Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh konsep diri terhadap persepsi kesiapan kerja siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu, (2) pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap persepsi kesiapan kerja siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu, (3) ketersediaan informasi lowongan kerja terhadap persepsi kesiapan kerja siswa di SMK N 1 Sedayu, (4) pengaruh konsep diri, kemandirian belajar dan ketersediaan informasi lowongan kerja siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Ex-post Facto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan sampel random sampling yang berjumlah 123 siswa. Data diambil menggunakan metode angket. Validitas instrumen angket dilakukan dengan analisis butir menggunakan rumus korelasi Product Moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Pengujian hipotesis dengan regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda, yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis meliputi uji normalitas, linieritas dan multikolinieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara konsep diri terhadap persepsi kesiapan kerja siswa dengan korelasi 0,428, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kemandirian belajar terhadap persepsi kesiapan kerja siswa dengan korelasi 0,303, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara ketersediaan informasi lowongan kerja terhadap persepsi kesiapan kerja siswa dengan korelasi 0,163, (4) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara konsep diri, kemandirian belajar dan ketersediaan informasi lowongan kerja terhadap persepsi kesiapan kerja siswa dengan korelasi 0,461.

Abstract

The process of applying the knowledge learned at the University to help society as a whole is known as community service activities. At the Al Imran Orphanage in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi, is a place for implementing community service activities that aim to encourage students' interest in entrepreneurship, especially to help the community around the orphanage. In this community service activity, children at the orphanage are taught how to make "Es Fruit Jelly Ball" and are motivated to learn. The results of the community service activities at the Al Imran Orphanage, Gowa Regency have gone smoothly, as evidenced by the active participation of the UNM Faculty of Engineering and the Al-Imran Orphanage, Gowa. Through this community service activity, it is hoped that it can help them in entrepreneurship at the orphanage, as well as strengthen the sense of brotherhood between educational institutions and social institutions.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity was carried out at Al Banin Makassar Integrated Islamic School with the aim of optimizing the use of the Canva application in supporting teacher creativity in creating interesting, interactive learning materials, and in accordance with the development of educational technology. The background of this activity is based on the need for teachers to adapt learning methods to the digital era, where the use of visual learning media is very important in increasing student interest and understanding. Canva training was provided to teachers as a solution to enrich the ability to design more interesting and effective learning media. The results of this activity show that teachers have become more confident and creative in designing communicative and efficient teaching materials. In addition, this activity also supports the achievement of the Key Performance Indicators (IKU) of higher education. It is hoped that this activity can be the first step in encouraging digital transformation in the school environment, while improving the quality of learning at Al Banin Integrated Islamic School.

Abstract

Digital transformation in learning media has become an increasingly relevant topic in the world of education, especially in the context of increasing student engagement and skills. Education plays a part in raising the caliber of HR-owned resources. The purpose of this study is to develop a teaching media application in the Multimedia Learning course. The research and development approach, or R&D, is the methodology employed in this process. Based on an industry-based development approach, research and development is conducted to create goods and procedures that are subsequently thoroughly tested in the field, assessed, and improved to satisfy specific standards for efficacy, quality, and standards. It has been demonstrated that using interactive multimedia-based learning materials in multimedia courses enhances students' conceptual understanding. The stages of developing this interactive learning media product are through validation tests and large group tests, and the final stage is implementation in learning. It may be said that students' interest in learning has enhanced when interactive learning materials are used in the Multimedia Learning course.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini berjudul Pemanfaatan Media Sosial Dalam Mengembangkan Intelegensi Anak Di Era Milenial Melalui Kegiatan Interaktif Pada Yayasan Panti Asuhan Al-Imran Kabupaten Gowa . Media sosial merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Dengan perkembangan zaman hal ini akan mempengaruhi perilaku dan kehidupan manusia masa kini. Maka dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi manusia harus bisa menyikapi dan menelaah mana perkembangan media sosial yang baik dan mana yang buruk Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) di Kabupaten Gowa diwujudkan dalam bentuk panti asuhan sebagai penyelenggara program kesejahteraan sosial anak. UNM sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi besar di Indonesia Timur melalui Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LP2M) setiap tahunnya menawarkan kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian melalui program PNBP. Melalui program tersebut kami bermaksud untuk membuat sebuah kegiatan berupa pengarahan terkait Pemanfaatan Media Sosial dalam Mengembangkan Intelegensi Anak di Era Milenial Melalui Kegiatan Interaktif yang Positif Pada Yayasan Panti Asuhan Al-Imran Kabupaten Gowa. Berdasarkan hasil observasi tim PKM yaitu dengan menggali informasi terkait kebutuhan dan permasalahan mitra terutama pada anak-anak Yayasan Panti Asuhan Al-Imran Kabupaten Gowa, maka kami dapat mendeskripsikan secara rinci pokok permasalahan yang dimilikinya. Diantaranya adalah anak anak yang tinggal di Panti Asuhan Al Imran terlihat belum dapat menyikapi dan menelaah mana perkembangan media sosial yang baik dan mana yang buruk, Belum optimalnya pemberian pengetahuan dalam penggunaan Media Sosial untuk anak anak di Panti Asuhan Al Imran Kabupaten Gowa, dan terdapat puluhan anak yang menggunakan media sosial secara berlebihan. Seperti saat bermain gameonline, browsing, dan membuka jejaring sosial, anak di daerah ini terfokus pada media sosial yang ditekuninya. Sehingga anak tersebut tidak memperhatikan sekelilingnya dengan baik dan acuh tak acuh pada orang di sekitarnya
