Abstract

Social change in people's lives is something that cannot be avoided. As a human being who is always adaptive to developments over time, it is a challenge to continue to strengthen our faith when the temptations of technology become more intense. Society is a macro part of various micro elements within it, namely humans with various personalities. To create a harmonious society will really depend on individuals in society as a whole, so the concept of insan kamil Al-Jili is a good way to make this happen. The method in this research uses a qualitative approach with library research methods, where researchers will collect various data through library sources such as books and journals. The aim of this research is to explain the concept of insan kamil Al-Jili and its relevance to social society. The results of this research are that the concept of insan kamil Al-Jili can be concluded with several points about strengthening individuals which will have an impact on social culture, including: 1) Islam is a system that provides guidance and broad benefits for individuals and society 2) the important role of faith in directs a Muslim's beliefs and behavior, and how this can impact their quality of life in modern society 3) worship is not only a spiritual aspect, but also has a significant impact on the holistic development of individuals and their contribution to the formation of positive values in society 4 ) the importance of Ihsan's attitude in interacting with Allah and fellow humans 5) the importance of love for Allah as a foundation for good moral and ethical behavior in interacting with God and fellow humans, apart from that love for Allah can have a positive impact in various aspects of life, such as morals and consistency in the values adhered to 6) the importance of spiritual search and a deep understanding of God in individual development, as well as education in religious values and positive morals 7) the role of human beings in maintaining balance in the universe and society.

Abstract

One of the efforts of madrasas to improve the quality of education is through superior programs because this activity has an important role in improving the management of madrasas that are dynamic, innovative, and full of ideas in shaping the development of students’ character who have religious values. This research is (1) to determine the application of superior programs in instilling religious values in students. (2) describe the implications of instilling religious values in students. The focus of this research was carried out at MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Malang, East Java. This research is field research; the type used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques (observation, interviews, documentation) were carried out on 25 informants through “Focus Group Discussion” (FGD). First, the process of implementing this superior program is carried out through various religious activities, forming an implementation schedule; coaching activities through homeroom teachers; exemplary values; and evaluating rewards/punishments as well as coordinating the institution with the homeroom teacher. This program aims to foster an Islamic environment, develop religious character, and integrate Islamic values into students’ daily lives. Second, the implications of this superior program can strengthen character, such as worship habits; provide guidance and motivation to students; strengthening morality, honesty, justice; building cooperation, mutual respect; build discipline, responsibility, and get closer to Allah SWT. Therefore, schools must continue to consider the long term so that the contribution of implementing superior programs in creating students’ religious values can be increased more effectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam pengaruh kemampuan coding terhadap niat berwirausaha teknologi, dengan efikasi diri sebagai variabel mediasi. Fokus studi adalah mahasiswa Ilmu Komputer semester 4–8 dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia, yang dipandang sebagai calon technopreneur potensial dalam menghadapi era ekonomi digital. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 103 responden dan dianalisis melalui metode partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hubungan kausal yang kompleks antar variabel. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan beberapa temuan signifikan. Pertama, kemampuan coding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan keterampilan teknis ini secara substansial meningkatkan kepercayaan diri individu. Kedua, kemampuan coding juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap niat berwirausaha teknologi, menegaskan perannya sebagai pendorong utama intensi kewirausahaan di sektor teknologi. Yang terpenting, efikasi diri terbukti berperan sebagai mediator parsial dalam hubungan antara kemampuan coding dan niat berwirausaha teknologi. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa kemampuan coding tidak hanya memengaruhi niat berwirausaha secara langsung, tetapi juga secara tidak langsung dengan memperkuat keyakinan diri mahasiswa terhadap kemampuan mereka dalam berwirausaha. Temuan ini secara kolektif menegaskan bahwa peningkatan keterampilan teknis digital dan kepercayaan diri adalah faktor krusial dalam membentuk intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya penguatan keterampilan coding dan efikasi diri melalui kurikulum dan program kewirausahaan di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi, guna mendorong lahirnya generasi technopreneur muda yang inovatif dan kompeten.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide an understanding of what is referred to as a salam contract and how its legal status is determined based on Islamic law. As the economy becomes more efficient today, the salam contract can serve as an alternative that facilitates and benefits both parties involved in an economic transaction, particularly in buying and selling activities. This study employs a qualitative approach through an article study. The collected data consists of analyses from various sources, including scholarly articles and journals. One type of financial transaction that aligns with the principles of Sharia, such as the principles of justice and the prohibition of riba (usury), is the salam contract. By understanding the pillars, provisions, and conditions of the salam contract, society can conduct financial transactions more effectively and in accordance with Islamic law. The primary purpose of a salam contract is to enable producers to obtain the necessary upfront funds for the production process. According to Islamic law, engaging in a salam contract is permissible, supported by legal foundations derived from the Qur’an, Hadith, and the consensus (ijma’) of scholars. Moreover, there are several principles, provisions, and conditions required tensure that the salam contract is carried out legitimately according to Islamic law. In daily life, the practice of the salam contract can be observed, especially when goods are sold within the community. In such transactions, the salam contract functions as a means to ensure that the transaction is valid and compliant with Islamic law.
