Abstract

The role of marketing research in marketing plans and strategies is very important through idea generation. Market research can help in creating business ideas. Especially for those who are just starting their own business, this will provide an overview of the market they will be targeting and will be a consideration in taking future steps. Apart from that, the variety of ideas to choose from is not just one business idea, from conducting market research you will get a variety of ideas to choose from. Next, you can note down several variations of existing ideas according to your interests so that they can then become alternative choices. One of the obstacles often encountered in developing a business is difficulty developing a concept. With marketing research, you can obtain a variety of information and data that can be used as an option for creating a business plan. Another thing that is no less important is that through marketing research you will be presented with a variety of the latest trends. This is quite important considering that market conditions move quite quickly from time to time. By following existing trends, you will obtain a variety of information that can be taken into consideration when implementing the next marketing strategy. Marketing research can also play a role in product development. Changing market conditions in terms of tastes and trends must be followed by product development through market research. The role of market research which is no less important is to test the market or market research can be used as an experiment to see whether the results of existing research are in line with the desired expectations so that it will ultimately lead to commercialization or the creation of sales. The things described above have not currently been carried out in a structured manner for MSMEs in Kuningan Regency, so that the products produced have relatively not experienced significant growth either in terms of the number of sales or product variants produced.

Abstract

Fazlur Rahman's thought presents a new paradigm in Islamic education, emphasizing value transformation and methodological reform. This study aims to analyze the concept of progressive education from Fazlur Rahman's perspective, with a particular focus on his double movement hermeneutical method as a pedagogical approach. The research employs a qualitative method through library research based on Rahman's primary works and academic secondary sources. The findings reveal that Rahman's progressive education emphasizes the integration of Qur’anic ethical values with modern social contexts, shaping learners to be critical, rational, and socially responsible. His concept rejects the dichotomy between religious and secular sciences and promotes contextual, reflective, and ijtihad-based learning. Rahman's thought is highly relevant to the context of Islamic education in Indonesia, particularly in supporting holistic and transformative curricula. This study recommends the integration of Rahmanian principles in curriculum design, teacher training, and educational policy to strengthen the character and competitiveness of future Muslim generations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang menguraikan pokok permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian yaitu fungsi keterlibatan perempuan sebagai pegawai pemerintah yang dikaji dari perspektif feminisme dan hukum Islam. Penelitian ini juga memperlihatkan keunggulan keterlibatan perempuan dalam instansi pemerintah dan keunggulan perempuan dibandingkan laki-laki. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang peneliti peroleh dari sumber tidak langsung yaitu buku, artikel ilmiah, majalah, dan website terpercaya. Data yang peneliti peroleh diklasifikasikan menurut bidang sebelumnya, dipilih, direduksi, dideskripsikan, dan ditarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan uraian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini berawal dari keresahan sebagian perempuan yang perannya terdegradasi. Untuk meluruskan hal tersebut maka peneliti menyusun artikel ini yang akan membahas secara komprehensif tentang fungsi keterlibatan perempuan sebagai pegawai pemerintah dari perspektif feminisme dan hukum Islam. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan keuntungan keterlibatan perempuan di instansi pemerintah dan keuntungan perempuan dibandingkan laki-laki. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang peneliti peroleh dari sumber tidak langsung yaitu buku, artikel ilmiah, majalah, dan website terpercaya. Data yang peneliti peroleh diklasifikasikan menurut bidang sebelumnya, dipilih, direduksi, dideskripsikan, dan ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil dalam artikel ini menunjukkan Feminisme dan Islam sama-sama memiliki pemikiran yang sama jika dilihat dari segi peran antara laki-laki dan perempuan memiliki kedudukan yang sama. Untuk mendukung pendapat tersebut, pada tahap implementasi perlu adanya kebijakan yang mendukung kedua perspektif tersebut dan mendorong peran perempuan agar lebih besar di berbagai sektor. Kebijakan pelibatan sejumlah perempuan sebagai pegawai di instansi pemerintah merupakan salah satunya. Dengan adanya keseimbangan peran antara laki-laki dan perempuan di instansi pemerintah, peneliti dapat meningkatkan instansi karena dari segi hormon, sikap, dan pemikiran yang berbeda jika dikolaborasikan dengan baik dapat menghasilkan sesuatu yang memuaskan.
