Abstract

Good and correct use of Indonesian is important in communication and writing. However, there are several problems that often arise in the use of Indonesian by students. Errors in the Use of Indonesian in the Mass Media There are errors in the use of Indonesian in the mass media, especially in the school environment. This research uses the type or research approach of Library Research. According to Mestika Zed (2003), library or literature study can be defined as a series of activities relating to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes as well as processing research materials. The following are several factors that can influence Indonesian language errors in writing scientific article texts. Not using correct grammar. One of the factors that can cause Indonesian language errors is the inability to use correct grammar. Thus, improving the quality of Indonesian language use needs to be carried out continuously because the changes that occur due to technological advances will influence people's behavior in speaking the language.

Abstract

The development of the era which is known as the digital era has provided changes and challenges for the world of education and also in the economic and other fields. The digital era is a more advanced development that will make everything digital in accordance with the preparation of more professional Civics teachers for the future in creating the skills and competencies needed in the digital era. Preparations must be made from now on, where every teacher learns how to use digital systems which must be adapted to learning needs in the digital era. The research method used is the library study method which is research carried out using library literature using a library study approach which is a supporting material for completing and obtaining research results about professional teachers for the future needed in the digital era. Teachers prepare themselves to create skills and competencies in the digital era.

Abstract

In research conducted at the Unimed Faculty of Social Sciences, the culture of greetings as a manifestation of the Third Principle of Pancasila was investigated. The culture of greetings is a form of social interaction that involves the use of greetings or greetings when communicating with other people. This research aims to understand how the greeting culture is implemented in social interactions at the Unimed Faculty of Social Sciences. In the context of Pancasila, the Third Principle "Indonesian Unity" emphasizes the importance of unity and oneness in national and state life. The culture of greetings and greetings can be considered as a manifestation of this Third Principle, because through greetings, people can acknowledge each other's existence and presence, as well as strengthen the sense of unity and oneness as the Indonesian nation. This research involves the study of social interactions at the Unimed Faculty of Social Sciences, which is an academic environment where students and faculty staff interact with each other. In this research, researchers analyze how the culture of greetings and greetings is implemented in daily interactions at the faculty. The results of this research can provide a better understanding of how the culture of greetings and greetings can be a manifestation of the Third Principle of Pancasila in social life at the Unimed Faculty of Social Sciences.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the book lending policy at the Digital Library of the State University of Medan (UNIMED) and explore student responses to the policy. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection through interviews and observations in the Digital Library building. The results of the study show that most students understand and feel helped by the new policy that requires the use of digital applications for book borrowing, which is considered to improve accessibility and convenience. However, there are concerns about the security of personal data, as well as dissatisfaction regarding the withdrawal of physical library cards. Overall, while this policy is effective, there is still a need for improvement, especially in the aspects of data security and better socialization. The proposed recommendations include improving security systems, more intensive policy socialization, and the development of additional in-app features to improve the user experience.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is an innovation in Indonesian education that offers freedom to learn to students, and allows educational units, teachers, and students to design learning processes that are relevant to their individual needs and potential, with an emphasis on developing student character. This study aims to describe in detail how the role of the Independent Curriculum in the formation of student character. This study was compiled with a literature study or Library observation. Data in this literature study were collected through searches on Google Scholar and various other databases, which aim to obtain comparative material. After that, the data that was successfully collected was collected based on its relevance to the research questions and objectives of this article, then summarized into comprehensive study results. The data collection process was carried out by tracing literature from national and international journals available on several websites. The results of the study show that the Independent Curriculum in Indonesia is designed to be freedom for students in the learning process through a flexible approach that is relevant to their lives. This curriculum forms student character based on Pancasila values, using various strategies such as differentiated learning, project-based learning

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the challenges faced by teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at SDN 106811 Bandar Setia, particularly in differentiated learning, and to identify strategies that can be applied to overcome these challenges. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the research subject being a sixth-grade teacher. Data was collected through observation and semi-structured interviews, then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The research results indicate that the main challenges include the lack of teacher understanding in preparing Merdeka learning lesson plans, the lack of understanding of learning models that are based on Merdeka learning, and the lack of teacher innovation in the learning process. Strategies that can be applied to overcome these challenges include increasing teacher competence, developing flexible materials, and using diagnostic assessments.
