Abstract

The problem that is currently becoming a public conversation about student motivation is decreasing, especially in learning Islamic Religious Education. Islamic Education is a lesson that provides material in the form of writing and reading the Qur'an which makes sleepy. If this is allowed, it will produce a young generation that is lazy, less intelligent, and less competent. When students' participation is passive, the teacher will be considered a failure in teaching and inappropriate in choosing learning methods. Motivation is the main benchmark of the success of a learning process. Motivation will be formed if there is an intention within us to make students active in the classroom. Teachers must also find ways to make PAI learning interesting so as to generate student learning motivation. This research uses a collaborative method between qualitative and quantitative, where the data we get is sufficient to answer the puzzle of the object to be studied. The author took the research title as above because he wanted to prove that the cooperative learning model of Jigsaw method developed will make learning more interesting and can increase students' learning motivation wherever they are. This Jigsaw method requires learning motivation for students for active learning and has proven successful in its application. Keywords: Islamic Religious Education,Motivation,Jigsaw Method

Abstract

Mangrove adalah tumbuhan yang tersebar di sepanjang pantai Indonesia dan memiliki kemampuan untuk hidup dan tumbuh di perairan asin serta daerah pasang surut yang ada di pesisir pantai. Produktivitas dari ekosistem mangrove lebih besar daripada produktivitas ekosistem hutan hujan tropis, ekosistem ini berperan sebagai penahan arus laut, pencegah abrasi, penyerap gas karbon dioksida (CO2) serta penghasil oksigen (O2). Peranan ekosistem mangrove sangat penting dalam upaya mitigasi pemanasan global dengan mengurangi konsentrasi CO2 di atmosfer. Potensi mangrove sebagai penyangga karbon (stok karbon) dalam bentuk biomassa tercermin melalui nilai karbon yang terdapat dalam vegetasinya. Lokasi penelitian berada di vegetasi mangrove pada area lahan bekas tambak Desa Betung Kecamatan Kusan Hilir Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui estimasi serapan CO2 pada batang tegakan mangrove berdasarkan simpanan karbon dan kandungan biomassa. Perhitungan biomassa menggunakan volume pohon dan estimasi stok karbon biru adalah 47% dari total biomassa. Estimasi serapan CO2 didapat dari hasil kali nilai karbon biomassa pohon dengan faktor 3,67. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui total serapan CO2 pada vegetasi mangrove di lahan bekas tambak adalah sebesar 379,41 ton dalam luas 151,86 are.

Abstract

The waters of the Bengalon River, Sangatta and surrounding areas are affected by community activities as well as coal mining and oil palm plantations. Fish are one of the aquatic biota affected by these activities. The unavailability of river fish species data is a particular concern in evaluating the condition of river waters. The availability of fish species data is considered important for decision-making considerations that will be applied in an area. As a sustainability effort, monitoring, identification and inventory of river fish in the East Kutai Regency area were carried out. This research was conducted in November 2021-May 2022 in Bengalon River, Sangatta and surrounding areas. Fish identification was carried out at the Hydroceanography Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Mulawarman University. Fish data were analyzed descriptively. Based on the research data, rivers in East Kutai district are dominated by the Cyprinidae family. A total of 43 fish species were identified, 10 of which were marine fish species, generally fishes that live around estuaries (brackish water), including species that live in the sea. Abstract

Indonesia still faces two significant challenges: a climate education system and relatively low social welfare rates. To address these pressing concerns, this study examines the feasibility of utilizing climate education to enhance social welfare. The study proposes a comprehensive framework for climate education in Indonesia using quantitative and qualitative research methods designed to adapt to various contexts, including formal educational settings such as schools and universities, while still accessible to underprivileged communities. The findings highlight the significance of integrating climate and environmental education into the educational system to prepare future generations to address ecological challenges. The paper also discusses the impact of the climate crisis on social welfare conditions in Indonesia, particularly for vulnerable communities. It proposes strategies for implementing climate education to enhance social welfare. It emphasizes the need for interactive and action-oriented approaches to climate education, as well as the role of universities in promoting practical solutions and student leadership. The framework presented in the paper aims to equip future professionals with the necessary tools and knowledge to drive innovation in sustainable technologies, shape responsible policy decisions, and foster community resilience

Abstract

Peran guru dalam pendidikan dan masyarakat memiliki posisi strategis yang menentukan kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa depan. Di era digital, tantangan yang dihadapi guru semakin kompleks, termasuk perkembangan teknologi, perubahan metode pembelajaran, serta tuntutan peningkatan kompetensi profesional. Artikel ini membahas peran strategis guru dalam membentuk karakter dan kecerdasan peserta didik, sekaligus sebagai agen perubahan sosial di masyarakat. Selain itu, artikel ini mengkaji berbagai inovasi yang dapat diterapkan dalam dunia pendidikan, seperti pemanfaatan teknologi digital, metode pembelajaran berbasis digital, serta penguatan kompetensi literasi digital bagi guru dan siswa. Dengan pendekatan yang adaptif dan inovatif, guru dapat menghadapi tantangan zaman serta berkontribusi secara maksimal dalam membangun ekosistem pendidikan yang berkualitas dan berkelanjutan.
