economy, which tend to have more actively market their products in traditional markets or in the village, from the results of these remittances bank profit or advantage. With pengefektifan in gathering together and channelling of funds then it will get the maximum profit. Therefore this research aims to analyze the effect of efficiency and profitability of the BPRS in Indonesia. This research analysis tools using a Random Effect Regression (GLS) and use the data panel the secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia audit of financial reports to see the big profitability is influenced by efficiency. This research uses elements of the crosssectional reflected by different banks in Indonesia and time series element reflected in the period in the period 2010-2016 in Indonesia. The findings in this study said that influential positive Efficiency significantly to the level of profitability of the BPRS in Indonesia.

Abstract

The problem of women who are vulnerable to socio-economic conditions is still a problem that occurs in one of the sub-districts in Kulonprogo, to be precise in Karangasem Hamlet, Sidomulyo Village, Pengasih District, Kulonprogo Regency, DIY Province. Evidenced by data from 2018 to date which shows that there are still 340 Socio-Economic Vulnerable Women in the Pengasih sub-district and occupy the third most position for Socio-Economic Vulnerable Women from 12 sub-districts in Kulonprogo. However, some women with a low economy are still trying to meet the needs of their families and try to rise from their poverty by continuing to try to carry out their expertise, namely knitting. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method, where researchers obtain data by means of interviews, field observations, and documentation, then the results of the data obtained will be analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of this study show that there are many impacts that have occurred with the existence of the Yogyakarta Zakat House through the development of zakat funds which are distributed to KUBE Kulonprogo Knitting Bag business actors, especially for women by looking at the results of the SWOT Matrix

Abstract

So far, limited research has analyzed the factors influencing female's decisions to purchase halal products. The purpose of this study was to determine how religiosity, product quality, price, brand, and halal knowledge affect the decision-making process of Islamic female students when purchasing halal-certified products. The study employed quantitative research methods, employing a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms for data collection. The study's population comprised all female students at Pondok Pesantren Al Munawwir Yogyakarta Indonesia. The sampling technique employed the Slovin formula, resulting in a research sample of 91 respondents. Data analysis involved classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, partial tests (t-tests), simultaneous tests (F-tests), and the determination coefficient (R²). The findings indicated that religiosity, price, and halal knowledge negatively influenced female's purchasing decisions for halal products. Conversely, product quality and brand positively influenced these decisions. The study highlights that consumers, especially female students, prioritize brands and product quality when deciding to purchase halal products. Consequently, producers of halal products need to prioritize and enhance product quality.

Abstract

Technological advances encourage various types of elements of society, including the MSME business element. The convenience presented by technology influences the development of a business that initially only operated in the offline realm, but is now starting to move into the digital realm. This trend shift must of course be balanced by the ability and understanding of the community, especially MSMEs. One of the most important areas is marketing which has now shifted to using digital media with various conveniences offered, MSME players must follow these developments in order to be able to compete with other business actors. This activity was carried out with the aim of providing in-depth understanding and expertise to MSME players in the field of digital marketing and increasing MSME income through digital platforms. During the implementation of the event, several problems were discovered, such as a lack of public understanding about digital marketing, low motivation to run a business, young people's indifference to the MSME industry, difficulty in visual design creativity and uneven banking payments, these problems made the development of MSMEs not optimal. It is hoped that there will be a similar agenda to provide continuous training so that the MSME industry continues to grow.
