Abstract

Educational supervision aims to guide teachers in efforts to improve their skills, encourage superior learning, and provide assistance in overcoming obstacles. The aim of this research is to reveal how the application of collaborative learning strategies in educational supervision can encourage the growth of teacher professionalism. This research method uses literature analysis with a conceptual and theoretical approach. Five journals were the main references in this research. The research process involves topic selection, literature search, idea development, literature analysis, critical evaluation, and writing a literature review. The research results show that the use of collaborative learning strategies in educational supervision can enrich teacher professionalism. Collaboration between supervisors and teachers in reflecting on and correcting actions also has the potential to increase efficiency in the collaborative supervision process. Thus, collaborative supervision approaches provide an attractive option for improving teachers' professional skills.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of transformational leadership on the development of human resources (HR) in an educational unit. The research method used is a library research approach or literature study, with analysis of relevant literature on transformational leadership and human resource development in the education sector. The research results show that transformational leadership has a positive impact on human resource development in an educational unit. Through high motivation, skill development, increased collaboration and creativity, improved performance, and continuous leadership development, transformational leadership creates an environment that supports individual growth and achievement of organizational goals. However, the implementation of transformational leadership is also faced with challenges and obstacles, such as changes in organizational culture, lack of support from related parties, limited resources, difficulties in measurement and evaluation, unsupportive policies and regulations, lack of leader skills and knowledge, resistance from interest groups. particular, and dependence on individual leaders. In conclusion, transformational leadership has great potential to influence human resource development in an educational unit, but needs to be faced with various challenges and obstacles in its implementation.

Abstract

Planning is a critical process in establishing organizational goals, strategies, programs, and activities to achieve desired results effectively and efficiently. Through planning, educational goals can be determined, including financing that involves various parties such as the central, regional, and community governments. The planning process also includes the allocation of required resources, to improve the quality of education through funds such as the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) Program, and Educational Operational Assistance (BOP). Education costs include direct costs related to educational activities and indirect costs that support the educational environment. Financing standards are set to meet the minimum educational operational needs for one year, with components such as investment, and operational and personal costs. This research uses a library study method to collect and analyze data from secondary sources. The research results show that financing is a vital aspect of education management, involving funding from various sources to ensure the continuity and improvement of the quality of education. Efficient budget allocation can increase the effectiveness of the education system by maximizing the use of resources. Government regulations stipulate levies and donations to support basic education costs, ensuring the involvement of various parties in sustainable education financing.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors influencing teacher commitment and its impact on improving the quality of education in Indonesia. Teacher commitment is essential for aligning personal and institutional goals, fostering efficiency in task completion, and addressing challenges in 21st-century education. A literature reviews method was employed, analyzing study from various journals to gather and summarize relevant findings. The review focused on strategies to enhance teachers' dedication, including professional development, supervision, and recognition of achievements. The results reveal that high teacher commitment reduces issues like tardiness, absenteeism, and poor performance. Effective strategies include rewarding responsible educators, enforcing discipline, providing learning resources, and fostering teamwork. Additionally, organizational factors such as clear vision, mission, and values-based recruitment contribute to cultivating teacher responsibility. The findings emphasize the role of school administrators in promoting teacher engagement through mentorship, training, and collaboration. The study concludes that committed educators positively impact student achievement and institutional growth. Schools must prioritize strategies to support teachers' personal and professional development to ensure high educational standards.

Abstract

Abstract This research aimed to examine the contribution of transformational leadership to innovative behaviour, the contribution of work commitment to innovative behaviour, and the contribution of transformational leadership and work commitment to the innovative behaviour of public elementary school teachers in Sijunjung Regency. This research used a quantitative research design with a population of 92 teachers. The sample was taken using stratified proportional random sampling, with 20 teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The results of the data analysis showed that transformational leadership significantly contributed to the innovative behaviour of public elementary school teachers in Sijunjung Regency by 45%, and work commitment significantly contributed to the innovative behaviour of public elementary school teachers in Sijunjung Regency by 20.5%. Transformational leadership and work commitment significantly contributed to the innovative behaviour of public elementary school teachers in Sijunjung Regency by 20.5%. The data support the hypothesis, and transformational leadership and work commitment are two important factors that help State Elementary School teachers in Sijunjung Regency be more innovative; other factors account for the remaining 79.5%.
