Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh senam tart terhadap kebahagiaan lansia di Panti Asuhan Persaudaraan Shafa Daerah Lasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian adalah lansia yang berada di panti Ikhwanus Shafa kawasan Lasi. Lansia berkisar antara 55-70 tahun. Sampelnya berjumlah 7 orang untuk kelompok kontrol dan 7 orang untuk kelompok eksperimen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah pelaksanaan senam Tart pada lansia terjadi peningkatan Happiness pada lansia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between partner social support and work family conflict in female honorary teachers. The approach to this research is a quantitative approach using survey methods. Data were collected using a scale of partner social support and work family conflict and the data was processed using product moment correlation analysis. 84 female honorary teachers participated in this research. Based on the results of data analysis and the results of coirielation analysis with a coirielation value of around 0.585. The results of research hypothesis testing show that there is a relationship between partner social support and work family conflict in female elementary school honorary teachers.

Abstract

Prosocial behavior is a voluntary action that provides benefits to others, such as showing care, empathy, and respect for personal value and dignity. The ability to behave socially is very important to have in order to prepare oneself to be accepted in the social environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of storytelling in circle time on prosocial behavior in kindergarten children. The method used in this study is an experimental research method which uses one group pre-test post-test. Data collection was done through observation with checklist recording techniques. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The subjects in this study were TUNAS BANGSA kindergarten children aged 5-6 years. The results of this study are that the storytelling method at circle time is effective in increasing prosocial behavior in children.
