Abstract

Salah satu upaya dalam pengembangan profesi guru dengan cara peningkatan dan pengembangan keterampilan dapat diperoleh melalui proses pembelajaran. Pengembangan profesional guru dipelajari dan disajikan dalam sastra relevan di banyak berbeda cara. Kinerja guruĀ  dalamĀ  Pendidikan diperlukan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru sebagai factor pengembangan profesi guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data terkait pengembangan profesi guru dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik atau analisis kualitatif untuk mendapatkan hasil yang valid dan objektif Studi literatur: Melibatkan pengumpulan dan analisis berbagai buku, jurnal, dan literatur terkait untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa , pengembangan profesi guru dan kinerja guru merupakan dua aspek penting dalam memajukan dunia penididikan, yang saling terkait dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Upaya pengembangan profesi guru dan peningkatan kinerja guru perlu terus didorong agar pendidikan dapat memberikan dampak yang positif dan berkualitas bagi peserta didik serta masyarakat secara luas.

Abstract

The role and responsibilities of the school principal are very crucial in achieving learning goals. This study aims to improve understanding of the functions and leadership of school principals in achieving educational goals. In addition, this study also attempts to examine the influence of principal leadership on achieving educational goals. No field survey was conducted in this study. Instead, researchers collected data from books, magazines, articles, and other sources relevant to the principal's duties in achieving goals in elementary schools. They also reviewed previous research. The results of the study revealed that (1) the principal formulates school policy strategies and methods to achieve educational goals, and (2) the role of the principal has great significance for school success. This program was initiated by Nadiem Makarim, Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.

Abstract

School principal leadership management is important in the process of managing and leading school resources to improve teacher competence and learning quality effectively through planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising carried out by the principal in improving teachers' pedagogical competence at SD Negeri 021 Sungai Kunjang, Samarinda City. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and other related parties. Data analysis was carried out interactively through stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To maintain data validity, the researcher used source triangulation and technique triangulation techniques. The results of the study show: 1) The principal's leadership planning in improving teachers' pedagogical competence by collecting data from teacher performance evaluations. 2) Organization is carried out through a clear division of tasks, coordination with school partners, and the empowerment of senior teachers as mentors to support teacher professional development, 3) Implementation includes technical guidance programs, in-house training, learning communities, webinars, and independent training on the Merdeka Mengajar platform, supported by regular academic supervision. 4) Supervision in the form of monitoring and evaluation is carried out periodically through classroom observation, evaluation meetings, monitoring, and constructive feedback for continuous improvement of the teacher competency improvement program. The principal actively provides guidance and supervision, and develops a data-based evaluation system for a more effective teacher competency development program

Abstract

Analisis pembiayaan dan manajemen finansial di perguruan tinggi swasta merupakan aspek krusial dalam memastikan keberlangsungan dan kualitas pendidikan yang ditawarkan. Meningkatnya biaya pendidikan menjadi isu utama bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik pengelolaan keuangan di perguruan tinggi swasta (PTS) di Samarinda dan mengidentifikasi strategi untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan finansial. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada beberapa institusi PTS. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan, analisis dokumen, dan observasi langsung pada praktik keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tantangan utama yang dihadapi PTS adalah ketergantungan tinggi pada uang kuliah, rendahnya diversifikasi sumber pendapatan, serta kurangnya efisiensi operasional. Penerapan teknologi informasi manajemen keuangan masih terbatas, dapat menghambat transparansi dan akuntabilitas serta kurangnya perencanaan keuangan jangka panjang menjadi kendala untuk mencapai efisiensi dan keberlanjutan. Strategi diversifikasi pendapatan melalui hibah penelitian dan kemitraan dengan industri, optimalisasi pengeluaran, serta peningkatan transparansi sistem manajemen keuangan terintegrasi. Pengembangan SDM di bidang keuangan juga menjadi fokus utama untuk mendukung implementasi strategi-strategi tersebut. Pentingnya kolaborasi antara PTS dengan pemerintah, industri, dan alumni merupakan upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan serta keberlanjutan operasional. Adanya pengembangan kebijakan yang mendukung diversifikasi sumber pendanaan, peningkatan teknologi keuangan, dan efisiensi pengelolaan anggaran diharapkan dapat meningkatkan aksesibilitas pendidikan tinggi yang inklusif dan berkualitas.
