Abstract

5 Dimensi Kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari wujud, kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan dan empati merupakan hal yang sangat penting sekali karena berhubungan secara langsung dengan konsumen atau pelanggan. Dalam rangka memelihara pelanggan salah satunya yang ditempuh oleh perusahaan adalah menggunakan 5 dmensi kualitas pelayanan agar pelanggan merasa puas dan pada akhirnya tdk mau berpindah ke produk perusahaan lain. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah beberapa uji prasyarat dan regresi berganda. Dari hasil uji regresi berganda mendapatkan hasil sebagai berikut : y= -1,249 + 0,269x1 + 0,283x2 + 0,145x3 + 0,171x4+(-0,019)x5. Dari hasil analisis tersebut variable x2 yaitu kehandalan merupakan variable yang paling dominan dibanding variable lainnya. Dari hasil analisis R square mendapatkan nilai yang sangat layak sebesar 0,809 atau 80,9 % artinya variable x yaitu yang terdiri dari wujud, kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan dan empati mampu mempengaruhi variable y, yaitu kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 80,9% dan sisanya 19,1% variabel diluar yang tidak diteliti mampu mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Dari hasil analisis ini Joglo batik seminar kediri harus mampu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini menggunakan populasi saham IDXQ 30 berjumlah 30 perusahaan. Sampel dari penelitian diambil berdasarkan nilai return positif sebanyak 18 perusahaan. Berikutnya terpilih 5 perusahaan dengan peringkat return paling tinggi yaitu perusahaan dengan kode PWON, BBCA, INTP, CPIN, dan BJTM. Hasil pembentukan portofolio optimal pasca 1 tahun pandemi covid 2019 dengan menggunakan metode Markowitzperusahaan dengan kode BJTM terpilih menjadi kandidat yang mampu memenuhi kriteria investasi. Dengan nilai return sebesar 0,52 %, nilai variansi portofolio sebesar 0,18 %, Nilai Expected return sebesar 1,23 % dan nilai resiko sebesar 4,35 % serta Koefisien Korelasi sebesar 0,20 %. Peringkat ke 2 perusahaan dengan kode CPIN dengan nilai return sebesar 13,31 %, nilai variansi portofolio sebesar 0,20 %, Nilai Expected return sebesar 1,26 % dan nilai resiko sebesar 4,47 % serta Koefisien Korelasi sebesar 126,63 %. Peringkat ke tiga perusahaan kode BBCA return sebesar 14,56 %, nilai variansi portofolio sebesar 0,20 %, Nilai Expected return sebesar 1,26 % dan nilai resiko sebesar 4,48 % serta Koefisien Korelasi sebesar 148,70 %. Peringkat ke empat adalah perusahaan dengan kode INTP return sebesar 14,54 %, nilai variansi portofolio sebesar 0,20 %, Nilai Expected return sebesar 1,26 % dan nilai resiko sebesar 4,47 % serta Koefisien Korelasi sebesar 152,03 %Peringkat ke lima perusahaan dengan kode PWON return sebesar 14,97 %, nilai variansi portofolio sebesar 0,20 %, Nilai Expected return sebesar 1,26 % dan nilai resiko sebesar 4,48 % serta Koefisien Korelasi sebesar 153,73 %. Kata Kunci: model Markowitz, saham optimal

Abstract

Influence of Service Quality of the Activity Management Unit which consists of variables physical evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance) and attention (empathy) are very important for find out how much influence it has on Unit customer satisfaction Activities Manager at the Institutional Inter-Village Cooperation Agency in Banyakan Kediri District. By knowing this relationship, the parties The Activity Management Unit can estimate how the community will respond regarding the services that have been provided so that plans can be made and improve the services that will be provided in the future. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sample and in accordance with quantitative research. Meanwhile, the samples taken is a customer of the Banyakan District Activity Management Unit. The data obtained through Questionnaire I questionnaires, observations and interviews. From the results analysis that has been carried out, the research results show that quality service has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. That matter It is known from the results of the correlation analysis as follows: r value = 0.962 or 96.2% which means the magnitude of the correlation is close to 100%.

Abstract

This research discusses examination strategies using a quantitative exploration approach in the context of MSME digital marketing. a positivist-based research method was used to investigate the influence of radical innovation on the competitive advantage of Lampit MSMEs in the North Hulu Wetland Region. Data was collected through research instruments and analyzed using the PLS investigation model. The results show that radical innovation through digital marketing has a significant impact on the competitive advantage of MSMEs. This research provides important insights for MSMEs in utilizing digital marketing to increase their competitiveness in an increasingly computerized market.

Abstract

PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI) merupakan perusahaan dengan merek dagang Sari Roti. Tahun 2018 perusahaan didenda Rp 2,8 miliar karena keterlambatan pemberitahuan pengambilalihan (akuisisi). Laba perusahaan tahun 2017 mengalami penurunan sebesar 51,61% dibandingkan tahun 2016 dan kembali menurun di tahun 2018 sebesar 6,06%. Tahun 2020 perusahaan kembali mengalami penurunan sebesar 28,71%. Direktur PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk menyatakan kinerja perusahaan baik di kuartal III tahun 2020 padahal dalam laporan keuangan laba perusahaan justru mengalami penurunan. Awal tahun 2021, laba sari roti kembali menurun sebesar 27,15% per 31 Maret 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk dengan menggunakan analasis rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas dengan indikator Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio atau Debt Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin. Penelitian dilakukan periode 2016-2020. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan rasio likuiditas PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk secara keseluruhan kemampuan perusahaan membayar kewajiban (utang) jangka pendek dalam kondisi yang baik. Berdasarkan analisis rasio solvabilitas secara keseluruhan dinyatakan dalam kondisi yang cukup baik. Berdasarkan analisis rasio profitabilitas secara keseluruhan dapat dinyatakan dalam kondisi yang baik.

Abstract

The development of the business world and increasingly rapid economic developments encourage business competitors to improve company performance. The establishment of a company must have clear goals. To achieve the company's goal of making a profit, various strong supporting factors are needed, one of which is good funding management. Determining the optimal level of capital structure is a funding decision in achieving company goals. This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin on Profit Growth in Cigarette Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 Period.This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data source used is a secondary data source originating from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The sampling technique in this research used the purposive sampling method. The research results show that the Return On Asset variable has no influence on Profit Growth in Cigarette Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2021, then the Return On Equity variable has no influence on Profit Growth in Cigarette Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2021 , then the Net Profit Margin variable has no influence on Cigarette Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2021, and Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Net Profit Margin simultaneously have an influence on Profit Growth in Cigarette Companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia 2019-2021.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the health assessment of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Persero Tbk which has been registered on the IDX is reviewed from the aspects of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital. This type of research is quantitative research and uses the RGEC method. From this research, on the Risk Profile which was measured using NPL, the results obtained in 2017, 2018 and 2019 were ranked 1, namely very healthy, in 2020 and 2021 they were ranked 2, namely healthy. In Good Corporate Governance, it has been stable for 5 years, ranking 2, namely good. In Earnings which are measured using Return On Assets, the results obtained in 2017, 2018 and 2019 were ranked 1, namely very healthy, in 2020 they were ranked 3, namely quite healthy, and in 2021 they were ranked 2, namely healthy. In terms of capital, which is measured using the Capital Adequacy Ratio, the consecutive results obtained in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 were ranked 1, namely very healthy.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an important key in increasing the market competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In this research, various important aspects related to the digitalization of MSMEs are discussed, including the role of social communities in contributing ideas and finding solutions to digitalization problems, as well as collaboration between the government, educational institutions and related agencies in supporting the growth of MSMEs. This research also highlights the difficulties, variables and methodologies in running a web-based business, as well as the importance of data innovation in increasing market efficiency. Focusing on fish marketing, research also shows that the use of information and communications technology (ICT) can influence market efficiency. The results of this research provide recommendations for developing curriculum and development programs that can support MSMEs in facing the challenges of digitalization and increasing the competitiveness of small businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the variables of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates on stock prices in metal sub-sector companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2021. The population in this study were all metal sub-sector companies and the like as many as 16 companies, then the researchers used a sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the probability value of the inflation variable of 0.1955 is greater than the significant value of 0.05 so that inflation has no partial effect on stock prices. The interest rate variable has no significant effect partially on stock prices where the probability value of 0.2426 is greater than the significant value of 0.05. The exchange rate variable has a partially significant effect on stock prices where the probability value of 0.0247 is smaller than the significant value of 0.05. Inflation, interest rate, and exchange rate variables together have a significant effect on stock prices where the F-statistic probability value of 0.000 is smaller than the significant value of 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect between the variables Brand Image (X) and Price (X2) on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y) at MDA Collection. This type of research is quantitative research which is used to test the relationship of a variable to other variables which emphasizes its analysis on numbers processed by statistical methods. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection using saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study obtained 40 respondents at MDA Collection. Data analysis using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis tests and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it shows that partially the Brand Image variable (X1) has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y). Partially Price (X2) has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y). Simultaneously Brand Image (X1) and Price (X2) affect Consumer Purchase Interest (Y).
