Abstract

Bullying is a form of violence that occurs in teenagers. Bullying is a form of violent behavior with the power to hurt a person or group verbally, physically or psychologically. The impact that victims of bullying have is having various mental problems and physical health complaints. Therefore, social support from the family is really needed by victims of bullying. This research is a qualitative study which aims to obtain an overview of family social support for adolescent victims of bullying so that they can restore their social functioning and regain trust. himself so that he can carry out his role in society as usual. The data source selection technique used in this research uses Qualitative methods using verbal data obtained by researchers can reveal information in more depth. So, researchers can describe the psychological dynamics of victims of bullying behavior among teenagers at school. Where the approach cannot be expressed by numbers or quantitatively. The research results show that social support has an important role in protecting victims of bullying from psychological and physical illnesses. However, support from the family has several inhibiting factors, including rejection and withdrawal from the victim. Apart from that, family busyness, indifference or ignorance are also factors inhibitor.

Abstract

The childhood are in gold period in along the age range human development. This period is sensitive period, during this period the children specifically receptive stimulating from the environment. At this time the children is ready doing various activity in order to understanding and mastering the environment. The gold age is period where the children start to receive various stimulation and various education efforts from their environment both intentional or unintentional. At this sensitive period occurred maturation of physical and psychic function so that ready to response and realite all development task which be expected appear at their pattern of behavior in daily. The education at childhood basically encompass all efforts and action which do educatiors and parents in treatment process, nurture, and education at children with creates an aura and the environment where the children able to explore experience which give chance to them to knowing and understand study experience which obtaining from environment, through observing, imitating, and experimenting which takes place repeatedly and involve all potential and child intelligence.

Abstract

A person’s level of knowledge, especially millennial generation (young people), regarding financial matters will definitely make life easier when making daily financial decisions. In the process, financial literacy can play major role. The aim of this research is to determine financial literacy and its impact on the financial behavior of generation Z in West Bandung Regency. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method. The research results show that financial literacy has a significant impact on financial behavior in financial efficacy, investment knowledge, and debt management.A person’s level of knowledge, especially millennial generation (young people), regarding financial matters will definitely make life easier when making daily financial decisions. Abstract

This study aims: to describe the composition and behavior of exhaust gases of motorized vehicles that can have an impact on human health. Based on the results of a theoretical study of various information that the main pollutants in motor vehicle exhaust gases are carbon monoxide (CO), hindrocarbon compounds, nitrogen oxides (NOx) and sulfur (SOx), and dust particulates including lead (PB). Chemical reactions in the atmosphere sometimes take place in a long and complex reaction chain, and produce an end product that can be more active or weaker than the original compound. Motor vehicle exhaust gases which have an impact on health are classified as follows; (1). Pollutants which mainly interfere with the respiratory tract. Included in this group are sulfur oxides, particulates, nitrogen oxides, ozone and other oxides, (2). Pollutants that cause systemic poisons, such as monoxide and lead / lead hydrocarbons, (3). Pollutants suspected of causing cancer such as hydrocarbons, (4). Conditions that interfere with comfort such as noise, street dust, etc. So the conclusion is that in anticipating the negative impacts caused by motor vehicle exhaust gases, the role of the government in setting several regulations and policies in the environmental field is needed, where every business or activity is prohibited from violating the quality standards and standard criteria of environmental damage set by government.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology supports the development of learning. One of them is the use of learning media using e-learning. The Quipper application can be used as a learning media that utilizes technological developments. The purpose of this research is to provide valuable insights to Quipper organizers and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of marketing and application management and improve the quality of student learning. The method used is a literature study. The results of the study are The role of marketing management in the Quipper application is to market the company's products to achieve long-term profit levels. This application aims to improve the quality of education and improve the education gap by providing learning media that is easy to learn.

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, Tiktokshop has become an increasingly popular e-commerce platform in Indonesia. However, selling on Tiktokshop does not always guarantee success, especially for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that focus on selling special products such as CustomKids. This research aims to determine the impact of Tiktokshop's inactivity on sales of MSMEs, especially the custom children's industry in Indonesia. This research analyzes various factors that might influence Tiktokshop's inactivity, such as lack of presence, lack of user interaction and algorithm changes. We also assessed the direct impact of the suspension on sales of CustomKids products, taking into account variables such as decreased sales, decreased market share, and the psychological impact on MSME owners. The results of this research will provide insight to MSME owners, the government and stakeholders to help them develop strategies to advance Tiktokshop activities and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs, with a special focus on CustomKids products. It is hoped that the implications of this research finding will help in decision making to improve the performance of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

One of the problems that humans face in everyday life is the economy, especially in terms of meeting needs. To survive, humans have to meet all their complex needs. Because rural people often have economic difficulties, they are the most involved in Emok Bank. An Emok Bank is a type of bank that lends money to people by visiting customers in person by sitting upright with both legs bent backwards. An Emok Bank transaction system is done by sitting licensed in certain places, like the terrace of a client's house. Qualitative research is research that produces descriptive data that are written or oral words of people and behaviour that can be observed. The Emok Bank has made the public worried about the high interest rates and the liability system used in the shares. As a result, many communities, especially households, are plunged into problems arising from paying difficulties. Often, loans from this Emok Bank are used to pay off debts to other Emok Banks. Economic circumstances make a householder dependent on a mother's bank. The existence of an Emok Bank has led to bad behavior against the households in the village of Leuweung Gede, most of them being borrowers to an emoc bank that borrows more than one bank.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the role of family in the formation of identity and psychological well-being of employees at CV. SUGIH FORWARD BLESSINGS. Employee identity and psychological well-being are important aspects in supporting productivity and performance in the work environment. Using a qualitative approach, this research involved in-depth interviews with a number of CV employees. SUGIH MAJU BERKAH to explore how their family experiences influence individual identity and psychological well-being in the work context. The research results show that the family plays a crucial role in shaping employee identity, through the influence of the values, norms and emotional support provided. Interactions with family members also play a role in shaping employees' mindsets and attitudes towards their work. In addition, family support has a positive impact on psychological well-being, creating an emotionally healthy work environment and increasing employees' mental resilience. These findings provide an important contribution to understanding the role of the family in the context of identity formation and psychological well-being of employees in the CV work environment. SUGIH MAJU BERKAH, as well as providing suggestions for developing human resource management strategies that are more holistic and oriented towards family support to improve employee psychological well-being.

Abstract

Abstract. Basically, all companies want profits in running their business, and are able to minimize losses that occur in running their business. Therefore, many companies have good quality workforce but the number of employees is small. So a company often gives responsibility for various fields to one workforce in order to achieve goals according to plan by minimizing losses, one of which is by minimizing the workforce in a company. Lack of labor can have an impact on employee job satisfaction and employee work motivation. The right number of workers can make it easier to control outlet operations, because a shortage of workers can slow down the process of operational activities, causing outlet conditions to become unconducive. Apart from that, the lack of labor also affects work motivation because it can reduce work morale due to excessive working hours and multiple job descriptions. This makes it more likely that an employee will make mistakes due to decreased concentration at work. Not only that, the lack of labor also causes the number of customer complaints to increase due to less than optimal service. Pada dasarnya, semua perusahaan menginginkan keuntungan dalam menjalankan usahanya, serta mampu meminimalisir kerugian yang terjadi pada jalannya usaha. Oleh sebab itu banyak perusahaan yang memiliki kualitas tenaga kerja yang baik namun dengan kuantitas tenaga kerja yang minim.Maka sebuah perusahaan tak jarang membebankan sebuah tanggung jawab berbagai bidang pada satu tenaga kerja guna mencapai tujuan sesuai rencana dengan meminimalisir kerugian yang didapat, salah satunya dengan meminimalisir tenaga kerja pada sebuah perusahaan. Minimnya tenaga kerja dapat berdampak pada kepuasan kerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Kesesuaian jumlah tenaga kerja dapat melancarkan kendali operasional outlet, karena minimnya tenaga kerja dapat mengakibatkan lambatnya proses kegiatan operasional sehingga menyebabkan kondisi outlet menjadi tidak kondusif,selain itu minimnya tenaga kerja juga berpengaruh pada motivasi kerja karena dapat meurunkan semangat akibat jam kerja berlebih serta double job deskripsi yang menyebabkan kemungkinan besar seorang karyawan melakukan kesalahn karena menurunnya konsentrasi dalam bekerja.Tidak hanya itu, minimnya tenaga kerja juga menyebabkan jumlah complain customer meningkat karena terjadinya pelayanan yang kurang maksimal. Abstract

Andika Cell`s retail counter marketing strategy in attracting customers. Based on interviews conducted at the Andika Cell counter in December 2023, social media marketing and advertising programs were identified as the most important strategies. Social media marketing uses platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to reach a wide audience, while the discount program includes special offers such as free data exchange with the purchase of at least 3 data packages and additional gifts such as the purchase of free tamperglass accessories. Based on analysis, this strategy was successful in increasing sales and improving customer loyalty. To strengthen Andika Cell's position in the market, recommendations were made to optimize social media presence, maintain and improve advertising programs, and develop cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
