Abstract

Abstrak. Violence against women, both inside and outside the household, which was previously considered a myth and a personal problem, has now become a reality in community and household life in the reform era. Domestic violence has special characteristics, especially related to the relationship between the perpetrator and the victim, whether in a familial context or an employer-domestic servant relationship. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out what impacts and factors cause domestic violence and to find out what the impacts are after domestic violence occurs. This research uses qualitative research methods, involving descriptive approaches and case studies. Research is focused on individual circumstances holistically, without reducing it to variables or hypotheses first. The results obtained in this research are that marriages that are not old enough are one of the causes of domestic violence because they are still young and cannot control their emotional nature. Furthermore, additional family income also plays a role in the occurrence of Domestic Violence (KDRT). Keywords: Violence, Domestic, Community, Family

Abstract

Abstract. Gambling is a phenomenon that cannot be denied in society. Actually, the phenomenon of gambling is not something new in the lives of Indonesian people, because the habit of gambling has been around for a long time. The principle of the game is generally the same, namely the aim is to make a profit if you win the bet. The more money or items you bet, the more money you win. So the problem with this research is that many students are still tempted by lures like that which have a bad impact on the students themselves. This research method is qualitative where the data collected is descriptive in nature to provide an overview of what happens in the field. The results of this research were that there were 43 students out of 50 students who filled out the questionnaire who knew about online gambling, and of these 43 students, there were 22 people who were involved in online gambling games. This states that many students are involved in playing online gambling after learning about the game. students who are involved in playing online gambling. The consequences of being involved in online gambling for students include mental health disorders, financial losses, involvement in criminal acts, damage to social relationships, potential for addiction, and the risk of being involved in substance abuse. Abstract

With the development of science and technology that has occurred in this era, various social media platforms have emerged which are often useful for society as a means of communication with other people, even though they are separated by great distances. However, the emergence of various social media platforms has certainly had both positive and negative impacts. Especially regarding the behavior of children of elementary school age who are considered still vulnerable to the influence of social media. The use of qualitative methods with interview data collection techniques with parents, students and class III teachers at SDN Cibiru 06 as well as literature studies from various journal references and scientific articles in this research resulted in this article. This research obtained results that TikTok social media for class III students at SDN Cibiru 06 tends to have a negative influence on their behavior. This is due to a lack of parental supervision when children are playing with gadgets, especially when playing on social media TikTok because parents are too busy with work. However, it cannot be denied that TiTok social media is capable of having a positive influence, especially when it can be used with tools and facilities that support the implementation of learning activities.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to examine the impact of the rise of online gambling among society, with a focus on individual financial management. Through questionnaires and interviews with 40 respondents, the results show that there are more active online gambling players than non-players, and significant financial losses can occur. The majority of online gambling players are men. Interviews show that the main reason people engage in online gambling is the desire to gain instant profits. Negative impacts involve extravagance, hard-to-control addictions, money lending, and mental health impacts such as stress. Factors causing people to fall into online gambling involve economic pressure and environmental influences, especially through the spread of information by word of mouth and social media advertising. Significant losses can reach tens of millions, and the risk of losing money significantly increases. The research results suggest the need to increase public education, develop prevention programs, support mental health, and strengthen regulations and sanctions. Community leaders need to be actively involved in providing support, while more stable economic alternatives also need to be developed. The implications of these findings support the need for greater awareness regarding the risks of online gambling and joint efforts to protect people's financial well-being.

Abstrak. The competition in the business world is now increasingly extraordinary. This rapidly changing business situation encourages businesses to respond quickly by switching to consumer tastes and dynamic markets. The number of companies engaged in the same field causes competition to seize the market and difficulties in attracting consumers to buy products marketed by each of these companies. To get customers, companies spend a lot of money to carry out promotional activities. The goal is that customers want to buy the products offered. Companies must be observant in determining market segmentation, choosing target markets, and determining positions in the horizontal era, so that communication strategies are more effective. It is this new strategy concept that changes the application from promotion to communication. Is supported by advances in internet technology, so that the acceleration of information is getting faster and covers a wider area.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the Effect of Performance Allowances on Motivation and Job Satisfaction of PAUD Teachers in Tenjolaya village. This research was conducted by interviewing each PAUD institution. With the results stating that allowances are very important for PAUD teachers because the small salary and very large amount of work makes the existing teachers overwhelmed so as to create high motivation. By providing performance allowances, PAUD teachers in this area have high motivation and enthusiasm for work.       Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pengaruh Tunjangan Kinerja terhadap Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Guru PAUD yang berada di desa Tenjolaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara setiap Lembaga PAUD. Dengan hasil yang menyatakan bahwa  tunjangan sangat penting bagi guru PAUD dikarenakan Gaji yang sedikit dan tugas yang sangat banyak membuat para guru yang ada kewalahan sehingga untuk menciptakan motivasi yang tinggi. Dengan di adakan Tunjangan kinerja maka guru PAUD di wilayah ini memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dan semangat untuk bekerja.   Kata kunci: Pengaruh,Motivasi,Tunjangan, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

Garbage or household waste is waste that comes from people's daily activities, especially the result of leftover food, food wrappers that are no longer needed, this waste will have an impact on the environment if it is not managed properly or may even become a problem in that environment. The aim of this research is to find out the impact that will occur from the disposal of rubbish or household waste that is dumped on the side of the road in Pakuwon Village, Jati Village, Saguling District, West Bandung Regency. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method, where the data produced is a description of the results of observations at the location and the results of interviews with the surrounding community who are the objects as sources. From the results of observations made, the impacts caused by the disposal of household waste include polluting the environment, causing unpleasant odors from the waste and reducing the comfort level of people who pass through the road and even the residents themselves are uncomfortable because of the smell. very stinging especially when it rains.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of workload on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya. This study was carried out by analyzing data from employees at the company. The research results show that workload has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya. High workload can cause a decrease in employee performance, while moderate workload can increase employee performance. In this context, management needs to pay attention to factors that can reduce employee workload, such as assigning tasks that are appropriate to their abilities and experience, efficient time management, and increasing support and training from the company. This research provides a better understanding of the relationship between workload and employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, and can be a basis for increasing work effectiveness and efficiency in the company

Abstract

The development of social media from time to time continues to be in the spotlight for domestic and foreign audiences, this is in line with the times which continue to accelerate due to the creation of new things, including social media. The development of social media continues to be important in human society for the development of change from before and becomes the public's own assumptions. Social media is currently controlled by teenagers who follow the latest trends regarding social media and one of the social media which is currently in the spotlight and is popular with many people, especially teenagers, is the social media Instagram which is being consumed by everyone, especially by teenagers. teenage students who keep up with the times and the development of Instagram which has entered all parts of the world, including Indonesia.Currently, Instagram users have reached 104.8 million+, with this value Indonesia is the fourth most used Instagram in the world. The large number of Instagram users is not only among women or teenagers, but based on gender, men dominate global Instagram users aged 18 years and over with a proportion of 50.3%, while women are 49.7%. As for Instagram became the social media application with the fourth most users in the world as of October 2023 according to We Are Social. Its position is below Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp.Among the people, Instagram is no longer foreign, now more people use Instagram to get the latest and most up-to-date information. Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is a deviant behavior carried out by young people, this behavior is often found, namely smoking, drinking alcohol, stealing, free sex and gathering until late at night, this is contrary to the law, religious teachings and social norms so that it can disturb the surrounding environment, So this is important to research. Interpersonal communication is considered the most effective for guiding and changing someone's behavior. Children are the responsibility of parents, parents need to prevent juvenile delinquency from occurring. Based on these conditions, research was conducted regarding interpersonal communication between parents and children in preventing juvenile delinquency and to determine parental barriers in preventing juvenile delinquency.
