Abstract

This research aims to explore the effectiveness of the storytelling method in developing children's speaking abilities. In the context of early childhood education, speaking ability is a fundamental skill that supports cognitive, social and emotional development. The storytelling method was chosen because it was considered capable of creating a fun and interactive learning atmosphere. This study uses a qualitative approach with a classroom action research design. The research participants involved early childhood children in a kindergarten in Indonesia. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the storytelling method significantly improves children's speaking abilities, as seen from the increase in vocabulary, sentence structure, and children's courage in speaking in public. Apart from that, this method also increases children's interest and motivation in learning. The implications of this research show that the storytelling method can be used as an effective strategy in teaching language to young children.

Abstract

Dakwah Islam merupakan satu kata kerja yang sudah tidak asing lagi didengar di telinga kalangan Umat Muslim, dakwah Islam merupakan satu kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan oleh orang-orang yang memiliki pengetahuan sehingga mampu menyebarluaskan satu Ilmu tersebut kepada orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa yang dimaksud dengan iklan, membangun strategi dahwah dalam media dan keberadaan dakwah dalam Islam. adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan melakukan teknik pengumpulan data seperti wawancara dan observasi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang baik.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between Islamic law and pharmaceutical practice, focusing on the necessity of meeting the criteria of halal and purity in pharmaceutical products for Muslim patients. In this context, pharmacists are essential in ensuring that medical practice meets professional standards and harmonizes with Muslim patients' religious and cultural beliefs and values. The study used a qualitative approach to collect and analyze data from various sources, including interviews with pharmacists and Muslim patients and literature reviews on pharmaceutical ethics and Islamic law. The results showed a gap in knowledge and awareness among pharmacists about halal principles in pharmacy. This often causes discomfort and concern among Muslim patients who are worried about the halal medicine they are taking. The study also found that better training and education on Islamic law and pharmacy could improve the quality and trustworthiness of Muslim patients' care in the health system. This research suggests the need to develop pharmaceutical guidelines that consider aspects of halal and Islamic law and ongoing training for pharmacists to improve understanding and service to Muslim patients. As such, this research contributes to inclusive and culturally sensitive pharmaceutical practices.

Abstract

This research discusses the legal protection of child victims of sexual violence based on the analysis of Decision Number 221/Pid.Sus/2024/PN Medan. In the Indonesian legal system, child protection is regulated in various laws, such as Law No. 35 of 2014, Law no. 17 of 2016, and Law on the Crime of Sexual Violence No. 12 of 2022. This study employs a normative legal research method with a case and legislative approach. The results indicate that legal protection for child victims includes preventive, repressive, and rehabilitative aspects. Although regulations are adequate, implementation in the field still faces obstacles such as the victims' fear of reporting and the limitations of law enforcement officers. In the analyzed case, the defendant was sentenced to 13 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 60 million, reflecting serious efforts in law enforcement. This study emphasizes the importance of synergy among the state, family, and community to create effective protection for children.

Abstract

This research evaluates the successful implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in online learning using the Technology Adoption Model approach. The main issues raised were how AI applications can influence student engagement and motivation to learn, and how challenges such as network stability and trust in data security can be overcome. A quantitative research method with a cross-sectional design involved 93 college students aged 18-22 who had experience using AI applications. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire, covering aspects of convenience, ease of use, impact, trust, technical support, motivation, challenges, and influence on learning outcomes. The results showed that the AI application had a positive impact in increasing students' learning engagement and motivation. Respondents generally feel comfortable using this application and rate the technology as easy to use. However, challenges such as adaptation constraints, network stability, and doubts about data security are still obstacles. In conclusion, although the implementation of AI applications in online learning has shown positive results, improvements are needed on technical and privacy aspects to maximize the acceptance and effectiveness of this technology. This research makes an important contribution to the development of better AI implementation strategies in online education.
