Abstract

Abstract- The supply chain dynamics has been broadly examined and experienced by the academes, industrialists as well as economists. However, still the literature is missing with the effect of economic indicators on supply chain practices, particularly in fishing industry. Therefore, the objective of the current study is to examine the role of economic indicators on supply chain in fishing industry of Indonesia. Fishing industry is one of the industries which is working from many centuries and now growing rapidly and considered to be the important element of economic growth in different countries like Indonesia. Six hypotheses were formulated with the help of previous studies, concerning the relationship between inflation rate, interest rate, human development index (HDI), gross domestic product (GDP) and supply chain. GDP was considered as the mediating variable. Managerial employees of fishing companies were selected as the respondents of this study. Primary data was collected by conducting the questionnaire survey. Total number of one hundred and ninety-six (196) response were received. These responses were analysed with the help of statistical software namely; Partial Least Square (PLS). It was found that economic indicators have influence on supply chain. Increases in inflation rate and interest rate decreases the supply chain. However, increases in HDI enhances the GDP and promote supply chain activities. Additionally, GDP is a mediating variable between HDI and supply chain which positively enhances the supply chain through HDI. Thus, study provides the clues for government to promote supply chain by controlling inflation and interest rate.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian, menganalisis pengaruh motivasi utilitarian (cost saving, dan selection), terhadap brand attitude dan selanjutnya memoderasi dan memedisi terhadap purchase intention pada produk lokal di Jambi. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif. Model penelitian mengembangkan model  Motivation-Opportunity-Ability (MOA). Antesedan motivasi utilitarian menggunakan dimensi (cost saving, dan selection). Responden penelitian adalah konsumen yang berbelanja produk batik Jambi di kota Jambi. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 110 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, dan di ukur menggunakan skala linkert 1-5. Alat analisis data menggunakan Path Analysis Model dengan software SPSS. Temuan empiris membuktikan motivasi utilitarian mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand attitude pada taraf 5% dan purchase intention pada taraf 15%.  Brand attitude mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention pada taraf 5%. Motivasi utilitarian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention melalui brand attitude dan selanjutnya memperkuat purchase intention pada produk lokak (batik Jambi). Kata Kunci:motivasi utilitarian, saving, selection, brand attitude, purchase intention, batik jambi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa tinggi tingkat motivasi dan kinerja tenaga kerja honor. Fenomenanya di entitas pemerintah tinggkat motivasi kerja tenaga kerja honor sulit di jelaskan, dan aspek motivasi kerja mereka rendah. Dari sisi tanggungjawab, tupoksi dan gaji tidak memiliki kesamaan dengan tenaga kerja tetap. Perbedaan ini menjadi gap yang perlu dijelaskan dalam mengukur kinerja tenaga honor. Secara teori motivasi tinggi dipengaruhi oleh aspek kebuetuhan yang berasal dari dorongan eksternal dan internal diri sesorang. Namun penelitian fokus pada aspek motivasi kebutuhan eksternal. Model penelitian regresi berganda, dengan pengumpulan data memberikan kuisioner kepada 100 tenaga kerja honorer pada 20 Organisasi Pemerintah Daerah Jambi dengan purposive sampling. Analisa data deskriftif dan analisis tabulasi silang (Crosstab) regresi berganda menggunakan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja honor di OPD moderat, yaitu sebesar 59,2 % dengan kontribusi tertinggi oleh motivasi fisiologis. Rekomendasi untuk peningkatan kinerja tenaga kerja honor dengan memberikan motivasi terkait kebutuhan fisiologi, rasa aman dan pengakuan.

Abstract

Abstract- The recent trend in big data application has led the organizations to think about its application. Having in mind the importance of supply chain integration and learning the current study has attempted to explore the drivers of firm performance from the supply chain perspective. Data were collected from the employees working in the pharmaceuticals companies in Indonesia. Smart-PLS was used for data analysis. The results of the study showed that there is strong significant positive relationship between big data analytical capability and firm performance. Further the results also revealed a significant influence of supply chain integration and learning on the firm performance. The results also revealed supply chain agility as a significant positive mediator between the relationships of supply chain integration, big data analytical capability, learning and firm performance. All the hypothesis were accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Quality of Work Life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT. Petro China International Jabung Ltd with a sample of 120 respondents. The data collection method uses questionnaire method which is measured using Likert scale and the hypotheses was tested by  using the PLS (Partial Least Square) program. The results showed that the quality of work life has positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the quality of work life is proven to have positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and organizational commitment partially mediates the relationship between the quality of work life and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The implication of this research is that the increasing quality of work life will increase organizational commitment so that it can improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The company must continuously improve the quality of work life program to increase the employee performance with objective and systematic procedures.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational support and spirituality in the workplace through organizational commitment on employee performance. The target population for this research is Civil Servants (PNS) in the National Unity and Politics Agency of Jambi Province, totaling 89 people. Where the sampling technique in this study used the Krejcie and Morgan tables with a margin of error of 5% so that a sample of 76 people was obtained. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and uses Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis. The results showed that organizational support and spirituality in the workplace directly affect organizational commitment and employee performance. While indirectly only organizational support has an indirect effect through organizational commitment, while spirituality in the workplace does not have an indirect influence through organizational commitment as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menjelaskan factor yang berkontribusi meningkatkan efektifitas media sosial menggunakan akun instagram sebagai media promosi produk agrobisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan empat dimensi yaitu empathy, persuasion, impact, dan communication (EPIC). Sampel penelitian sebanyak 96 responden yang di peroleh dari Follower Instagram distanhanpangan_kotajambi. Metode Analisa data manggunakanregresi berganda dan dianalisa dengan program SPSS versi 28. Hasil Penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh terbesar yaitu empathy, dibandingkan faktor persuasion, impact dan communication, namun secara keseluruhan disterminan masih berada dalam skala efektif.

Abstract

This study entitled the effect of financial literacy and sociodemography on individual investment decisions with behavioral bias as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct and indirect effects of financial literacy and sociodemography on investment decisions through behavioral bias. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) model using SmartPLS. Based on the results of the study, it shows that financial literacy has no significant effect on the individual investment decisions of Jambi High Court employees. Sociodemography has a significant effect on the individual investment decisions of Jambi High Court employees. Financial literacy has no significant effect on individual behavioral biases of Jambi High Court employees. Sociodemography has no significant effect on individual behavioral biases at the Jambi High Court. Behavioral bias has a significant effect on the individual investment decisions of Jambi High Court employees. Financial literacy does not have a significant effect on investment decisions through behavioral bias. Sociodemographics have a significant influence on investment decisions through behavioral biases.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of accrual-based SAP implementation in mediating the influence of communication climate antecedents that affect the performance of regional financial management information systems directly and indirectly. the research approach uses quantitative, with random sampling techniques distributing 100 questionnaires to employees of the planning and finance sections in 10 Jambi Regional Government Organizations. data analysis Path Least Square with SMARTPLS software. the results of these findings indicate that the climate directly affects SIPKD Performance unaccepted, while indirectly accepted full mediation. This shows that the role of mediation is key to SIPKD performance in local government. further research can develop hypotheses on the simultaneous influence of the communication climate and the implementation of accrual-based SAP on SIPKD performance.
