Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship training and self-efficacy on community entrepreneurial interest. This research was conducted in kereng bengkirai village. The source of data in this study is the community of Kereng Bangkirai village. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods. While the approach that researchers do in this study is with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all participants who participated in the training while the sample in this study amounted to 20 people. Based on the results of research that has been done, it is known that there is an influence of entrepreneurship training and self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial interest of the Kereng Bangkirai village community from the results of the F test (simultaneously) which amounted to 86.930. Furthermore, the value of the Coefficient of Determination is 0.911, meaning that the results above there is an influence of variables XI and X2 on variable Y by 91.1%, and the remaining 8.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

The problem that is often found in learning economics is that teachers still use little learning media, especially technology-based learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce learning media based on edunomic adventure interactive games that are categorized as feasible, easy and effective for use in economic learning activities. This study uses development research or Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The instrument used by researchers in this study is an expert validation sheet which will be validated by material experts and media experts to determine the level of quality and feasibility of edunomic adventure interactive game-based learning media that will be tested. Furthermore, giving questionnaires to students to determine the effectiveness of using learning media based on edunomic adventure interactive games. Based on the results of validation conducted by media experts on learning media based on interactive games edunomic adventure with a score of 86% in the category very valid to be used as a learning medium in economic lessons. Furthermore, the assessment of material experts on the material presented in the edunomic adventure interactive game-based learning media scored 85% in the category very valid for use as an economic learning media. The results of the assessment conducted by students on learning media based on interactive games edunomic adventure with a score of 88%, included in the category very feasible to use in economic learning

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran merupakan suatu tindakan yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha agar produk yang mereka pasarkan terlihat menarik dan dapat terjual sehingga mampu mendapatkan keuntungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dengan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah matriks SWOT sesuai judul dan tujuan dari penelitian itu sendiri yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran Angkringan NABA dalam menghadapi persaingan usahanya. Pada matriks SWOT dapat menggambarkan secara jelas bagaimana peluang dan ancaman eksternal yang dihadapi Angkringan NABA dapat disesuaikan dengan kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dimilikinya melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa kekuatan dari Angkringan NABA yaitu lokasi yang strategis, kualitas pelayanan yang baik, harga terjangkau, komunikasi yang baik antara konsumen yang karyawan, tempat santai yang luas, dan jaringan melalui media sosial. Sedangkan kelemahan dari Angkringan NABA yaitu tempat lesehan yang masih terkena cipratan air hujan, pengantaran pesanan yang lama, banyak nyamuk, dan tempat duduk kursi yang terkena asap bakaran. Peluang yang dimiliki oleh Angkringan NABA yaitu lahan parkir yang luas, menu yang beragam, rasa yang enak, dan masuk di semua umur dan kalangan. Sedangkan ancaman yang dimiliki oleh Angkringan NABA yaitu pesaing dengan bisnis yang sama dan Adanya promosi dari pesaing. Strategi pemasaran yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan lebih memperhatikan pengunjung, dapat menambah jumlah karyawan, selalu berinovasi pada menu yang ditawarkan, tetap menjaga kualitas produknya,melakukan perawatan tempat agar konsumen tetap merasa nyaman

Abstract

The service quality and digital promotion of Café Four Queens has recently experienced a lack of attention from business owners because the café owner's focus is divided between studying and working, resulting in the quality of service still not satisfying customers, because there are still order errors and delays in serving consumer orders. Likewise, the digital promotions carried out by Café Four Queens have recently not attracted potential consumers. This can be seen from the decline in viewers for digital promotions carried out on the Four Queens Instagram account. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and digital promotion on increasing profits at Café Four Queens Palangka Raya. And based on the results of data analysis. Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Hesterocedasticity Test, Determination Test, Simultaneous Test (F), Partial Test (T). The results of this research, the independent variables in this research, namely service quality and digital promotion, contributed 69.8% to the dependent variable and the remaining 31.2% was influenced by other variables and simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) obtained a value based on SPSS calculations of 60.046 where fcount > ftable is 60.046 > 3.23 and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality and digital promotion on increasing profits at Café Four Queens, Palangka Raya City

Abstract

In this study researchers used qualitative research, where qualitative research is a research method used to research on natural object conditions, where the researcher is the key instrument, data collection techniques are triangulated (combined), data analysis is inductive, and qualitative research results emphasize meaning rather than generalization. By using this qualitative method, researchers will make observations, in the form of interviews and review documents to provide a direct description of the nature of the respondent, namely the Analysis of the Recruitment System and Placement of Employees in Working at BRI BANK Jalan Imam Bonjol Kota Palangka Raya. Recruitment itself is a process of attracting, holding, and searching and finding a group of candidates who submit applications which can later fill vacant positions in an organization or company. The purpose of the recruitment system itself is to meet the needs of a company or organization regarding the human resources contained in the company so that later get human resources that are truly qualified. Abstract

Dalam lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, strategi pemasaran yang efektif memainkan peran kunci dalam menarik dan mempertahankan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi segmentasi, targeting, dan positioning terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan di Toko Benang Bintik Lestari Indah, sebuah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang industri batik di Kota Palangka Raya, Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Toko Benang Bintik Lestari Indah telah menerapkan strategi segmentasi pasar yang komprehensif, meliputi segmentasi demografis, geografis, psikografis, dan perilaku. Perusahaan menargetkan pekerja kantoran dan masyarakat di sekitar Palangka Raya sebagai target pasar utama. Dari segi positioning, Toko Benang Bintik Lestari Indah memposisikan diri sebagai produsen kain batik dengan motif benang bintik khas Kalimantan Tengah, menawarkan produk yang berkualitas dengan kisaran harga yang variatif, dan menciptakan suasana toko yang nyaman. Strategi segmentasi, targeting, dan positioning yang diterapkan oleh Toko Benang Bintik Lestari Indah sejalan dengan teori pemasaran dan hasil penelitian terdahulu, serta berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas strategi pemasaran dan memaksimalkan potensi penjualan perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi bisnis dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat sasaran dan efektif untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pelanggan dan keunggulan kompetitif

Abstract

This research examines the important role of Pokdarwis Nyaru Menteng in improving community welfare in Tumbang Tahai sub-district of Palangka Raya city, focusing on ecotourism and its impact on community empowerment, environmental management, and local economic growth. Using a qualitative approach, the research involved direct observation and in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, including local residents, Pokdarwis leaders and administrators, and government agencies such as the forestry and tourism offices of central Kalimantan province and Palangka Raya city. The findings of this study highlight that Pokdarwis have successfully engaged local communities in tourism activities, leading to improved social and economic welfare. However, challenges related to managerial capacity and economic sustainability remain, particularly in relation to fluctuating visitor numbers. This research underscores the need for continued government support, enhanced managerial training and diversification strategies to ensure long-term economic stability. In addition, better environmental management practices are needed to preserve local biodiversity. This research contributes to a broader understanding of community-based tourism by emphasizing the importance of local participation and sustainable practices in tourism management to achieve improved welfare for the community

Abstract

UMKM berperan vital dalam perekonomian Indonesia, termasuk di Kota Palangka Raya, Kalimantan Tengah, melalui sektor industri kerajinan, khususnya aksesoris khas Dayak. Artikel ini menganalisis kontribusi UMKM kerajinan dalam mendorong pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan, dengan menggunakan studi kasus pada Toko Souvenir Fauzi yang menjual produk kerajinan tradisional seperti tas rotan, gelang batu, miniatur getah nyatu, manik-manik, dan aksesoris lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran UMKM dalam menciptakan model bisnis yang ramah lingkungan dan sosial, sesuai dengan teori triple bottom line yang mengintegrasikan aspek ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian lokal, mempromosikan pelestarian budaya, dan mendukung keberlanjutan sumber daya alam melalui pemanfaatan bahan baku alami. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses pasar, teknologi, dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang berkelanjutan masih dihadapi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kapasitas teknologi dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam untuk memastikan keberlanjutan jangka panjang UMKM kerajinan ini. Dengan demikian, UMKM kerajinan aksesoris khas Dayak berpotensi sebagai agen perubahan yang mendorong pembangunan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di Palangka Raya

Abstract

Pertanian merupakan peran penting dalam ketahanan pangan, terutama sebagai negara agraris dengan populasi yang terus meningkat. Dalam menghadapi tantangan pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan yang berkelanjutan, teknologi pertanian modern seperti hidroponik menjadi solusi potensial. Hidroponik adalah metode budidaya tanaman yang menggunakan air berisi nutrisi sebagai media tumbuh, tanpa menggunakan tanah. Program KKN Universitas Palangka Raya bekerja sama dengan Tim Majafloba berfokus pada pemulihan tanaman hidroponik di Desa Palu Rejo, Kalimantan Tengah. Tujuan program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas lokal dalam mengelola tanaman hidroponik. Melalui kegiatan gotong royong, pembenahan instalasi air, dan pembibitan tanaman hidroponik, program ini berhasil menghidupkan Kembali tanaman hidroponik yang sebelumnya tidak terawat. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara mahasiswa dan kelompok masyarakat (Majafloba) dapat membantu meningkatkan produksi pangan dan memperkuat kapasitas lokal.

Abstract

Sustainable natural resource management is an important part of community economic development, especially in areas that depend on forest products. This study examines the public economic aspects of rattan management by the Social Forestry Business Group (KUPS) in Gohong Village, Central Kalimantan, as a community empowerment effort. The purpose of this study is to understand how the rattan management model implemented is able to improve community welfare while maintaining environmental sustainability through policies taken as one of the indicators of public economy. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was obtained through interviews with KUPS members and the Village Forest Management Agency (LPHD), direct observation of the rattan handicraft production process, and analysis of relevant policy documents. The results of the study show that rattan management by KUPS has had a very good impact on the local economy by creating business opportunities for the community, especially for women involved in the rattan handicraft industry. The shift in livelihoods from farming to rattan craftsmanship occurred as a result of the government's ban on forest burning. The rattan products produced are not only marketed at the local level but also penetrate the national market. In addition, the sustainability of this business is strengthened by the support of international grants and forest management policies that prevent over-exploitation.
