Abstract

This study titled Influence of Content Marketing and Endorsement on Customer Satisfaction with Purchasing Decisions as an intervening variable in shopee (Case Study In Management Students of UPI YPTK Padang Angkatan 2020). The purpose of this study was to know and try to analyze the Effect of Content Marketing and Endorsement on Customer Satisfaction with Purchasing Decisions as an intervening variable on shopee (Case Study In Management Students of UPI YPTK Padang Angkatan 2020). The study is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. Data collection methods were through interviews and circulating questionnaires, with a sample of 88 respondents. The results of the study found. There is a positive and significant influence of content marketing on Shopee's Customer Satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence of content marketing on Shopee's purchasing decisions. There is no positive and insignificant influence of Endorsement on Customer Satisfaction on Shopee. There is a positive and significant influence between Endorsement and Purchase Decisions on Shopee. There is a positive and significant influence between Purchase Decisions on Customer Satisfaction on Shopee. Content Marketing mediates Purchase Decisions to Customer Satisfaction on Shopee. Endorsement mediates Purchase Decisions to Customer Satisfaction on Shopee.

Abstract

The study is titled Influence of Product Quality And Price On Purchasing Decisions With Brand Image As Intervening Variable In Skincare Acnes (Case Study On Acne Drugs In Padang City). The aim of this study was to know and attempt to analyze the Effect of Product Quality And Price On Purchasing Decisions With Brand Image As Intervening Variable In Skincare Acnes (Case Study On Acne Medicine In Padang City). The study is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The method of data collection was through interviews and circulating questionnaires, with a sample of 80 respondents. The results of the study found that there is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality and Brand Image. There is a positive and significant influence of Price on Brand Image. There is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality and Purchasing Decisions. There is no positive and significant influence of the price on the purchase decision. There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions. Brand Image mediates Product Quality to Purchase Decisions. Brand Image mediates Price to Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how much influence digital marketing and product quality have on purchasing decisions with brand awareness as an intervening variable in consumers of Nanggalo Sudut Kopi, Pesisir Selatan. Data collection methods through surveys and circulating questionnaires, with a population of 9,000 consumers per year 2023 with a sample of 100 respondents obtained from Slovin. The analysis method used is Structutal Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmarttPLS. The research results obtained where there is an insignificant positive effect of Digital Marketing on Brand awareness. There is a significant positive effect of product quality on brand awareness. There is a positive and significant effect of digital marketing on Purchasing Decisions. There is a negative and insignificant effect of brand awareness on purchasing decisions. There is a positive and insignificant effect of product quality on purchasing decisions. There is a positive and insignificant effect of digital marketing on purchasing decisions through brand awareness. There is a positive and insignificant effect of product quality on purchasing decisions through brand awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to test how much influence Price and Customer Experience have on Sales Level with Brand Image as an Intervening Variable at Kopi Kenangan Ruko Sutomo in Padang City. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents on customers at Kopi Kenangan. This population is customers of Kopi Kenangan Ruko Sutomo in Padang City. The results of this study are (1) There is a positive and significant influence between Price and Brand Image at Kopi Kenangan Ruko Sutomo in Padang City. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between Customer Experience and Brand Image at Kopi Kenangan Ruko Sutomo in Padang City. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between Price and Sales Level at Kopi Kenangan Ruko Sutomo in Padang City. (4) There is a negative and insignificant influence between Customer Experience and Sales Level at Kopi Kenangan Ruko Sutomo in Padang City. (5) There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Image and Sales Level at Kopi Kenangan Ruko Sutomo in Padang City. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality, and location on sales levels, with purchasing decisions as intervening variables at PT. Bintang Banjar Cemerlang. This study is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. The population and sample of this study are consumers of PT. Bintang Banjar Cemerlang. The results of the study found that there was a significant effect between Price and Purchasing Decisions. There was a significant effect between Product Quality and Purchasing Decisions. There was no significant effect between Location and Purchasing Decisions. There was a significant effect between Price and Sales Level. There was no significant effect between Product Quality and Sales Level. There was no significant effect between Location and Sales Level. There was a significant effect between Purchasing Decisions and Sales Level. Purchasing Decisions were able to mediate Price and Sales Level.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence price and digital marketing have on consumer satisfaction with the decision to visit as an intervening variable at Puncak Lawang. The method used was accidental sampling, namely visitors to Puncak Lawang. The research results showed that: there is an influence of price on the decision to visit, digital marketing has a significant positive influence on the decision to visit, price has a positive and insignificant influence on consumer satisfaction, digital marketing has a significant positive influence on consumer satisfaction, the decision to visit has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction, price has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction through the decision to visit as an intervening variable, digital marketing has a positive and insignificant influence on consumer satisfaction through the decision to visit as an intervening variable at Puncak Lawang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Satpol PP dan Kebakaran Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan kuesioner dari 90 pegawai ASN dan dianalisis menggunakan Smart PLS 4.0.1.6 dengan metode SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh. Disiplin kerja, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, tetapi tidak memediasi pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

The Tiumang Community Health Center is a public health facility located in Dharmasraya Regency, West Sumatra. This health center provides various health services to the community, including general medical services and maternal and child health services. With a staff of 71 people, the Tiumang Health Center plays a crucial role in improving the health status of the community in the region.The research method used is a quantitative approach with an associative design. The research sample consists of 71 employees taken through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of questions regarding the variables being studied. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS.The results of the study indicate that compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, where the T-statistic value reaches 6.436 (p < 0.05). Work motivation also has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a T- statistic of 5.848 (p < 0.05). However, the work environment does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction (T-statistic 1.530, p > 0.05).On the other hand, compensation and work motivation significantly positively affect employee performance, with T-statistic values of 2.988 and 2.579, respectively (p < 0.05). The work environment shows a positive but not significant effect on employee performance (T-statistic 1.802, p > 0.05). Job satisfaction is proven to mediate the effect of motivation on employee performance, but it does not mediate the effect of compensation and the work environment.This research provides important contributions to human resource management at the Tiumang Community Health Center, with recommendations to improve compensation and work motivation to enhance employee satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, work relationships, and career development on organizational climate and job satisfaction in the Civil Service Police Unit and Fire Department of Pesisir Selatan Regency. The objects of this study are employees of the Civil Service Police Unit and Fire Department of Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra, Indonesia. The population in this study is 109 employees of the Civil Service Police Unit and Fire Department of Pesisir Selatan Regency. In this study, the sample was taken with a non-probability sampling design. The sample in this study was obtained by using saturated sampling, namely making the entire population into a sample of 109 people. Respondents in this study numbered 100 people. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. The results of the study indicate that self-efficacy, work relationships, and career development have a significant influence on organizational climate. Furthermore, self-efficacy, work relationships, and career development also have a significant influence on job satisfaction. However, organizational climate has a positive but insignificant influence on job satisfaction. A mediation test indicates that organizational climate does not mediate the relationship between self-efficacy, work relationships, and career development on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, work relationships have a significant influence on job satisfaction at the Civil Service Police Unit and the Pesisir Selatan Regency Fire Department. Career development has a significant influence on job satisfaction at the Civil Service Police Unit and the Pesisir Selatan Regency Fire Department.These findings confirm that self-efficacy, the quality of work relationships, and career development play a significant role in improving organizational climate and job satisfaction. However, organizational climate has not been able to act as a mediating variable in the relationship between individual factors and job satisfaction in this institutional context.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, competence, and motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Aur Beduri Community Health Center, Nalo Tantan District, Merangin Regency, Jambi. The study uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis through the SmartPLS application. The object of this study is the employees of the Aur Beduri Community Health Center, Nalo Tantan District, Marangin Regency, Jambi, Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive and causal research design. The population in this study is 64 employees of the Aur Beduri Community Health Center. In this study, the sample was taken with a saturated sample design, namely the entire population being sampled, so the sample in this study was 64 people. Based on the literature review and hypothesis formulation, the variables in this study are independent, dependent, and intervening variables. Independent variables include Leadership Style, Competence, Motivation. The intervening variable in this study is Job Satisfaction. The dependent variable is also called the bound variable, namely the value of which is influenced by the independent variable, which is the dependent variable in this study is Job Satisfaction (Y). The results of the study showed that leadership style, competence, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence and motivation were shown to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while leadership style did not have a significant direct effect on performance. However, job satisfaction was shown to mediate the influence of leadership style, competence, and motivation on employee performance. This finding indicates that improving leadership quality, competence, and motivation can increase job satisfaction, which in turn contributes to improved employee performance. This study provides practical implications for Community Health Center management to strengthen participatory leadership styles, improve employee competence through training, and develop appropriate motivation systems to improve the performance of health workers.
