Abstract

Based on research and observations that have been carried out at TKQ Muslimin Mosque (jln Turi/jln H. Bahrun Jamil, SH No.20- Medan) it can be concluded that teachers have a very important role in the development process of students in the learning process. Where, teachers- Teachers have a very important role in guiding children at school by teaching what patience means, the nature of helping each other, being able to create interactions with students, and providing opportunities for students to express the opinions they have received. Being a teacher definitely has challenges or obstacles in the learning process, be it misbehavior by students in class who lack concentration in learning, sleeping in class, etc. Therefore, giving praise as a form of a teacher's attention to his students is very important in forming students' personalities. .The stages in research on the role of teachers in student development are divided into 5 stages, namely: 1) Research context, 2) Participants, 3) Research design, 4) Data collection, 5) Data analysis. The purpose of this research is to find out how important the role of teachers is in the development of students in the learning process. The targets of this research were teachers at the TKQ Mesjid Muslimin school located at (jln Turi/jln H. Bahrun Jamil, SH No.20- Medan).

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pemenuhan kebutuhan pemustaka di perpustakaan SMAS Al-Hidayah menggunakan metode studi literatur. Tujuan utama penelitian adalah memahami berbagai kebutuhan informasi siswa dan bagaimana perpustakaan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut secara efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan perlu menyediakan koleksi bahan bacaan yang beragam, termasuk buku teks, fiksi, non-fiksi, majalah, jurnal ilmiah, dan sumber digital seperti e-book dan database online. Selain itu, fasilitas perpustakaan yang memadai, seperti ruang baca nyaman, akses komputer dan internet, ruang diskusi, dan area relaksasi, sangat penting untuk mendukung kenyamanan dan produktivitas siswa. Layanan informasi yang efektif, termasuk layanan referensi, peminjaman buku, dan pelatihan literasi informasi, juga diperlukan untuk membantu siswa mengakses dan memanfaatkan informasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya strategi pengembangan perpustakaan yang holistik, mencakup peningkatan koleksi, perbaikan fasilitas, dan penguatan layanan informasi. Perpustakaan harus mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan tren pendidikan yang terus berubah, dengan berorientasi pada kepuasan pemustaka. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembangan layanan perpustakaan di SMAS Al-Hidayah dan perpustakaan sekolah lainnya, sehingga dapat mendukung proses belajar mengajar dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah.

Abstract

This article examines the role of interpersonal communication in the context of Generation Z (Gen Z), the generation born after 1995 and growing up in the digital age. Gen Z, the first generation to grow up in the digital age, exhibits varying preferences for digital media depending on the context. However, they still view interpersonal communication as a crucial element in socializing. Utilizing qualitative methods and drawing on literature from journals, books, and previous research, this study investigates the shift in interpersonal communication behavior of Gen Z in the digital media landscape. Findings indicate that Gen Z actively engages in interpersonal communication through social media and digital platforms to interact, share creative content, and build social relationships. This has resulted in a shift in communication behavior from active to passive, increased self-expression through digital media, a shift in perspectives on face-to-face communication, and a decline in face-to-face communication. This article provides insight into the role of interpersonal communication in Generation Z, highlighting the shift in interpersonal communication behavior in the digital media era.
