Abstract

Garbage is a serious problem in Indonesia. It is not surprising that there is a lot of waste found in various places, such as used plastic bottles. To overcome this problem, the Collaborative KKN Team #2 237 invites the community to manage and utilize used bottle waste as a medium for growing vegetables in the Antirogo Village. This activity aims to minimize the volume of bottled waste in the surrounding environment and educate the public to utilize used bottled waste as a medium for growing vegetables. The method used in the implementation of this activity is through socialization and joint manufacturing practices. The results of this study indicate that the audience is enthusiastic in receiving the material provided and the results of the questionnaire indicate that the audience's high desire to practice it at their homes on an ongoing basis. This is of course as one of the results of the successful activities received by the Collaborative KKN #2 237 teams

Abstract

Depresi merupakan gangguan suasana perasaan yang ditandai dengan perasaan sedih yang mendalam, kehilangan minat serta gambaran afeksi negatif lainnya yang dapat mengganggu fungsi dan aktivitas di kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penanganan depresi unipolar pada pasien Nn. WA, seorang wanita berusia 27 tahun yang datang pada 09 September 2022 dengan gejala depresi sedang. Diagnosis awal menggunakan SRQ-20 (+19) dan PHQ-9 (16), yang menunjukkan depresi sedang unipolar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi terhadap kondisi klinis pasien dan evaluasi proses kolaborasi tim medis dalam pengobatan. Terapi yang diberikan meliputi Supportive Therapy, Grounding Technique, serta pemberian obat Fluoxetine 20 mg setiap pagi dan Diazepam 2 mg setiap malam. Setelah terapi dan pemantauan intensif, pasien menunjukkan perbaikan signifikan pada kontrol terakhir pada 14 Juni 2023, dengan skor PHQ-9 turun menjadi 1 dan afek pasien menjadi normal. Penggunaan Diazepam juga berkurang sejak Maret 2023 dan tidak lagi diberikan dalam sebulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pelayanan antara psikiater, dokter umum, dan psikolog dalam pengobatan depresi di fasilitas kesehatan primer dengan pendekatan yang terstruktur memberikan hasil yang efektif serta bermakna secara signifikan dan lebih cost-effective, serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien secara signifikan.

Abstract

Social Studies (IPS) learning in fourth grade elementary schools plays a crucial role in building students' understanding of social and cultural phenomena, including Indonesia's cultural diversity. This material is often presented textually, making it difficult for students to grasp concepts in depth and reducing active engagement and learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the implementation of pop-up book media in social studies learning on cultural diversity and its impact on student learning outcomes. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by analyzing approximately 45 scientific articles published between 2022 and 2026. Data were analyzed thematically to identify the characteristics of media implementation, its influence on learning outcomes, and factors supporting successful media use. The results of the study indicate that pop-up book media is effective in increasing students' conceptual understanding, active engagement, and learning motivation. This media presents material in a concrete and visual manner, allows for the integration of local cultural values, and supports the implementation of cooperative learning strategies, problem-based learning, and discovery learning. The success of implementation is influenced by student interest and motivation, media flexibility, and teacher competence in designing and integrating media into learning. The main obstacles are related to limited teacher skills and facilities/infrastructure. In conclusion, pop-up books are an innovative, interactive, and contextual learning alternative for improving student learning outcomes and understanding of cultural diversity. Further research is needed to expand its scope and evaluate its long-term effects.
