Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of learning style, emotional intelligence, and adversity quotient on the second-grade students’ mathematics learning achievement of Islamic Senior High School. The type of this research is ex post facto, where the total sample used is 100 students selected using random sampling technique. The data was obtained through a learning style questionnaire, emotional intelligence, adversity quotient, and mathematics learning achievement tests. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that: (1) There is no difference in the type of learning style in affecting students’ mathematics learning achievement. (2) Students’ emotional intelligence has a positive but not significant effect on their mathematics learning achievement. (3) Students’ Adversity quotient has a positive but not significant effect on their mathematics learning achievement. (4) Learning style, emotional intelligence, and adversity quotient have no significant effect on students’ mathematics learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to know the description of students' critical thinking skills in solving mathematical problems through open-ended questions investigated on the base of learning styles. The study is descriptive research employing a qualitative approach. There were six research subjects, namely, two students with visual learning styles, two students with auditory learning styles, and two students with kinesthetic learning styles. The instruments used were written tests, a questionnaire, and an interview guide. The results showed that the students with a visual learning style were able to fulfil indicators at the stages of providing simple explanations, building basic skills, arranging strategies and tactics, and drawing conclusions. Further, the students with an auditory learning style were less able to fulfil indicators at the stages of providing simple explanations. They were not able to fulfil indicators at the stage of managing strategies and tactics, as well as drawing conclusions; yet, they were able to fulfil indicators at the stage of building basic skills. And, the students with a kinesthetic learning style were less able to fulfil indicators at the stage of providing simple explanations; moreover, they were not yet able to fulfil indicators at the stages of building basic skills, managing strategies and tactics, as well as drawing conclusions.

Abstract

A good accountant is the one who is able to do the preparation of financial statements. In addition, akuntan must gain an understanding of the financial reporting framework and significant accounting policies intended for use in the preparation of financial statements. Optimization of the preparation of financial statements that have been described above can be further realized by using software in the preparation of financial statements. One application or software that can be used in the preparation of financial statements is "Zahir Accounting". The purpose of the study was to find out the user's perspective on the zahir accounting application with the extended technology acceptance model (ETAM). The population in this study were Trainees in The Preparation of Financial Statements with the Zahir Accounting Application. The research had five main topics: perceived ease of use, usefulness, trust, enjoyment, behavioral intention. The data collection technique is a questionnaire through a google form. Data analysis using the Smart PLS application by hypothesis testing, namely structural models or inner models. The results showed that all eight hypotheses were accepted with positive effect results, but hypotheses 5 and 7 had no significant effect

Abstract

Indonesia berdasarkan perhitungan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) diperoleh Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) tahun 2010 sebesar 248/100.000 Kelahiran Hidup (KH). Jika dibandingkan Angka Kematian Ibu tahun 2007 sebesar 307/100.000 Kelahiran Hidup, Angka Kematian Ibu tersebut sudah jauh menurun, namun masih jauh dari target 2022 yaitu 102/100.000 Kelahiran Hidup sehingga masih memerlukan kerja keras dari semua komponen untuk mencapai target tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kecemasan pada ibu bersalin kala I fase laten di BPM Hj. Oom Komariah, S.ST Kabupaten lndramayu Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu bersalin yang ada di BPM Hj. Oom Komariah, S.ST dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data diambil dan data primer, instrument penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan data di analisa secara univariat dan bivariat tempat penelitian dilakukan di BPM Hj. Oom Komaniah, S.ST Kabupaten Indramayu dan waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni Tahun 2018. Hasil uji statistic dengan menggunakan chi squere menunjukan bahwa nilai P. Value 0.299 atau (>0,05) artinya tidak ada hubungan antara umur, pendidikan dan dukungan suami dengan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu bersalin kala I fase laten di BPM Hj. Oom Komarah, S.ST Kabupaten Indramayu Tahun 2018. Diharapkan ibu bersikap positif dalam menghadapi persalinan, mampu mengendalikan emosi dalam rangka kesanggupan untuk menyesuaikan diri dalam situasi tertentu dan menambah pengetahuan tentang kehamilan dan persalinan. Kata Kunci : Faktor, Tingkat Kecemasan, Ibu Bersalin

Abstract

Kejadian dalam pendarahan pada post partum di RSUD Indramayu masih cukup tinggi. Hasil observasi terdapat 10 data untuk ibu post partum yang mengalami perdarahan diketahui 2 ibu mengalami preeklamsia, 2 ibu mengalami usia dan 1 ibu berparitas resiko tinggi yaitu grandemultipara. Tujuan pada peenelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui beberapa faktor yang berhubungan atas kejadian perdarahan pada post partum di RSUD Indramayu. Jenis dalam sebuah penelitian deskriptif analitik pada pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil penelitiannya adalah ibu post partum di RSUD Indramayu tahun 2019 adalah 10 orang (11,5%) positif pre-eklamsia dan 77 orang (88,5%) negatif pre-eklamsia; 12 orang (13,8%) berumur < 20 tahun, 62 orang (71,3%) berumur 20-35 tahun dan 13 orang (14,9%) berumur >35 tahun; 17 orang (13,8%) primipara, 62 orang (71,3%) multipara dan 13 orang (14,9%) grandemultipara; 17 orang (19,5%) positif perdarahan post partum dan 70 orang (80,5%) negatif tidak perdarahan post partum. Kesimpulan penelitiannya adalah ada hubungan pre-eklamsia dengan kejadian perdarahan post partum (p 0,003 < α 0,5). Ada hubungan umur dengan kejadian perdarahan post partum (p 0,002 < α 0,5). Ada hubungan paritas dengan kejadian perdarahan post partum (p 0,001 < α 0,5).

Abstract

Abstract Packaging is a part of the production process. Packaging can also increase the value of a product. Gunungsari PKK Unit, Ngesrepbalong Village, Limbangan District, Kendal Regency is a PKK group that produces local food. The problem that arises at the Gunungsari PKK Unit is a lack of knowledge and skills regarding how to package food products properly, so the consumer interest in the product is relatively low. Therefore, the UNNES Service Team held a Food Product Packaging Training for the Gunungsari PKK Unit by collaborating with the Department of Industry and Trade as a resource person. Training activities were carried out on August 14, 2023, at the Gunungsari Hamlet Hall, Ngesrepbalong Village, Limbangan District, Kendal Regency. Participants in this activity were women members of the Gunungsari PKK Unit. The participation and activeness of participants in this training activity were very good. At the end of the activity, participants can make various modifications to the packaging using a sealer. Based on this, it can be concluded that the knowledge and skills of PKK Gunungsari members in making food product packaging have increased. So that in the future processed food products produced by PKK Gunungsari members can be packaged better and more attractively. Abstrak Pengemasan merupakan salah satu bagian dari proses produksi. Kemasan juga dapat meningkatkan nilai suatu produk. Unit PKK Gunungsari Desa Ngesrepbalong Kecamatan Limbangan, Kabupaten Kendal adalah kelompok PKK yang memproduksi olahan pangan lokal. Permasalahan yang muncul di Unit PKK Gunungsari adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai cara mengemas produk makanan dengan baik, sehingga ketertarikan konsumen terhadap produk relatif rendah. Oleh karena itu Tim Pengabdian FMIPA UNNES mengadakan Kegiatan Pelatihan Pengemasan Produk Makanan untuk Unit PKK Gunungsari dengan menggandeng Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan sebagai narasumber. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 Agustus 2023 bertempat di Balai Dusun Gunungsari Desa Ngesrepbalong Kecamatan Limbangan Kabupaten Kendal. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu anggota Unit PKK Gunungsari. Partisipasi dan keaktifan peserta dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini sangatlah baik. Pada akhir kegiatan peserta dapat membuat berbagai modifikasi bentuk kemasan menggunakan alat sealer. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota PKK Gunungsari dalam pembuatan kemasan produk makanan mengalami peningkatan. Sehingga kedepannya produk olahan makanan yang dihasilkan anggota PKK Gunungsari dapat dikemas dengan lebih baik dan menarik.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Nyeri haid adalah suatu gejala dan bukan suatu penyakit. Cara mengurangi nyeri haid dapat dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu farmakologi dan non farmakologi. Secara non farmakologi dapat dilakukan dengan aromaterapi. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi aromaterapi campuran cengkeh dan jahe terhadap intensitas nyeri haid (dysmenorrhea) pada remaja puteri di Desa Tejamulya Kabupaten Majalengka. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre eksperimendengan desain one group pretest-posttest design. Jumlah sampelnya yaitu remaja puteri yang mengalami haid yang berusia 12-15 tahun (remaja awal) di Klinik Pratama Diana Kabupaten Cirebonpada bulan Januari-Februaritahun 2022 sebanyak 20 orang. Tempat penelitian telah dilakukan di Desa Tejamulya Kabupaten Majalengka. Waktu penelitian pada bulan November tahun 2020. Analisis datanya menggunakan uji Wilxocon. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurang dari setengah (35,0%) intensitas nyeri haid (dysmenorrhea) sebelum aromaterapi cengkeh dan jahe pada remaja puteri di Klinik Pratama Diana Kabupaten Cirebonadalah berat. Kurang dari setengah (40,0%) intensitas nyeri haid (dysmenorrhea) sesudah aromaterapi cengkeh dan jahe pada remaja puteri di Klinik Pratama Diana Kabupaten Cirebonadalah sedang. Terdapat korelasi aromaterapi campuran cengkeh dan jahe terhadap intensitas nyeri haid (dysmenorrhea) pada remaja puteri di Desa Tejamulya Kabupaten Majalengka. Kesimpulan: Terdapat korelasi aromaterapi campuran cengkeh dan jahe terhadap intensitas nyeri haid (dysmenorrhea) pada remaja puteri.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative study that aims to describe the impact of using the real action feature on the Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) platform from the perspective of mathematics teachers. This research was conducted from August 2023 to September 2023. This research uses data obtained from documents or real action information from 22 mathematics teachers from West Sulawesi and South Sulawesi. Data are obtained from descriptions, reflections, and documents that can be accessed on the Merdeka Mengajar platform, especially in the resource person section in the community feature. The mathematics teachers referred to and selected in this study are teachers who are resource persons for the Merdeka curriculum because they are among the teachers who receive many benefits from using the real action feature in PMM. The data analysis used refers to three steps, namely data condensation, data display, and conclusion making. Based on the research results obtained, the real action feature on the Merdeka Mengajar platform has many positive impacts on mathematics teachers, students, and schools. These impacts include improving teacher competence, making teachers visionary person, making teachers accustomed to reflecting, improving the condition of education units, overcoming misconceptions, improving the quality of teacher learning tools, strengthening the relationship between teachers and students, having a positive impact on students, and deepening or adding new knowledge.

Abstract

The scoreboard is an important component in volleyball matches for ease of recording scores. This final project creates an innovation for a microcontrollerbased scoreboard and mobile application. The system consists of two main components: a digital scoreboard controlled by a microcontroller and a wirelessly connected mobile application. A microcontroller is used to control the display of scores on a digital scoreboard, while a mobile application allows users to input and monitor scores in real-time. The wireless connection between the app and the scoreboard uses Wi-Fi technology, ensuring flexibility and mobility for users. Tests show that the combination of a microcontroller and a mobile application can increase efficiency and accuracy in managing volleyball match scores. Thus, the implementation of a microcontroller-based volleyball scoreboard and mobile application is expected to make a positive contribution in organizing volleyball matches.

Abstract

This study investigates the determinants of tax compliance intention among pre-service taxpayers using an extended Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) framework. Integrating attitudes towards tax compliance (ATC), subjective norms (SN), and perceived ease with tax laws (PETX) enhances the traditional TPB model's predictive power. Data collected via a survey of pre-service taxpayers and analyzed with structural equation modeling (SEM) reveal that ATC significantly enhances tax awareness (TA) with a path coefficient of 0.397 (p < 0.001), while SN and PETX also positively affect TA with path coefficients of 0.293 (p < 0.001) and 0.195 (p < 0.001), respectively. ATC and PETX show significant direct effects on tax compliance behavior (TCB), with total effects of 0.399 (p < 0.001) and 0.403 (p < 0.001). Although SN does not directly affect TCB, its indirect effect through TA (0.082, p < 0.05) is significant. TA significantly impacts tax compliance (TC) with a path coefficient of 0.277 (p < 0.001). These results suggest that enhancing positive attitudes towards tax compliance, leveraging social norms, and simplifying tax laws are crucial for increasing tax awareness and compliance among pre-service taxpayers. The study offers valuable insights for policymakers and tax authorities to develop effective educational and regulatory strategies aimed at fostering voluntary tax compliance, contributing to the literature by validating the extended TPB model and emphasizing early intervention in tax education.
