Abstract

Sebagai salah satu fasilitas pembelajaran, laboratorium komputer perlu dirancang sebaik-baiknya dengan memperhatikan aspek ergonomi, sehingga kenyamanan dan motivasi belajar siswa menjadi lebih baik serta prestasi yang setinggi-tingginya dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji aspek-aspek ergonomi dalam ruang laboratorium komputer RPL di SMK Plus Laboratorium Indonesia Karawang. Data yang diperlukan adalah data kenyamanan belajar siswa yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner, serta data kenyamanan termal, kebisingan, dan pencahayaan yang diperoleh melalui pengukuran langsung. Data tersebut selanjutnya diolah, dikaji, dan dievaluasi berdasarkan standar dan peraturan yang berlaku. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa merasa tidak nyaman terhadap kondisi termal dan pencahayaan yang ada. Selain itu juga diperoleh hasil bahwa kondisi termal dan pencahayaan berada di bawah standar yang ada, sedangkan kondisi kebisingan masih menenuhi standar. Dengan demikian, pihak manajemen sekolah perlu melakukan perbaikan terhadap kondisi termal dan pencahayaan dalam laboratorium komputer agar tingkat kenyamanan belajar siswa menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

UD. Barokah Jaya sering mengalami permasalahan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) terkait dengan potensi kecelakaan kerja di proses produksinya, serta membutuhkan solusi berupa prioritas dalam menangani masalah potensi bahaya tersebut, dikarenakan terbatasnya sumberdaya dan cara untuk pengendalian potensi tersebut. Metode FMEA menjadi solusi yang tepat dalam hal prioritas masalah tersebut dengan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) sebagai indikator priorita. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari hasil identifikasi risiko dengan metode FMEA didapat 8 potensi kecelakaan kerja dengan nilai RPN tertinggi sebesar 210 yang diperoleh oleh potensi kecelakaan kerja “tangan terluka akibat alat pemotong kayu” dan upaya pengendalian berupa training dari segi manusia, pembelian APD untuk RPN tertinggi dari segi metode, pembuatan WIP dari segi material, penggantian komponen mesin dari segi mesin, dan dilakukan relayout dan 5R dari segi lingkungan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTanaman obat saat ini banyak digunakan baik sebagai obat dan perawatan kesehatan. Tanaman obat menjadi sumber bahan baku penting yang sebelumnya belum diketahui kandungan kimianya. Tanaman Saga (Abrus Precatorius L) banyak ditemukan di Indonesia seperti di Desa Tanahbaru, Pakisjaya, Karawang. Tanaman Saga banyak mengandung flavonoid, terpenoid, tanin, alkaloid dan saponin. Tanamn Saga dapat digunakan sebagai antiseptik, anti virus, anti malaria dan anti fertilitas. Pada kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Tanahbaru tentang pemanfaatan tanaman Saga. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan evaluasi kegiatan awal, sosialisasi, pendampingan dan evaluasi akhir kegiatan.Kata Kunci: pemberdayaan; tanaman Saga; tanaman obat. ABSTRACT Medicinal plants are being used as a drug and health care delivery system. Medicinal plants can be important source of previously unknown chemical substances. Saga (Abrus Precatorius L) abundantly found in Indonesia such as in Tanahbaru village, Pakisjaya, Karawang. Saga principally contains falvonoids, terpenoid, tanin, alkaloids dan saponin. It have been for antiseptic, anti-viral, anti-malarial, and antifertility. This activity aims to community empowerment in Tanahbaru village about Saga plants. Activities are conducted by initial evaluation of activities, socialization, assistance and final evaluation activities.Keywords: empowerment; medicinal plants; Saga plants.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengevaluasi intensitas pencahayaan dan faktor pendukung keluhan mata. Memberikan rekomendasi terhadap pencahayaan yang tidak memenuhi standar KEMENKES No. 1405/MENKES/SK/XI/2002 guna mengurangi resiko keluhan mata pada pekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan konsep ergonomi dan K3 dengan Menggunakan Standar tingkat pencahayaan KEPMENKES No. 1405/MENKES/SK/XI/2002. Yang diharapkan dapat meminimalisir ataupun mencegah resiko keluhan mata pada pekerja, Pada penelitian yang dilakukan mengunakan analisis univariat. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan di area produksi PT. Megayaku Kemasan Perdana mendapat hasil tingkat intensitas pencahayaan dan keluhan kelelahan mata yang dialami oleh pekerja yang ditelit. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Intensitas pencahayaan di area produksi PT. Megayaku Kemasan Perdana terdapat hampir seluruh area tidak memenuhi standar intensitas pencahayaan Berdasarkan Kepmenkes No.1405 Tahun 2002. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistic bivariate Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kondisi sumber pencahayaan dengan keluhan kelelahan mata dan karakteristik pekerja yaitu usia, dengan kelelahan mata  dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan atau bermakna antara faktor kondisi sumber pencahayaan dan usia pekerja dengan keluhan kelelahan mata yang dialami oleh pekerja.

Abstract

PT. ILT is a company engaged in the production of spinning yarn. There are various types of yarn produced by PT. One of ILT's yarns is Combed 40s (CM 40/1). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the product quality of combed 40s yarn, so that improvements can be made. The data used in this study is in the form of direct testing results in the company. Data processing is carried out using control charts X and R to determine whether the production results are in accordance with the standard or not. Measurements were made on 4 criteria, namely thread number (Ne), twist (TPI), strength, and unevenness. The results obtained are known that all measurement criteria are within the control limits on the X and R control charts. Meanwhile, the comparative analysis of measurement results with company standards is known that existing standards are still too loose. This causes the quality of the resulting product is still not optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to revise the standards for each criterion. It aims to improve the quality of the products produced by increasing awareness of employee performance.

Abstract

MSMEs of shoes and sandals producers in Cibaduyut centers in the process of work that is carried out continuously, are known to have a high enough risk, namely in the process of installing sole. The sole installation process in the Home Industry is still using modest work facilities. Besides this sole installation is often done not on the table but on the thigh of the worker, this is very dangerous for the worker because he has a high enough risk of accidents, so that workers become uncomfortable at work. The purpose of this research is to design a working aid in the form of a workbench at the sole of shoe installation station with material selection so that the worker's body position becomes safer, more comfortable and healthier so as to reduce the risk of work accidents due to unfavorable work positions and will increase work productivity. The method used in this study, is an anthropometric method to measure the level of risk of danger from the worker's posture that is using the RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) method. This calculation is only done at the sole station. Furthermore, using the results of the RULA method, a working tool design in the form of a sole of shoe mounting table can be designed using an appropriate software based on raw material selection, as well as the principles of mechanics and ergonomics.

Abstract

Abstrak: Saat ini, perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat memaksa semua sektor di kehidupan manusia untuk selalu menyesuaikan diri dan dituntut untuk dapat mengimplementasikan perkembangan tersebut. Perkembangan yang sedang terjadi saat ini adalah penggunaan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) dalam kegiatan pemasaran dan promosi suatu produk, salah satunya adalah produk pada bidang kecantikan dan kosmetik. Tujuan untuk memberikan solusi dan pendampingan terhadap permasalahan yang ada khususnya di dalam beberapa sektor industri kosmetik dan kecantikan kepada IWAPI. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi berupa webinar untuk transfer pengetahuan terkait teknologi AR dan manajemen hubungan pelanggan dan evaluasi terhadap personal branding penggunaan teknologi AR. Hasil dari survei responden mengetahui mengenai teknologi Augmented Reality sebesar 73,3% dan 83,3% responden tertarik terhadap penggunaan teknologi AR serta pengenalan strategi pemasaran dan personal branding hasil evaluasi dan efektivitas kenaikan sebesar 78,1%.Abstract: Currently, technological developments are increasingly rapidly forcing all sectors in human life to always adapt and are required to be able to implement these developments. The current development is he use of Augmented Reaity (AR) technology in the marketing and promotion of a product in the field of beauty and cosmetics. The aim is to provide solutions and assistance to exisiting problems, especially to IWAPI. The method used is socialization in theform of webinars for knowledge transfer related to AR technology. The results of the survey respondents know Augmented Reality technology by 73,3% and 83,3% of the respondents are interested in the use of technology as well as the introduction of marketing stratetgies and personal branding the results of the evaluations and effectiveness increase by 78,1%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Ikan merupakan produk pangan basah yang sangat rentan dan memiliki keterbatasan terhadap daya simpan yang sangat pendek. Pengolahan ikan sangat diperlukan, tujuannya agar ikan menjadi lebih awet sehingga mudah untuk didistribusikan keberbagai wilayah. Kondisi peningkatannya produksi ikan pindang tidak seiring dengan peningkatan keterampilan usaha yang dimiliki oleh pengusaha ikan pindang, berdasarkan hasil pengamatan saat survei masyarakat cicinde utara masih melakukan olahan ikan pindang dengan skala rumahan, olahan proses pemindangan dilakukan dengan sangat tradisional, berdasarkan hasil resep turun-temurun, selain itu ikan yang di dapatkan biasanya tidak hanya dari tempat pelelangan ikan, namun harus order ke luar daerah untuk memenuhi kapasitas produksi, selain itu area pemasaran ikan pindang masih terbatas pada area daerah karawang. Tujuan penabdian berupa pendampingan UKM ikan pindang di Desa Cicinde Utara dengan meningkatkan kewirausahaan melalui pelatihan keterampilan teknologi pengolahan ikan pindang, dan pendampingan pengemasan serta transaksi penjualan di UKM Juragan Tongkol. Metode yang digunakan berupa Penyuluhan melalui pemberian materi mengenai upaya peningkatan kualitas melalui teknik pengolahan dan pengemasan ikan pindang, seta pelatihan penggunaan teknologi dan pembukuan Hasil capaian terdapat peningkatan dan keterampilan karyawan UKM terkait penggunaan mesin presto dan vacuum sealer, serta pembukuan transaksi jual beli.Abstract:  Fish is a wet food product that is very vulnerable and has a very short durability. Fish processing is very necessary to make the fish more durable and easy to distribute to various regions. The increasing to pindang fish production is not in line with the increase in business skills possessed, based on observations when the Cicinde was still processing pindang fish on a home scale, the processing was carried out in a very traditional and hereditary recipes, Besides that, the fish that are obtained are usually not only from the fish auction place, but must order outside the region to meet production capacity, besides that the marketing area for pindang fish is still limited to the Karawang area. The aim of the dedication is in the form of assistance for pindang fish SMEs in North Cicinde Village by increasing entrepreneurship through training in pindang fish processing technology skills, and assistance in packaging and sales transactions at Juragan Tongkol UKM. The method used is in the form of counseling through the provision of material on efforts to improve quality through processing and packaging techniques of pindang fish, as well as training in the use of technology and bookkeeping. The results of the achievements are improvements and skills of SME employees related to the use of presto machines and vacuum sealers, as well as buying and selling journal transactions.

Abstract

PT X Tambun Field engages in exploration and production in the upstream oil and gas sector in each mining concession area. One of the activities carried out by the company, one of the activities carried out is the transportation and distribution of raw materials. The transportation and distribution process affects the number of company expenses at PT X. For PT X, the distribution process is expected to be as effective and efficient as possible to minimize transportation costs. This study aims to reduce transportation and distribution costs in PT X. The analytical tool used is the matrix savings method. The results obtained, distribution, reduction of 48.94% distance and equipment rental costs of 43.39% for shipments from the warehouse and distance costs of 32.31% and equipment rental costs of 30.32% for delivery from PT X Tambun Field.

Abstract

Abstract—The company has a problem in warehouse layout arrangement so it will cause some kind of waste in the warehouse such as long searching time when searching spare parts in warehouse, transportation time when bringing material to warehouse or from warehouse to outside warehouse and transportation time at time of arrangement of material to storage shelf. Besides the problem that is noticed is the handling of discontinue material and the completeness of safety for warehouse operators. The purpose of this study can know the whole activity and the kinds of waste that occurred, so that can be done to the improvement of activity in the storage. The method used in measurement using fishbone diagram, and use Tools 5S + Safety. Based on the calculation that utility use of warehouse space owned raw material PT. Nichirin Indonesia is close to 70%. Layout raw material for now 77% of raw material is already used for material storage. After the layout improvements, the utility of raw material usage is reduced to 37.11%. various wastes that occur among others, Waiting time on goods delivery activities from suppliers, Transportation time on activities to bring goods from outside to the receiving area, Waiting time because the material must wait arranged by the admin / operator who works, Transportation time at the time of setting goods to shelf and Searching time on activities to find material for production needs. To reduce the waste that occurred among others, Add material handling in the form of trolley goods and ladder to shorten the transportation time, Make changes to warehouse layout and Provide labeling / coding on each area of the material rackKeywords: Waste; Layout raw material; Fishbone diagram; Tools 5S + Safety
