Abstract

Latar Belakang: Prevalensi anemia gizi pada remaja menurut data Riskesdas pada tahun 2013 adalah 37,1% lalu meningkat pada tahun 2018 menjadi 48,9%, salah satu akibat terjadinya anemia adalah kurang mengonsumsi pangan sumber zat besi, pangan yang kaya akan zat besi diantaranya tanaman kelor dengan Fe yang terkandung sebesar 6,0 mg/100gr dan sorgum 5,4 mg/100gr. Produk pangan yang dikembangkan dengan tambahan tepung kelor dan tepung sorgum sebagai pangan alternatif pencegah anemia pada remaja putri adalah cookies. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mutu organoleptik dan kandungan gizi cookies  dengan penambahan tepung daun kelor dan tepung sorgum sebagai kudapan alternatif pencegah anemia remaja putri. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi eksperimental dengan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) satu kontrol dan tiga perlakuan yang diujikan kepada 32 orang panelis semi terlatih. Analisis data menggunakan uji Kruskal Wallis dan uji lanjut Mann-Whitney. Hasil: hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa formula terpilih dalam penelitian ini adalah formula 1 (F1) yang paling banyak disukai panelis, dengan subtitusi tepung daun kelor 3,3% dan tepung sorgum 26,7%. Kandungan gizi kadar abu 1,23%, kadar air 3,82%, energi 466,33 kkal, protein 8,11%, lemak 17,31%, karbohidrat 69,52%, dan zat besi sebesar 4,08 mg. Simpulan: Formulasi cookies pada penelitian ini sudah dapat memenuhi 15% ALG zat besi bagi remaja putri dengan kandungan zat besi sebesar 4,08 mg/100gr.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out "Is the Infographic on the Development of Essential Geography Concepts practical and effective for Social Studies Learning in Junior High Schools". The methodology used in this research is Research and Development (R&D), with data collection techniques through literature studies, documentation and interviews as well as assessments from Social Sciences (IPS) subject teachers to gain a deep and comprehensive understanding of the Essential Concepts Geography in social studies syllabus. The development research that will be carried out is to develop an infographic product with the essential concept of geography. The results of the study show that infographics about the Essential Concepts of Geography are guided by KD 3.1 and KD 4.1 in the 2013 social studies curriculum for grades VII, VIII, and IX with themes. In class VII, the theme is Dieng Plateau and Community Activities in the Surrounding Areas. In class VIII, the theme is Spatial Change and Indonesia's Interaction with ASEAN Countries. In class IX, the theme is Spatial Change and Interaction with ASIA Countries. Thus, the use of infographics in the development of social studies subject matter on the Essential Concepts of Geography for teachers is very important, practical and effective in junior high schools.

Abstract

Smart ring is a ring-shaped wearable device equipped with advanced technology to monitor user activities. Smart ring technology can be used by analyzing user sentiment, a wearable device that is increasingly popular but still faces various challenges of public acceptance. This research is to find out the opinions of users on social media, especially Twitter, and how these sentiments affect consumers' views and purchase intentions. Data was collected by crawling techniques using Google Colab and tweet-harvest tools, after which it was analyzed using the Naive Bayes algorithm to classify sentiment into positive and negative. The results showed that of the 580 tweets collected, there were 147 positive sentiments and 63 negative sentiments after duplicate removal, with an accuracy of 76.19%. This research can help smart ring manufacturers develop products that are more in line with user needs.

Abstract

Operations division employees in the telecommunications industry often face high mental workloads due to complex tasks, tight deadlines, and demands for accuracy and speed in their work. Excessive mental workload risks causing stress and reducing productivity. This research aims to evaluate the level of mental workload of PT Z operations division employees using the NASA-TLX method. NASA-TLX measures workload based on six main aspects: Mental Demand, Physical Demand, Temporal Demand, Performance, Effort, and Frustration Level. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, then analyzed to obtain the average Workload Weighting Level (WWL). The results of the analysis show that the average WWL value is 74.61, which is categorized as high. The main factors contributing to high mental workload include task uncertainty, tight deadlines, long hours working in front of the computer, and intensive multitasking. As corrective steps, this research recommends adjusting workload, providing sufficient rest time, and improving the ergonomics of the work environment. It is hoped that these findings can help companies manage employee workload to improve their welfare and productivity.

Abstract

Kualitas fasilitas kampus berperan penting dalam menunjang pengalaman belajar mahasiswa, baik dalam aspek akademik maupun non-akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji seberapa puas mahasiswa dengan fasilitas kampus di Universitas ABC. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 99 responden yang mewakili lima dimensi kualitas layanan: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan matriks House of Quality (HoQ) untuk menentukan prioritas utama dalam perbaikan fasilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyediaan sarana dan prasarana yang lebih memadai merupakan kebutuhan paling mendesak dengan nilai prioritas 6,656, diikuti oleh perbaikan sistem pengelolaan laporan keluhan mahasiswa dengan nilai prioritas 2,434. Studi ini menawarkan rekomendasi strategis bagi Universitas ABC untuk berhasil meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa dengan menyoroti perbedaan antara harapan dan keadaan fasilitas. Lembaga pendidikan lain dapat menggunakan penelitian ini sebagai panduan untuk membuat kebijakan berbasis data untuk manajemen fasilitas kampus yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Kedai Kita merupakan usaha kuliner kecil yang saat ini sedang menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola antrian pelanggan yang semakin panjang seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah pengunjung, terutama pada jam-jam sibuk. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis sistem antrian di Kedai Kita menggunakan software Promodel, guna mengidentifikasi titik-titik kemacetan dan memberikan solusi untuk mengurangi waktu tunggu serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi perancangan model sistem pelayanan yang melibatkan 8 pelanggan, 2 kasir, dan 2 pelayan, sehingga dapat mensimulasikan alur antrian dengan akurat. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa lokasi tunggu berfungsi sebagai bottleneck utama, dengan pemanfaatan kapasitas mencapai 100% dan rata-rata waktu tunggu pelanggan selama 32,36 menit. Meskipun proses pemesanan oleh kasir menunjukkan efisiensi tinggi dengan tingkat pemanfaatan 98,38%, hal ini justru berkontribusi pada penumpukan pelanggan di lokasi tunggu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, perlu dilakukan optimalisasi sistem antrian yang dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kapasitas ruang tunggu dan meningkatkan proses pelayanan.   Abstract Kedai Kita is one of the small culinary businesses that is currently facing the challenge of managing customer queues which are getting longer along with the increasing number of visitors, especially during peak hours. This research aims to analyze the queuing system at Kedai Kita using Promodel software, identify points of congestion and provide solutions to reduce waiting times and increase operational efficiency. The method applied includes designing a service system model involving 8 customers, 2 cashiers and 2 waiters, so that it can simulate queue flow accurately. The simulation results show that the waiting location functions as the main bottleneck, with capacity utilization reaching 100% and an average customer waiting time of 32.36 minutes. Even though the ordering process through the cashier shows high efficiency with a utilization rate of 98.38%, this actually contributes to the backlog of customers at waiting locations. Based on the research results, it is necessary to optimize the queuing system which can be done by increasing the capacity of the waiting room and improving the service process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the politics of education and educational practice as reflected in the teacher education process, the provision of professional teachers, the learning process, the education evaluation system, and teacher welfare in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that the qualifications of an educator will determine the direction of educational development in the future. Education is a benchmark for the progress of a nation and civilization. Certified educators are required to be able to carry out their obligations professionally and seriously in accordance with the field of science they master. Professional educators are followed by faith, piety, good personality, ability, sincerity, and potential to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Facts in the field, many education personnel who teach not based on their scientific background, so knowledge transfer cannot be carried out optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Flashcard learning media on the learning outcomes of class X students on the hydrosphere material in Geography subject at SMAN 54 Jakarta. This study used an experimental research method with a quasi-experimental design. The population in this study were students of class X SMAN 54 Jakarta with research samples taken through purposive sampling, namely class X-C as an experimental class that carried out the learning process using Flashcard media and class X-D as a control class that used Powerpoint media accompanied by pictures. The results showed that there was an effect of Flashcard learning media on the learning outcomes of class X students. This was evidenced by the average Post-Test score of the experimental class which was higher than the average Post-Test score of the control class. The Post-Test values of both classes were then tested through the Independent Sample T-Test with a significance level value (Sig.) of 0.01 < 0.05 which stated that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. This means that there is a significant difference between the post-test results of the control class and the post-test results of the experimental class.
