Abstract

Community service through Student Work Lectures conducted by group 46 students in the Kepuh sub-district, Ciwandan sub-district by providing community assistance in social, economic, health, educational, legal and religious aspects as well as appropriate technology. Student Work Lectures are field activities carried out by students over a certain period of time and are an implementation of the Tridharma of higher education. The method for student work study activities currently focuses more on implementing work programs that have been prepared systematically. Carried out by Group 46 Students and Field Supervising Lecturers and Field Supervising Lecturers by going directly to the field to visit the community and the data sources needed to ask for information through direct interviews both personally and organizationally or data sources obtained through sub-district offices or sub-district offices. subdistrict. Abstract

This study presents a systematic literature review (SLR) to explore the role of Industry 4.0 technologies, circular economy practices, and human resource development (HRD) in enhancing performance and sustainability within the manufacturing sector. Using SLR methodology, 29 articles from accredited international journals published between 2018 and 2024 were curated and thematically analyzed based on stringent inclusion and exclusion criteria. The selected articles were organized into three main themes: Industry 4.0 Technologies, Circular Economy in Manufacturing, and HR Development and Employee Empowerment. Key findings indicate that the adoption of smart technologies, such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI), significantly enhances operational efficiency and competitiveness in manufacturing. Additionally, circular economy practices support sustainability through resource optimization and waste reduction. HR development plays a crucial role in facilitating technological adaptation, although challenges such as infrastructure limitations and technology-related anxiety remain significant barriers. This review concludes that collaboration among governments, companies, and educational institutions is essential to overcome these implementation challenges. Practical implications and recommendations for further research are provided to support more inclusive and sustainable adoption of Industry 4.0

Abstract

The advancement of technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), big data, and automation, has significantly transformed the accounting profession. This article examines the impact and challenges faced by the accounting profession in the digital era, as well as the new skills required for accountants to remain relevant. Through a literature review approach, this study finds that technology has replaced many routine tasks traditionally performed by accountants, such as transaction recording and financial reporting, thereby enabling higher efficiency. However, these advancements also raise concerns about the diminishing role of accountants in their conventional functions. The primary findings indicate that the main challenges in technology adaptation within the accounting profession include resistance to change, limited technical skills, and unequal access to infrastructure across organizations. Additionally, this article highlights the importance of new skills, such as data analysis, basic programming knowledge, and creative problem-solving abilities for addressing complex issues. Effective communication skills are also increasingly crucial for bridging technical data with business strategy needs. This article concludes that accountants need to develop technology-based competencies and strategic capabilities to support their roles in corporate decision-making. Therefore, organizational support in the form of training and technological education is essential to ensure that the accounting profession continues to grow and remain relevant in the era of artificial intelligence

Abstract

Student Work Lecture (KKM) is a form of community service implemented by students as part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The program focuses on empowering communities through the transfer of knowledge, skills, and direct mentoring based on local needs. This article aims to describe the role and contribution of KKM in enhancing community empowerment, particularly in the economic, educational, and social sectors. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, utilizing documentation from KKM activities conducted in one of the assisted villages. Findings indicate that active participation of students in various programs such as training, workshops, and community mentoring has brought positive changes to community behavior and increased local capacity. KKM not only strengthens community skills but also fosters collaboration between higher education institutions and local stakeholders, creating sustainable benefits for community development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organisational culture and leadership style both partially and simultaneously (together) on the performance of employees of PT Krakatau Sarana Properti. The research method uses quantitative methods, with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling method with a sample size of 40 respondents.  Based on the results of the t test (partial) the organisational culture variable (X1) obtained a t value greater than the t table (5,448 > 2,024) with a significance value smaller than 5% (0,000 < 0,05) while the results of the t test of the leadership style variable (X2) obtained the value of t is greater than t table (7,153 > 2,024) with a significance value smaller than 5% (0,000 < 0,05). As well as the results of the F test, the calculated F value is greater than the F table (49,868 > 3,25) with a significance value smaller than 5% (0,000 < 0,05). It can be concluded that organisational culture and leadership style both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Krakatau Sarana Properti
