Abstract

This research aims to analyze the comparative structure of industry and its development in various economic sectors. This study uses a quantitative approach by analyzing secondary data obtained from various reliable sources, including industry reports, government publications, and economic databases. The analytical methods used include financial ratio analysis, regression analysis, and cluster analysis to identify patterns and trends in industry structure. The research results show that there are significant differences in industrial structure between different sectors, with some sectors showing faster growth and better adaptation to technological and market changes. These findings provide important insights for policy makers and industry players to formulate more effective strategies in managing industrial development and increasing economic competitiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh net ekspor dan investasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia pada periode 2019-2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa net ekspor memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan investasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Investasi berkontribusi langsung terhadap peningkatan kapasitas produksi nasional dan Produk Domestik Bruto. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan kepada pemangku kebijakan dan pelaku usaha dalam mengelola strategi perdagangan dan investasi untuk mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This assignment is compiled to fulfill the Entrepreneurship Application course which aims to equip students with basic skills in designing, developing, and implementing innovative and sustainable business ideas. In compiling this assignment, the author identifies business opportunities, designs business models, and analyzes the marketing, financial, and operational aspects of the chosen business idea. Through an applicative approach, this assignment also integrates entrepreneurship theory with field practice, so that it can improve students' understanding of the challenges and strategies in building a competitive business. The results of this assignment are expected to be the basis for students to develop a more structured and realistic startup business.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of PT ESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk's stock as an investment instrument on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research method employed is a literature review, examining the company’s 2023 financial statements, stock trading dynamics, and the impact of macroeconomic factors such as exchange rates, inflation, and GDP growth. Additionally, the single index model is applied to assess ESSA’s position within an optimal investment portfolio. The findings reveal that ESSA demonstrates stable financial performance, a healthy capital structure, and promising growth prospects in the energy and chemical sectors. Nevertheless, stock price volatility due to global commodity price fluctuations and economic conditions remains a critical concern for investors. Considering its potential returns and manageable risk level, ESSA’s stock is considered a viable component in a diversified investment portfolio.
