Abstract

Improving Scientific Article Writing Skills Through the NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Method focuses on the use of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) as a strategy to improve the ability to write scientific articles. This research shows that NLP can help improve the quality of scientific writing by improving analysis and synthesis skills, as well as increasing the ability to use language more effectively. The research method used to obtain data To find out whether the research objectives have been achieved, the library method is used, namely using references such as books, journals and others as the main source of research. The results of this research can be used as a reference for scientific writers and teachers in improving their skills in writing scientific articles.

Abstract

Pancasila, as the basis of the Indonesian state, functions as a symbol of national identity that combines various elements that form the nation's character. Of the five principles that form the foundation of Pancasila, the principle of unity has a crucial role in creating a harmonious society. This unity is reflected in relations between citizens as well as in the formation and development of a just, prosperous and prosperous society. In the history of the Indonesian nation, Pancasila has become a guide for national development. The principle of unity emphasizes the importance of cooperation and equality to achieve common goals. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach to understand how the principle of Pancasila unity can be applied in forming a harmonious society, as well as the challenges faced in its implementation. Theoretical analysis shows that the unity promoted by Pancasila includes cooperation and equality in achieving mutual progress, with recognition and respect for differences as an important element. Implementation of the principle of Pancasila unity covers various aspects of community life, including political, social, cultural and economic. The main challenges in implementing this include integrating Pancasila values ​​in daily life, maintaining awareness of these values ​​amidst social dynamics and technological developments, as well as developing awareness among state officials.

Abstract

Village development is an important pillar in national development, where community participation is a key factor in achieving success. The Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMDes) serves as a strategic document that guides development policies and programs at the village level, with community involvement crucial to ensure that their needs and expectations are met. This study identified three important aspects of community participation: as a tool to obtain information, to increase trust in development programs, and as a democratic right. Despite challenges in involving the community, such as a lack of understanding of planning mechanisms and time constraints, the hope for increasing participation remains. Qualitative research methods were used to explore the most effective methods in increasing community involvement. The results showed that active community participation in the preparation of the RPJMDes in Tembung Village can increase transparency, accountability, and relevance of development programs, thus creating inclusive and sustainable development. Cooperation between residents and the village government is the key to achieving optimal development results that are felt by all levels of society.
