Abstract

This study investigates the impact of taste and service quality on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction serving as a mediating variable, at Dapoer MbokSum Kediri. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data were obtained through the distribution of structured questionnaires to customers, while secondary data were collected via interviews with the business owner and direct field observations to gain a deeper understanding of operational practices. A total of 120 respondents were selected through accidental sampling, ensuring that participants met specific criteria relevant to the study objectives. The data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4.0, incorporating validity and reliability testing to ensure the robustness of the measurement instruments, as well as hypothesis testing to evaluate the relationships between variables. The results of the analysis indicate that both taste and service quality exert significant and positive influences on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, service quality demonstrates a significant and direct positive effect on customer loyalty. In contrast, taste does not show a direct influence on loyalty, suggesting that its effect on loyalty is more indirect and mediated by satisfaction Additionally, the mediation analysis confirms that customer satisfaction plays a critical role in linking both taste and service quality to customer loyalty. This implies that while customers may appreciate the taste of food, it is their overall satisfaction—encompassing both taste and service experiences—that ultimately drives loyalty. The study highlights the importance for culinary businesses, particularly in the competitive food service industry, to focus not only on product quality but also on delivering excellent service to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term customer relationships. The findings provide practical insights for Dapoer MbokSum Kediri and similar establishments to strategically prioritize service quality improvements alongside maintaining food taste to maximize customer retention and loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, worlife balance, dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Jasa Raharja Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh yang melibatkan seluruh populasi sebanyak 37 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan indikator dari masing-masing variabel. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebagai variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sebaliknya, worlife balance dan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sementara itu, hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja, worlife balance, dan stres kerja secara bersama-sama tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor beban kerja yang sesuai, sedangkan aspek keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan tingkat stres kerja tidak memberikan dampak yang cukup berarti dalam konteks organisasi ini. Oleh karena itu, manajemen perlu mengelola beban kerja secara proporsional guna menjaga dan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of independent variables, namely Promotion, Location, and Product Variation, on the dependent variable, Purchase Decision, at Seduhlur Coffee Kediri. The research method used is quantitative, employing multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 26 software. The sampling technique applied in this study is incidental sampling, which involves selecting respondents who happen to be present and meet certain criteria at the time the research is conducted. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the Promotion variable has a positive and significant partial effect on Purchase Decision. This indicates that the better the promotional strategies carried out, the more likely consumers are to make a purchase. Similarly, the Location variable also shows a positive and significant partial influence, suggesting that the comfort and accessibility of Seduhlur Coffee’s location play an important role in influencing consumer decisions. Product Variation is also found to have a positive and significant partial effect on Purchase Decision, meaning that a greater variety of products offered increases the likelihood of attracting consumer interest. Simultaneously, all three variables — Promotion, Location, and Product Variation — have a significant and positive influence on Purchase Decision. This research is expected to provide useful input for Seduhlur Coffee Kediri in improving its marketing strategies and service quality to encourage and increase consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Pengaruh Customer Relationship Management dan Digital Marketing terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Lembaga Global English Pare. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Customer Relationship Management (X1), Digital Marketing (X2) dan Loyalias Pelanggan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner atau angket pada pelanggan Lembaga Global English Pare. Pada penelitian ini memiliki populasi sejumlah 780 responden serta sampel sejumlah 264 responden dengan teknik analisa uji instrumen, uji prasyarat analisis, dan pengujian hipotesis diharapkan dapat menjawab tiga rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini. Analisa dikerjakan dengan Software SPSS for Windows versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji yang dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Customer Relationship Management (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) pada Lembaga Global English Pare; 2) Digital Marketing (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) pada Lembaga Global English Pare; 3) Customer Relationship Management (X1), Digital Marketing (X2) dan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalias Pelanggan (Y) pada Lembaga Global English Pare.

Abstract

This study looks at how liquidity, profitability, and leverage laffect the value of a company, specifically PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, between the years 2016 and 2023. It uses a quantitative and method and gets its data from published annual financial reports. All the financial reports from that time are considered the full set of data, but only 32 reports were chosen as a sample. These reports were picked based on specific criteria that match the variables being studied.The factors that are looked at are lliquidity, measuredl by the lCurrent Ratio (CR), profitabilityl measuredl by Returnl on Assetsl (ROA), and leveragel measured by and Debt tol Equity Ratiol (DER). The company valuel is measuredl byl Price to Book Value (PBV). The data was analyzed using SPSS software with methods like multiplel linear regression, t-test, and F-test.The findings show that liquidityl and leveragel have a strong positive effect on company value, while profitability has a negative effect.lWhen all threel factors are lconsidered together, they have a positive and significantl impact on company value. This suggests that internal factors like liquidity and profitability, and how a company uses debt are important in determining its overall lvalue. this study confirms based on the results obtained that internal company factors, especially liquidity, profitability, and capital structure, are important determinants in determining company value.

Abstract

The development of human resources in a company really requires good performance from employees, therefore employees are the benchmark for whether or not the company's goals have been achieved. This research aims to analyze the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Javanese Flowers Permai Kediri. The analytical method in this research is quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of this research show that the workload variable partially influences employee performance as evidenced by the results of the t test with a significance value of 0.001<0.05. Work environment variables partially influence employee performance as evidenced by the results of the t test with a significance value of 0.004<0.05. The workload and work environment variables simultaneously influence employee performance as proven by the results of the f test with a significance value of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

In Indonesia, furniture industry companies are starting to spread and develop rapidly. The furniture industry is an industry that processes raw materials or semi-finished materials into finished goods. In ever-increasing business competition, companies must be able to manage human resources well. This aims to increase employee work productivity. This research aims to determine the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and the Work Environment on employee work productivity at CV. Sumber Pinus Jaya Kediri. This research sample consisted of 42 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. This research uses a quantitative type of research because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses using SPSS version 25. The results of the research show that the results of the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) t test have a partially significant effect on Work Productivity by getting a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment has a partially significant effect on work productivity with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the F test results show that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and the Work Environment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee work productivity at CV. Sumber Pinus Jaya Kediri with sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of Customer Engagement, Online Marketing, Social Media Content, and Live Streaming on purchasing decisions from the Daviena Skincare Ori Pusat TikTok account. It uses a quantitative approach, gathering primary and secondary data through observation, literature review, documentation, and surveys. A non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling was used, involving 120 respondents who had made purchases from Daviena Skincare Ori Pusat. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The results of the study indicate that the variables of customer involvement, online marketing, social media content, and live streaming have a partial and positive effect on purchasing decisions on the Daviena Skincare Ori Pusat. Simultan. The variables of customer engagement, online marketing, social media content, and live broadcasts have a positive effect on purchasing decisions on the Daviena Skincare TikTok account. The variable that has the most dominant effect on consumer satisfaction through the partial (t) test is the live broadcast variable. The coefficient of determination (R²) test result of 0.810 means that customer engagement, online marketing, social media content, and live streaming simultaneously contribute 81% to consumer satisfaction, while the remaining 19% is the variable.
