Abstract

Product development is a marketing strategy and a solution to increase sales volume because consumers have more choices to fulfill their desires. There is a possibility that if the company ignores product development, consumers will switch to competing products, if this happens, the company will lose customers or consumers and result in decreased sales volume. But if the product development is carried out in accordance with the wishes, needs and tastes of consumers, it is expected to increase the company's sales volume. Given the increasing level of competition, the company must improve the company's performance, including the variety of products offered, to build long-term relationships with its customers or v vother potential customers. Product is one element of the marketing mix that is very strategic in increasing sales volume.The purpose of this study is to determine whether product development can increase sales volume and to determine the Covid pandemic as a control variable between product development and sales volume.The degree of correlation between product development and sales volume indicates a close relationship between these two variables. With a significance level of 0.00, it means that between product development and sales volume has a significant relationship. Before the pandemic was included as a control variable, product development had a very weak relationship with sales volume. with a significance level of 0.570, which means that the product development variable does not have a significant relationship with sales volume. After the pandemic was included as a control variable, the relationship between product development and sales volume became very close. So it can be concluded that the pandemic acts as a control variable between product development and sales volume.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari variabel Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja serta Disiplin Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan CV Pahala Sentosa Kediri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Data penelitian didapatkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 65 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran data skala likert dengan teknik analisa uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja menunjukkan nilai signifikan probabilitas Sig. < 0,05 yaitu 0,006 < 0,05 yang menyatakan variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Variabel disiplin kerja menunjukkan nilai signifikan probabilitas  Sig. < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 yang menyatakan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara simultan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV Pahala Sentosa Kediri dimana hasil uji F didapatkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < α (0,05).Kata kunci: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Produktivitas KerjaAbstractThis study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of the variables of Occupational Safety and Health and Work Discipline on Employee Work Productivity at CV Pahala Sentosa Kediri. The research method used is quantitative with saturated sampling technique. Research data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 65 respondents. This study uses a Likert scale data measurement with classical assumption test analysis techniques, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The results showed that the occupational safety and health variables showed a significant value of the probability of Sig. < 0.05, namely 0.006 < 0.05, which states that the occupational safety and health variables have a partial effect on employee work productivity. The work discipline variable shows a significant value of the probability of Sig. < 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05, which states that the work discipline variable has a partial effect on employee work productivity. Meanwhile, simultaneously, occupational safety and health and work discipline have a significant effect on employee productivity at CV Pahala Sentosa Kediri where the F test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 < (0.05).Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health, Work Discipline and Work Productivity

Abstract

This research aims to find out how electronic word of mouth, customer experience, and brand trust influence partially or simultaneously at UD. Mahameru Motor Kediri data used in research consists of several questionnaires, documentation, interviews, surveys, and several literature studies that are still related to research. Data analysis uses the SPSS program with analysis techniques of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination. From the research results, it is known that electronic word of mouth has an effect on brand trust with a sig t value of 0.021 < 0.05. Customer experience influences brand trust with a sig t value of 0.000 < 0.05. Electronic word of mouth and customer experience influence brand trust with a sig F value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pengaruh kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan UD. Memory Nganjuk. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 57 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh sehingga didapatkan sampel yang berjumlah 57 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, ujiasumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, lalu uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 1,956 + 0,255.X1 +0,302.X2 + 0,334.X3. Hasil uji parsial atau uji t antara variabel kepuasan kerjadan produktivitas karyawan menghasilkan nilai sig. 0,001 < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan produktivitas karyawan,lalu Hasil uji parsial atau uji t antara variabel lingkungan kerja dan produktivitas karyawan menghasilkan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dan produktivitas karyawan dan hasil ujiparsial atau uji t antara variabel kedisiplinan kerja dan produktivitas karyawanmenghasilkan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kedisiplinan kerja dan produktivitas karyawan dan yang terakhir diikuti dengan hasil uji F yang menghasilkan nilai F hitung 84,773 dengan nilai sig. F0,00 < 0,05 yang artinya secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antarakepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

Kampung Tahu Kediri, an area renowned for its production of authentic and high quality tofu, provides promising business opportunities for tofu traders. In the midst of increasingly fierce competition in the food and beverage industry, traders need to understand the importance of effective marketing strategies to build a strong competitive advantage. Tofu, as a traditional Indonesian dish, has great potential By applying an approach based on research that is recognized nationally and by experts, tofu traders in Kampung Tahu Kediri can get strong guidance in facing marketing challenges and maintaining the sustainability of their business. It is hoped that, by adopting effective marketing strategies, traders will increase consumer awareness of tofu products produced by traders in Kampung Tahu Kediri, expand the market share of tofu traders, increase consumer satisfaction, build a strong brand image for tofu traders in Kampung Tahu Kediri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of market orientation and networking on sales volume (Study on Tandjaj Farm Pare). The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to retailers at Tandjaja Farm Pare and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. The population in this study were all livestock retailers at Tandjaja Farm, totaling 400 people, and 80 samples were obtained from calculations using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-Test, F-Test, and R2 Determination Coefficient Test. In the validity test, it is known that all statement items in the variables (X1, X2, and Y) have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so that each variable is declared valid. Then in the reliability test, it is known that each variable has a Cronbach's Alpha value> 0.60, so that the variable is declared reliable. Furthermore, in the t-test, it is known that all variables (market orientation and networking) have positive values ​​and significance <0.05 so that they are stated to have a partial significant effect on purchasing decisions. Then in the F-test, the Sig. value for all variables together is 0.000 <0.05 and the Fcount value> Ftable, it can be concluded that the market orientation and networking variables simultaneously affect sales volume at Tandjaja Farm.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and debt policy on Company Value at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk for the period 2012-2022. This type of research is quantitative research. The data for this study were obtained through secondary data. Based on the total sampling method, the total research sample was 44 in the form of financial reports of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. The analysis techniques used were classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests and determinant coefficient tests. The results of the study showed that the partial t-test results of the profitability variable had a negative and insignificant effect on company value, Debt Policy had a positive and significant effect on company value. The results of the simultaneous F-test of the profitability variable and debt policy had a positive and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh sektor usaha kuliner memiliki peran yang strategis dalam menunjang roda perekonomian salah satunya yaitu restoran cepat saji, Indonesia memiliki macam-macam produk olahan kuliner yang ditawarkan guna memenuhi kebutuhan pangan, berbagai produk diciptakan dan ditawarkan salah satunya usaha kuliner akan tetapi pada masa pandemi covid-19 ini sangat sulit bagi pelaku usaha kuliner untuk memasarkan produk olahan kulinernya di karenakan tingginya jumlah covid-19. Dalam masa pandemi covid-19 strategi pemasaran mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam masyarakat karena strategi pemasaran menyangkut berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk bidang ekonomi dan sosial karena kegiatan pemasaran menyangkut masalah mengalirnya produk dari produsen ke konsumen, apa lagi di masa sekarang pasca covid-19 usaha kuliner sangat kesulitan untuk memasarkan produknya. Hal tersebut dilakukan karena usaha kuliner chi fry kota kediri kesulitan memasarkan produk olahan kulinernya dikarenakan pandemi covid-19. Oleh sebab itu pemilihan strategi pemasaran yang baik adalah hal yang sangat diperlukan oleh pelaku usaha kuliner dalam menghadapi persaingan antar usaha kuliner, perusahaan perlu strategi yang tepat dan terstruktur sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai di era covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran pada restoran cepat saji chi fry kediri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen dan karyawan chi fry kediri. Kemudian obyeknya adalah strategi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan penulis menunjukan bahwa strategi pemasaran usaha kuliner Chi Fry adalah 1. Strategi pemasaran offline yaitu penyebaran poster gambar, seperti sekolah dan lingkungan sekitar. 2. Strategi pemasaran online yaitu dengan memanfaatkan media internet atau media sosial yaitu instagram.

Abstract

This research uses a type of field research (field research) with a qualitative approach. The methods used in this research are observation and interviews. Then the collected data was analyzed descriptively using qualitative analysis techniques to produce research findings about the marketing strategies implemented by Tempe MSMEs in Kediri to attract consumer buying interest. This research was conducted at the Amanda Tempe Chips MSME company located in Papar, Kediri Regency Based on the data obtained in the field, the author can conclude the marketing strategy for Amanda Tempe Chips in attracting consumer buying interest, which includes the use of organic ingredients and a focus on taste quality, expansion into export markets with strict monitoring of quality, and product innovation through diversification of new flavor variants. This strategy is expected to strengthen the market position of these MSMEs amidst intense competition and dynamic changes in the organic food industry.

Abstract

Marketing management is a planning process. implementing target market control and acquiring, retaining and growing customers through creating, delivering and communicating superior customer value. The aim of this research is to understand consumer needs and behavior, as well as analyze the market environment, increase consumer awareness and recognition of MSME products or services, increase the ability of MSMEs to compete in the market by developing innovative and effective marketing strategies. As for marketing strategies that can help develop MSME businesses and manage wise financial management, strategies can also be described using a SWOT analysis.
