Abstract

Arabic language has a considerable influence on Indonesian language in terms of vocabulary or word absorption. This study aims to identify various forms of sound changes that occur in the novel Mamo-Zein by Ramadhan el-Bauthy. This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis, researchers examine the data to distinguish Arabic loanwords in the text that use Indonesian phonemes. The result of the study found 33 loanwords in the novel Mamo-Zein. The researcher used Crowley's theory of sound change and found several phonological variations in the form of weakening and adding sounds. This research is expected to add knowledge in the field of linguistics and help readers in choosing and distinguishing standardised absorption words in Indonesian.

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk mempertahankan konsumennya menggunakan strategi bauran pemasaran 4P (product, price, place and promotion) untuk mempertahankan konsumen pada minat beli pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel bauran pemasaran 4P (produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi) terhadap minat beli Pasar Malam Jambi dan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan yang dapat mempengaruhi minat beli Pasar Malam Jambi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna situs Zalora dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 210 orang. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi diperoleh bahwa secara simultan Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Tempat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara parsial produk, harga dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan tempat tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel produk merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap minat beli konsumen Pasar Malam Jambi dan besarnya kontribusi variabel bebas terhadap perubahan variabel terikat sebesar 48% (R Square = 0,48).

Abstract

Training as well as digital marketing guidance has been held for the disability community VirageAwie in Cimareme Village, Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency. This activity aims to increase knowledge and skills in digital marketing, especially for disability community members. The program starts with FGD to identify problems, then to be continued with VirageAwie.com website creation and training themed Digital Marketing Introducing Business Through Social Media Content. Training covers discussion about marketing through social media, methods photography, videography, and product promotion. Findings show the existence of significant improvement in participants' understanding about digital marketing as well as their ability to use digital platforms to enlarge market reach. A good influence was seen in the increased ability and independent financial sustainability of the participants. This initiative needs more cooperation continued with communities, academics, and government to strengthen network marketing as well as quality power work, so that VirageAwie products can compete in the local to global market.

Abstract

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is a widely used analytical method for the separation, identification, and quantification of compounds in complex biological matrices, such as plasma, serum, and urine. This article discusses the analysis and validation of the effectiveness of antidiabetic drugs using HPLC, focusing on sample preparation, column selection, mobile phase, and detectors used. Method validation is performed to ensure parameters such as specificity, linearity, precision, accuracy, limit of detection (LOD), and limit of quantification (LOQ) are met. Literature study from 18 journals showed that HPLC is a sensitive, specific, and efficient method for antidiabetic drug analysis. Preparation techniques such as protein precipitation and solid-phase extraction provide optimal results in minimizing biological matrix interferences. In addition, the Photodiode Array (PDA) detector proved superior in terms of sensitivity and analyzability at low concentrations compared to other detectors. By fulfilling all validation parameters, HPLC can be relied upon as a primary method for the analysis of antidiabetic drugs in biological matrices.

Abstract

This study aims to identify linguistic expressions on utterances used in communication during ruqyah sharia happening. It is conducted using a pragmatic perspective and the descriptive qualitative method in analyzing data. Data from this research got from Youtube during the treatment of ruqyah sharia. This study used maxim theory to test the use of the cooperative principles among them during ruqyah sharia so we can get a system of the cooperative principle which is violated or obeyed by them. Based on findings and discussion, it can be seen the following. There are some conversations which violated by Ustadz and the patient conversation. There are about 2% violated the maxim of manner, 8% violated the maxim of relation, 5% violated the maxim of quality, and 3% violated the maxim of quantity. Some conversations are obeyed, namely 40 % obeyed the maxim of manner, 16 % obeyed the maxim of relation, 34% obeyed the maxim of quality, and 10 % obeyed the maxim of quantity. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that in ruqyah sharia, the theory of Grice (1975) about the cooperative principle can be tested in the use of the cooperative principle between ustadz and patients in the Indonesian context. Although the patient did not aware of his conversation, he can make good cooperative principles with Ustadz so the conversation can go smoothly and both speakers understand their conversation.
