Abstract

Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic has brought many changes to people's lives in almost every activity, including education. Educational institutions are required to create a new culture in providing learning for their students. The current fact is that the younger generation is starting to lose its nationalist character. The decline in the character of nationalism is thought to be due to cultural changes that occurred as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the emergence of cases of brawls that occur between students and even the community, sometimes resulting in fatalities, the rise in bullying cases that occur among junior high school students and suicide cases among the younger generation. News These cases show how fragile the condition of the nation's next generation is. . This adaptive education is one way to bridge the gap that has arisen as a result of distance education implemented due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This adaptive education places greater emphasis on involvement in daily activities as a learning process. The research method used is the sequential exploratory method, namely collecting and analyzing qualitative data then collecting and analyzing quantitative data. In order to support quantitative data analysis, this research also applies qualitative data analysis techniques to analyze data from interviews and literature studies. The results of this research show that adaptive learning of Indonesian insight has a significant effect on the formation of nationalistic character with a correlation coefficient of R = 0.366. Where the influencing factors from internal and external are related to learning of Indonesian insight material which is the implementation of daily behavior.

Abstract

The Military Academy is an educational institution of the Indonesian Army that trains officer candidates with the Three Basic Patterns, namely good academics, strong character, and excellent physical fitness, supported by facilities and infrastructure at the Military Academy that are closely tied to the support services of the Military Logistics in effectively aiding the service and distribution of logistical supplies to the cadets, ensuring that the learning and training activities of the cadets meet expectations. However, there are often issues with the receipt of Kaporlap that are not in accordance and the delays in the distribution of Kaporlap, which hinder the learning and training activities of the fourth-level cadets at the Military Academy. This research was conducted to determine whether the services provided by Bekang Akmil in distributing Kaporlap have been effective or not. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method, obtaining data from interviews and documents, as well as data analysis through data triangulation, which includes data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The acceptance of the Kaporlap experienced by the fourth-year cadets has not been satisfactory, as indicated by the discrepancies between the Kaporlap received and what has been recorded by the cadets, as well as the delays in the distribution of the Kaporlap. The effectiveness of the Bekang Akmil service greatly influences the distribution of Kaporlap to cadets. So far, the service and distribution provided by Bekang Akmil have been effective; however, the issues that often arise are beyond the authority and responsibility of Bekang Akmil.

Abstract

Dinamisnya perkembangan global telah memberikan perubahan dan dampak positif dan negatif kepada suatu bangsa diantaranya teknologi informasi, komunikasi dan transportasi, yang telah menjadikan dunia tanpa batas (borderless), yang berpotensi berdampak negatif dan menjadi ancaman, baik ancaman militer maupun nirmiliter. Ancaman nirmiliter antara lain kenakalan remaja, mulai dari narkoba , LGBT serta terlibat dalam tawuran. Bela negara merupakan kewajiban setiap warga negara Indonesia, sebagai salah satu wujud partisipasi warga dalam mempertahankan negaranya. Akmil sebagai lembaga pendidikan dalam kegiatan binter memiliki peran untuk meningkatkan kesadaran bela negara. Permasalahan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran bela negara meliputi aspek internal, yaitu dari dalam Akmil, serta aspek eksternal, yang berasal dari masyarakat dan lingkungannya, sehingga memerlukan pendekatan fungsional dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai bela negara. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dalam menuangkan gagasan dengan mengedepankan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, metode deskriptif analisis dan studi empiris. Adapun hasil dari pelaksanaan penelitian mengemukakan bahwa aspek internal dari Akmil memiliki pengaruh dominan dalam rangka meningkatkan kesadaran bela negara masyarakat, khsususnya generasi muda sebagai elemen utama penerus bangsa. Wujud dari upaya tersebut meliputi program-program capacity building bagi personel Akmil serta kegiatan-kegiatan lain di bidang pendidikan dan pelatihan bela negara, penanaman nilai-nilai Pancasila, sosial budaya dan program-program kemasyarakatan yang lain

Abstract

Tingginya intensitas bencana alam akhir-akhir ini, diperlukan peran pemimpin lapangan yang sigap dan responsif dalam mengatasi kendala di lapangan. Teknologi sumber informasi dan sistem pengolahan data secara cepat dan akurat memiliki peran penting dalam pengendalian situasi dan pengambilan keputusan. Yonzipur 9/LLB memiliki pasukan reaksi cepat penanggulangan bencana (PRCPB) dengan Komandan Peleton sebagai unsur pimpinan di lapangan. Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi pada Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) oleh satuan, menjadi langkah strategis bagi Komandan Peleton dalam memaksimalkan kekuatan dan menekan kerugian yang ditimbulkan. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus digunakan guna membahas kendala, peran Komandan Peleton, dan peran SIG dalam proses penanggulangan bencana alam (lingkup peleton). Hasil penelitian berupa kendala yang dihadapi yaitu koordinasi antar instansi kurang terintegrasi, kondisi medan paska bencana yang beragam dan menyulitkan, khususnya dalam penyaluran logistik. Adanya ragam medan dan menyulitkan, Komandan Peleton berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pihak melalui alat komunikasi yang ada demi kelancaran tugas guna menjaga kondisi fisik dan moril anggotanya. Penerapan SIG berupa penentuan area dan persebaran posko dan tempat pengungsian, menentukan rute evakuasi dan distribusi logistik paling aman.

Abstract

Research on people's perceptions is needed as a way that can be used to control and evaluate the performance of village officials. The method used in this study is qualitative with data sources through interviews conducted with village heads, village officials, community leaders, religious leaders and the people of Ngadirejo Village. The results of this study are first, the perception of the Ngadirejo village community towards apparatus performance is more influenced by the characteristics of people who respond to stimuli and experiences from the community when services are provided from village apparatus. details of the problems that exist in the community from the old village apparatus, lack of work ethic of village government officials/equipment, not yet available good computers and printers are not available, lack of office transportation, low human resources lack of irrigation that functions properly, finance village which is still very lacking. Meanwhile, what comes from the opinion of the community is that there is an internal conflict between village officials, not being on time in carrying out their duties, village officials lack discipline in carrying out their duties, lack of responsibility and sincerity in carrying out their duties. Third, the driving factor for the performance of village officials is young people. and productive people in Ngadirejo village, fertile land, there is training from the government to the community

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan bela negara kepada siswa SMU Kelurahan Gandon, Kabupaten Temanggung    dengan harapan  dapat meningkatkan   rasa   Wawasan Kebangsaan   di  kalangan  siswa.   Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan simulasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang arti   pentingnya Wawasan Kebangsaan, dan juga mampu mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

The National Agency for Disaster Countermeasure (BNPB) represents the focal point of government agencies at the central level. In the meantime, the local disaster resistant point at the state and district/ city is a Local Disaster Relief Agency (BPBD). From the non-formal side, both of the national and local level forums have been set up in order to amplify disaster barriers in Indonesia. At a national level, it has formed a national platform (Planas) which consists of many elements such as civil society, business world, college, media and international agencies. This research uses qualitative methods. The regional command unit has also become a local level in the natural disasters’ relief as well as it’s empowered the disaster area. However, it is an obligation for Denbekang IV-44-033/Salatiga to support the area in disaster relief. The government that acts as a regulator in carrying out these functions can be felt less optimized since the distribution of the logistics to the natural disasters regions is done after (The National Agency for Disaster Countermeasure) incapable to cope with the disasters’ victims especially in the logistics maximally. The result of this research is that the implementation of the distribution of logistics for natural disaster management which has been conducted by Denbekang IV-44-03 /Salatiga is considered less optimal due to a lack of communication between Denbekang IV-44-03 /Salatiga as a part of the units (BNPB and local governments) that assisting in handling natural disaster. The facilities and infrastructures are less representative in encountering the natural disaster as a part of Military Operation Other Than War (OMSP) which is to undertake the task of handling natural disasters. Those problems can be overcome by the ability of the military personnel who has the education and rank background which has made the task execution easier. Another problem that arises is the channel of the request for assistance from the local government to Denbekang IV-44-03/Salatiga to cope with natural disasters is winding up which makes late respond.

Abstract

Menjaga kondisi bangunan komplek rumah dinas agar selalu dalam kondisi baik dan nyaman untuk ditinggali prajurit batalyon, menjadi bagian penting dalam mendukung tugas pokok satuan. Mengingat kegiatan dinas luar yang padat, dan membuat rumah dinas menjadi terbengkalai untuk beberapa waktu sehingga perlu dilaksanakan prosedur pemeliharaan dan perawatan semaksimal mungkin secara berkala yang disesuaikan dengan prosedur pemeliharaan dan perawatan bangunan. Hal ini dilakukan selain untuk menjaga moril prajurit dan keluarganya juga mendukung efisiensi anggaran. Disinilah urgensi peran Danton Lapangan satuan Zeni untuk melaksanakan tugas pokoknya dalam perawatan dan pemeliharaan Rumah Dinas prajurit. Kondisi kelayakan sebuah rumah secara tidak langsung salah satunya dapat dilihat dari kondisi atapnya. Kondisi Atap rumah yang buruk akan mempengaruhi kondisi konstruksi bangunan lainnya sehingga mengganggu kenyamanan bagi pengguna rumah dinas tersebut, dimana hal ini secara tidak langsung dapat mempengaruhi moril prajurit saat berdinas. Dari latar belakang diatas maka penulis ingin melihat peran seorang Danton Lapangan Satuan Zeni dalam melaksanakan pemeliharaan dan perawatan bangunan gedung yang ditujukan secara khusus pada bagian atap gedung atau rumah dinas yang ditempati oleh prajurit Yonzipur 9/LLB. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif Deskriptif. Penulis sebagai instrumen penelitian, mendapatkan data-data melalui wawancara dengan narasumber, observasi dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Peran Danton Lapangan Korps Zeni dapat membangun kepedulian anggota terhadap rumah dinas (tempat tinggalnya) dan memberikan motivasi dan dorongan bagi anggota untuk melaksanakan perawatan rumah dinasnya sehingga memperpanjang masa pakai Atap, yang secara tidak langsung dapat mendukung efisiensi anggaran.

Abstract

Currently, CCTV technology is becoming the center of attention from various circles, especially in the judicial world. This is because the application of CCTV technology with artificial intelligence can make a significant contribution to criminal investigation tasks by facilitating the collection of stronger evidence and the identification of criminals, although there are still challenges related to the limitations of the existence and validity of evidence in court. However, the fact is that the legality of CCTV as valid evidence has not yet been established as legitimate proof in court. Nevertheless, CCTV has greatly supported the tasks of the Criminal Investigation Unit at the Military Police Detachment IV/2 Yogyakarta. This research aims to understand how the Criminal Investigation Unit utilizes CCTV in its primary duties. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with direct observation by the researcher as an instrument. The researcher also conducted interviews and searched for documents that could strengthen the findings. The data was then analyzed in-depth and holistically regarding the phenomenon being studied, along with a deeper contextual understanding. The results of the research indicate that the use of CCTV greatly supports the primary duties of investigation unit commander at the Military Police Detachment IV/2 Yogyakarta. The results from CCTV can enhance the performance of investigators in uncovering cases. CCTV results also provide accurate information in the investigation process, allowing investigative activities to proceed more effectively and efficiently.
