Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of moral and ethical guidance at SMA Negeri 3 Mataram through sradha and Bhakti activities. Moral and ethics are important in the world of education because at this time students are very vulnerable to moral and ethical degradation. This guidance is an effort by teachers to help individuals understand and apply moral and ethical principles in everyday life. This research is a qualitative approach that uses data collection methods in the form of non-participant direct observation, structured direct interviews and documentation. In this study, data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that teachers have an important role in moral and ethical guidance at SMA Negeri 3 Mataram. teachers are not just supervisors who oversee the activities but more than that teachers have a role as role models, motivators, support systems, and enforcers of justice. Although the implementation of guidance does not experience significant obstacles, the obstacles that are often experienced by teachers are students who arrive late and students who are stubborn and difficult to communicate personally.

Abstract

Hatha Yoga merupakan suatu proses mengolah energi dalam mencapai keseimbangan dan kesempurnaan fisik, psikis dan emosional. Hatha Yoga mengandung nilai Estetika Hindu yang mencakup nilai kebenaran (satyam), kesucian (sivam), dan keindahan (sundaram). Konsep ini berperan dalam praktik Hatha Yoga dengan meningkatkan pemahaman diri, mengembangkan kebajikan, dan mencapai keindahan dalam harmoni fisik dan mental. Sehingga penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji terkait estetika manajemen melatih Hatha Yoga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian pustaka dan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis data. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, wawancara terstruktur, dan studi dokumentasi. Langkah-langkah analisis melibatkan data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Kemudian hasilnya diinterpretasi sesuai kebutuhan dan kedalaman kajian. Bagi seorang instruktur yoga, manajemen melatih merupakan hal penting untuk membimbing peserta mencapai tujuan dan harapan. Proses manajemen melibatkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Estetika, manajemen melatih Hatha Yoga mencakup penciptaan suasana yang nyaman, pemilihan waktu dan tempat yang tepat, serta penggunaan musik yang sesuai. Selain itu, estetika dalam praktik yoga mencerminkan harmoni antara tubuh, pikiran, dan jiwa, serta keindahan dalam gerakan dan pose. Estetika manajemen melatih Hatha Yoga membantu mencapai manfaat positif bagi kesehatan fisik dan mental, serta mencapai keseimbangan dan kesejahteraan holistik.

Abstract

Abstract This article aims to analyze the implementation of Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective, and Fun Learning (PAIKEM) strategies in increasing the motivation of students in Pasraman Samiaga. Pasraman is a Hindu educational institution that has a crucial role in realizing a moral and intellectual young generation. However, monotonous learning, multi-grade learning system, lack of use of technology, and the gap between the material needed and received are some of the things that affect sisya's learning motivation. As one of the acarya's efforts in Pasraman Samiaga is to implement the PAIKEM strategy. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through non-participant direct observation, direct unstructured interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis in this study was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis show that the implementation of Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective, and Fun Learning (PAIKEM) strategies in Pasraman Samiaga can increase student learning motivation. This can be seen from the increase in enthusiasm for learning, students do not feel pressured or tense, students are encouraged to be active and not bored, students are motivated to study harder, students ask teachers or friends when there is material that they do not understand, realize the importance of learning, and believe that the efforts made will not be lost. Abstract

Hinduism is a teaching based on the Vedas and upholds the principle of sanatana dharma (eternal truth). Hindu social life is based on moral teachings that prioritize peace and harmony in life. However, the blurring of the values of the catur varna teaching as one of the foundations of Hindu morality and equating the catur varna teaching with the caste system (social stratification) causes various Hindu youth perspectives on these two concepts. Thus, this study seeks to describe the perspectives of Hindu adolescents on the teachings of catur varna and the caste system, analyze the causes of perspective errors, and examine efforts that can be made to straighten out misunderstandings. This research is qualitative research with case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data collected was then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's data analysis which consists of data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of this study show that Hindu teenagers have various views on the teachings of chess varna and the caste system. But in general, teenagers have a misunderstanding of the teachings of chess varna and there is a blurring of the meaning and values of the teachings of chess varna into a caste system. The misunderstanding of this concept is caused by various internal and external factors of Hindu adolescents. The efforts to overcome the misunderstanding include the integration of catur varna learning in education, community development, utilization of social media, and the role of family and religious leaders.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Extracurricular activities are a form of support for character building, skills, and the development of students' potential, interests, and talents. To be able to achieve these goals, learning management needs to be carried out to ensure that learning activities can run systematically and achieve learning objectives. So this study aims to describe the learning management process of yoga in extracurricular activities of Hindu students at SMPN 1 Mataram. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection in this study was carried out through participant observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through three stages, namely data sorting, data presentation, and conclusion making. The results of this study indicate that yoga learning management in extracurricular activities of Hindu students at SMPN 1 Mataram is carried out through four main stages, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Each stage has different interrelationships and aspects. However, some of the obstacles faced are lack of knowledge regarding the importance of yoga, limited facilities, physical obstacles, time constraints, and unfavorable weather. Abstract

Abstract Boring learning is one of the causes of low student motivation. PAIKEM as a learning model is a solution to overcome these problems. This study aims to find the influence between the application of the PAIKEM model on students' learning motivation in the subject of Hindu Religious Education and Ethics at SMPN 1 Mataram This research was conducted with an Associative Quantitative approach and Ex-Post Facto method. Research data were obtained through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Data analysis assisted by SPSS 25.0 was carried out to conduct descriptive analysis and inferential analysis which included prerequisite tests, simple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The study population was all Hindu students at SMPN 1 Mataram totaling 381 people. The sample used was class VIII of 137 students. The results of data analysis: the mean (average) value for the application of the PAIKEM model is 84.01 with data distribution showing that 41 students (30.37%) stated very well, 81 students (60%) stated well, and 13 students (9.63%) stated quite well. While the results of the analysis of the mean value of student learning motivation are 82.89 with data distribution showing that there are 46 students (34.07%) stating very good, 62 students (45.93%) stating good, and 27 students (20%) stating quite good. Through simple regression analysis, it was found that variables X and Y had a relationship of 33%. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, the pearson corelation value is 0.579 with the results of Df (degrees of freedom) = n-2 or 135-2 = 133. At the 0.05 significance level, the r table value is 0.169. This means that rcount = 0.579> rtable = 0.169. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the results of this study it can be recommended to teachers to apply PAIKEM in learning. Keywords: PAIKEM Model, Learning Motivation, Students

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to analyze the use of learning media in the subjects of Hindu Religious Education and Ethics at SMA Negeri 3 Mataram. Hinduism and Ethics Education is a compulsory subject in the world of education in Indonesia. Through these subjects, students are formed and directed to practice the teachings of Hinduism. However, students often feel bored, sleepy, and difficult to understand the material so that learning activities cannot take place properly and cannot achieve learning goals. The existence of learning media is expected to be a mediator and tool for students and teachers in the learning process so that learning activities can be effective and streamlined and learning objectives can be achieved. However, in several previous studies, the functions and benefits of media in learning could not be fulfilled so that the use of learning media was analyzed by researchers. This research is a qualitative research that uses data collection methods in the form of direct non-participant observation, structured direct interviews, and documentation. In this study, data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that the existence of learning media can support learning success. Media makes the learning process more interesting, more effective and efficient, and more interactive, making students enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in learning activities and making it easier for students to understand the material being taught. Although the existence of the media has not been able to make students always spirit, enthusiastic, focused in the future and actively asking questions.
