Abstract

Sales is one of the important components in the marketing system that plays a role in generating revenue. This activity aims to provide business owners with knowledge about the sales process to increase sales of their products. The partners involved in this activity are culinary businesses in Jambi. The method used was training and socialization, which included an introduction to the sales process, starting from finding potential buyers, identifying prospects, qualifying prospects, to making sales. Evaluation of the activity showed that the training went smoothly and succeeded in improving partners' understanding of the sales process, so that they can make improvements in maintaining sales continuity in the future.

Abstract

Pricing refers to the process of setting the exchange rate of products that will be accepted by consumers. Factors affecting pricing include production costs, intended markets, competition, market conditions, and product quality. Price determination is a key concept in microeconomic theory and is one of the four elements of the marketing mix, Mitra which is the place of PKM activities is engaged in the egg nut snack business with the AMHR brand is located in Muaro Jambi. Through initial observations to business owner Mrs. Aminah through Whatshapp, there are main problems for partners in terms of determining selling prices that can increase competitive advantage. The results of PKM activities showed that the implementation of activities went smoothly, partners were eager to receive the material delivered by the PKM team. There is two-way communication between partners and PKM teams. In addition, outputs are made in the form of publications to journals and IPR.

Abstract

The purpose of the activity is to help business owners have a stock of knowledge about quality costs, so that business owners can increase product excellence compared to other competitors in the market. The partner chosen in the PKM activity is a homemade handicraft business with the Damar Handy Craft brand, various kinds of raw materials are combined and processed into handicraft products such as decorative lamps, decorations and so on. Damar Handy MSMEs are domiciled in the city of Serang, Banten Province. Based on initial observations to partners communicated directly with business owners, the main problem of partners lies in the absence of understanding of the classification of quality costs and their application. This is due to the partners' lack of knowledge about quality costs so that the handicraft products that are successfully made do not have adequate quality with an efficient level of cost expenditure. The method offered in the activity is training/socialization on quality costs and the classification and utilization of quality costs in online handicraft processing. The results of the activity show that the implementation of the training went smoothly, there was a discussion between the partners and the PKM team. It is hoped that knowledge about quality costs can be able to overcome partner problems, so that partners can increase product excellence compared to competitors.

Abstract

Business model innovation (BMI) is considered a specialized form of innovation that helps improve business performance. The key to successfully improving business performance and competitiveness lies in the effective implementation of key managerial practices that lead to innovation. Businesses can innovate through products, processes and marketing strategies, and can innovate their business models. The objective of current service activity is to provide training to SMEs on business model innovation. The partner chosen to be the place of activity is engaged in the culinary business located in Jambi. The activity method of conducting online training through zoom meetings, presented in the form of PPT, about innovation, innovation fields, business model innovation, reasons for the importance of business model innovation, and strategies for implementing business model innovation has run smoothly. Training has been carried out according to the needs of partners assisted by two students as hosts. Partners were eager to receive the material presented by the PKM team. During the socialization process, the partners had many discussions and questions and answers with the PKM Team. The results of the activity can increase partner knowledge in an effort to improve business performance.

Abstract

As a salesperson / personal selling / salesperson is the key to success in generating the buying process. Personal selling is an effective tool to build preferences, beliefs, and purchase actions. For this reason, business owners must increase their expertise which can be achieved through salles training in using adequate facilities. As a seller, you must master every product or service that the company sells. The purpose of the activity is to help business owners have a stock of knowledge about salespeople, so that business owners can increase sales of the products produced. The partner chosen in the PKM activity is engaged in a culinary business domiciled in Jambi. The method offered to partners is training/socialization which includes an introduction to salespeople, characteristics, forms, principles and goals and benefits. Presented in the form of PPT and conducted online. The results of the activity show that partners can optimize personal selling skills in offering products to end consumers, as evidenced by the results of the evaluation of the answers to the questionnaires given to partners showing 100% can understand the material presented.

Abstract

Pemimpin memainkan peran sentral dalam proses mencapai kesuksesan. Memiliki pemimpin hebat yang dapat mengarahkan pengikut mereka secara efektif dan baik akan memberikan hasil yang mendalam Tujuan kegiatan adalah membantu pemilik usaha memiliki bekal pengetahuan tentang kepemimpinan, agar pemilik usaha dapat meningkatkan kesuksesan dalam berwirausaha. Mitra yang dipilih pada kegiatan PKM bergerak pada usaha kuliner yang berdomisili di Jambi.Metode yang ditawarkan ke mitra adalah pelatihan/sosialisasi yang meliputi pengenalan tentang kepemimpinan. Model model dalam kepemimpinan , teori bagaimana pemimpin dalam memotivasi karyawan dan lain nya. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan kegiatan pelatihan berjalan lancar, mitra memiliki bekal pengetahuan dalam mengoptimalkan kemampuan memimpin usaha yang sedang dijalankan. Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan PKM adalah memberikan bekal pengetahuan tentang manjemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja saat menjalankan usaha. Mitra yang dijadikan tempat kegiatan adalah UKM yang bergerak dalam bidang kerajinan tangan bernama aryanie craft . Lokasi mitra terdapat di Kota Serang propinsi Banten. Kegiatan PKM didasarkan pada observasi awal pada mitra, dimana mitra belum mendapatkan pembekalan tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia, sehingga masih lemahnya mitra dalam memahami manajemen sumber daya manusia yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah pelatihan melalui zoom meeting. Adapun terkait materi yang ingin disampaikan ke mitra disajikan dalam bentuk PPT. Materi yang terkait diberikan ke mitra adalah pengenalan manajemen sumber daya manusia, fungsi manajerial dan fungsi operasional dari MSDM. Hasil kegiatan dari PKM ini telah selesai dn berjalan lancar, mitra dapat lebih memahami MSDM yang perlu dikelola dalam Upaya meningkatkn kinerja dari produk yang dihasilkan mitra.
