Abstract

Information literacy becomes increasingly crucial in the digital era, where students are required to be able to search, evaluate and utilize information effectively. This research aims to explore the potential of podcast programs in developing information literacy competencies in elementary school students by adopting an epistemological perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects were students in grades 4-6 at an elementary school. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and analysis of student-produced podcast content. Data analysis was carried out using an information literacy competency framework and an epistemological perspective. The research results show that podcast programs can be an effective medium for developing students' information literacy competencies. Through the podcast production process, students are trained to search for relevant information, evaluate information sources, and present information creatively. Additionally, podcasts also encourage students to think critically and build a deeper understanding of a topic. Epistemologically, podcast programs can help students build more constructive and authentic knowledge. Students not only receive information passively, but are also actively involved in the knowledge construction process. Podcasts also allow students to share knowledge and perspectives with peers, thereby enriching their understanding. This research contributes to the development of a podcast media-based information literacy learning program. The results of this research can also be a reference for educators and curriculum developers in designing learning activities that are relevant to students' needs in the digital era.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Ath-Thohiriyyah Karangsalam Kidul, Banyumas dikenal luas sebagai salah satu pesantren yang berhasil mencetak santri dengan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an yang baik dan fasih. Di balik keberhasilan tersebut, terdapat berbagai metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan secara sistematis, salah satunya adalah metode tutor sebaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode tutor sebaya dalam mengembangkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an pada santri takhasus, yaitu santri baru yang menjalani masa pembelajaran dasar selama satu tahun pertama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode tutor sebaya diterapkan melalui tiga tahap: perencanaan tutor, pelaksanaan bimbingan secara berkelompok maupun individual, serta evaluasi berkala oleh pengasuh. Metode ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan kelancaran, ketepatan tajwid, dan semangat belajar santri takhasus. Selain itu, metode ini juga memberi dampak positif terhadap tutor, seperti meningkatnya rasa tanggung jawab dan kepercayaan diri. Dengan demikian, metode tutor sebaya menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan Pondok Pesantren Ath-Thohiriyyah dalam mengembangkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an para santrinya. Adapun keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah hanya mengambil sedikit sampel dan hanya berfokus pada satu lembaga, diharapkan penelitian selanjutnya melibatkan banyak partisipan dan mempertimbangkan faktor lain yang mempengaruhi efektivitas metode.

Abstract

This qualitative research is intended to describe the internalization of theological values in the management of learning centers in kindergarten al-Irsyad al-Islamiyyah Purwokerto. The data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques and then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman data analysis technique. The results shows that the internalization of theological values in the management of learning centrals was carried out through five attempts. The first attempt is the internalization of theological value into the vision and quality assurance of graduates. The second is the internalization of theological values by organizing ritual centers. The third is the internalization of theological values by integrating religion and science into learning themes. The fourth is the internalization of theological values through habituation activities. The fifth is the internalization of theological value through the activities of telling stories about the Prophet as well as the Companions of the Prophet. The implication of doing this research is to provide descriptions to other researchers to examine the early children education curriculum that is able to integrate religion and science in thematic learning using a center approach.

Abstract

Abstrak. Program Gerak Lagu Nusantara di TK Kuncup Mekar dikelola secara terencana dan sistematis melalui kolaborasi antara kepala sekolah, guru, yayasan, dan orang tua. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak, ditunjukkan melalui keberanian anak dalam tampil, memimpin gerakan, serta antusiasme mengikuti kegiatan. Kemandirian sangatlah penting diajarkan sejak dini karena dalam usia ini anak lebih cepat untuk belajar dari apa yang dilihat, didengar dan dirasakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan memahami secara mendalam bagaimana manajemen program gerak lagu nusantara diterapkan di TK Kuncup Mekar, pengaruhnya terhadap kepercayaan diri murid dan rekomendasi pengelolaan program gerak lagu nusantara yang lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri murid. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data  dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kendala-kendala yang muncul berhasil diatasi melalui pengendalian yang baik dan respons cepat pihak sekolah. Program ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam bidang pendidikan anak usia dini, khususnya dalam aspek pengembangan kepercayaan diri yang menjadi modal penting bagi anak dalam proses belajar dan interaksi sosial. Abstract. The Gerak Lagu Nusantara program at Kuncup Mekar Kindergarten is managed in a planned and systematic way through collaboration between the principal, teachers, foundation, and parents. This activity has proven to be effective in increasing children's self-confidence, shown through children's courage in performing, leading movements, and enthusiasm in participating in activities. Independence is very important to be taught from an early age because at this age children learn more quickly from what they see, hear, and feel. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which aims to describe and understand in depth how the Indonesian song movement program is implemented at Kuncup Mekar Kindergarten, its effect on students' self-confidence, and recommendations for more effective management of the Indonesian song movement program in order to increase students' self-confidence. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The obstacles that arise are successfully overcome through good control and quick response from the school. This program makes a positive contribution to the field of early childhood education, especially in the aspect of developing self-confidence, which is an important asset for children in the learning process and social interaction.
