Abstract

Hypertension is a condition where a person's blood pressure increases above normal which can inhibit the work of the heart. Strategies that can be used to reduce the incidence of hypertension is to utilize products favored by the public that have the potential to lower blood pressure. Food ingredients such as milkfish, white radish, and broccoli. All three have the opportunity to be processed into food products that are well known among the public, efficient, practical, and acceptable to all circles where the product is Nugget. This study aims to determine the effect of adding white radish and broccoli to the preference level of milkfish nuggets as an alternative snack for hypertensive patients. This study used an experimental design, namely RAL with 6 treatments. The treatment was factor L as the addition of white radish with 3 levels and factor B as the addition of broccoli with 2 levels. The results showed that the milkfish nuggets with the addition of 70% white radish and 30% broccoli were preferred by the panelists with a protein nutrient content of 9.48% using the Kjeldahl test, 16.4% fat using the Weibull test, 0.18% potassium using the ASS, 2.24% sodium using the ASS test, and 248.98 kcal energy using calculations.

Abstract

The research used by researchers here is in the form of descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Descriptive means research that attempts to observe problems systematically and accurately regarding certain facts and objects. Descriptive research aims to explain, describe and map facts based on a certain perspective or way of thinking. The way to collect data from this research is by using observation research, interviews and documentation. The research results show that cooperative learning is really needed. So based on observations, interviews and documentation, cooperative learning activities are held through existing learning activities at school. This is very influential for today's students, so that students learn through interaction with their group members, sharing ideas, solving problems together, and providing feedback to each other. Cooperative learning has several benefits. First, it increases students' understanding because they can explain concepts to each other and help each other understand the material. Abstrak Penelitian yang digunakan peneliti disini berbentuk penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Deskriptif maksudnya penelitian yang diupayakan untuk mengamati permasalahan secara sistematis dan akurat mengenai fakta dan objek tertentu. Penelitian deskriptif bertujuan untuk memaparkan, menggambarkan dan memetakan fakta-fakta berdasarkan cara pandang atau cara berfikir tertentu. Cara pengambilan data dari penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara menggunakan penelitian observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif sangat dibutuhkan. Jadi berdasarkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi bahwa diadakannya kegiatan pembelajaran kooperatif melalui kegiatan pembelajaran yang ada disekolah. Hal ini yang sangat berpengaruh bagi peserta didik saat ini, agar siswa belajar melalui interaksi dengan anggota kelompoknya, berbagi ide, memecahkan masalah bersama, dan memberikan umpan balik satu sama lain. Pembelajaran kooperatif memiliki beberapa manfaat. Pertama, itu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa karena mereka dapat saling menjelaskan konsep dan membantu satu sama lain dalam memahami materi. Abstract

This study aims to develop a model of passing practice that can improve volleyball game skills in elementary school students. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method. The instrument used was a test of upper and lower passing skills within 60 seconds. Data analysis techniques include normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests. The sample in this study consisted of grade V students in one of the randomly selected elementary schools. The passing training model applied is a pair exercise with a distance of 10 meters, carried out routinely for three weeks with a frequency of three times a week. Each session lasts 40 minutes and is carried out under the supervision of a physical education teacher. The focus of the exercise is directed at improving the basic techniques of upper and lower passing which are gradually and pleasantly developed to suit the developmental characteristics of elementary school students. The results showed that the consistent application of the paired passing exercise model was able to improve the accuracy, coordination, and strength of students' arm muscles. In addition, it was found that there was an increase in student motivation and active participation in volleyball learning activities. This exercise model also creates a more interactive learning atmosphere and encourages students to work together, resulting in collaborative and meaningful learning. These findings prove that the use of a training model that is systematic, fun, and in accordance with the characteristics of learners can significantly improve the basic skills of the game of volleyball. This exercise has proven to be effective and can be used as an alternative learning method in physical education in elementary school. It is recommended that physical education teachers consider integrating this exercise model into the learning program so that student learning outcomes in volleyball can be more optimal and sustainable.
