Abstract

The advancement of technology has made the coffee industry require an effective information system to support marketing and the growth of the coffee chain. The purpose of this research is to develop a web-based ordering information system for coffee shops, called Coffee Chill. This system is designed to provide a practical and enjoyable ordering experience through a user-friendly interface, as well as real-time ordering without queues. This research utilizes interviews and observations as methods to collect data, as well as the Waterfall system development method which includes planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance stages. The planning stage involves analyzing user needs and assessing technical and organizational feasibility. The analysis stage identifies system problems and needs, while the design stage develops system models and architecture. Testing using White Box and Black Box methods is conducted to verify system performance according to specifications. The test results show that this system is highly suitable for development and can improve service and operational efficiency in coffee shops.

Abstract

Penggunaan metode Super Resolusi dengan teknik Fast Super-Resolution Convolutional Neural Network (FSRCNN) telah menjadi salah satu fokus utama dalam pengolahan citra untuk meningkatkan kualitas gambar. FSRCNN, sebagai metode berbasis deep learning, telah terbukti memberikan hasil yang menjanjikan pada tugas super-resolusi citra tunggal (SISR). Penelitian ini mengkaji penggunaan metode Super Resolusi dengan teknik FSRCNN dalam peningkatan kualitas citra. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membahas landasan teori dari metode Super Resolusi dan teknik FSRCNN, implementasi praktisnya dalam pengolahan citra, serta evaluasi hasil yang diperoleh dari penerapan metode ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FSRCNN mampu meningkatkan kualitas citra dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek dalam proses super-resolusi.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi menghadirkan tantangan bagi perguruan tinggi untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya menguasai ilmu pengetahuan, tetapi juga mampu memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam mendukung produktivitas dan daya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh integrasi blended learning dan ChatGPT terhadap pemahaman materi, efisiensi pembelajaran, dan pengalaman penggunaan di perguruan tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa blended learning secara efektif meningkatkan pemahaman materi dengan partisipasi aktif dalam diskusi, ChatGPT mendukung motivasi dan kreativitas mahasiswa dalam belajar, serta kombinasi keduanya meningkatkan efisiensi pembelajaran melalui penghematan waktu dan akses informasi yang lebih baik. Mayoritas responden memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penerapan model ini, mencerminkan keberhasilan integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Hasil ini juga mendukung relevansi blended learning dan ChatGPT sebagai solusi inovatif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaran modern. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan dapat mempercepat transformasi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan fleksibel.

Abstract

In the 21st century digital era, advances in technology and information have developed rapidly, one of which is cloud computing. This study aims to design a cloud-based task management application called TaskIfy using firebase technology and agile methods. TaskIfy was designed to help users manage their time and daily activities more effectively. The Agile method was used in two sprint cycles to ensure iterative development and responsiveness to user feedback. The main features implemented include authentication, task management, search, and calendars. Black box testing was conducted to ensure the functionality of the application. The results showed that TaskIfy successfully improved user efficiency and productivity in managing schedules and completing tasks. However, some additional features have not been developed, such as better calendar integration and collaboration features. Future research can focus on developing these features to optimize the user experience. The main contribution of this research is the implementation of TaskIfy as a practical tool for effective time management, combining cloud computing technology and agile methodology to improve efficiency in everyday life.

Abstract

The food ordering system on campus is one example of how advances in information technology encourage the conversion of manual services into digital services. The traditional food ordering procedure at Makassar State University poses a number of problems, including long queues and slow service. The purpose of this project is to create UNM food court android application, an Android-based food ordering software, as a digital way to improve service effectiveness. The approach used is the Agile method which is an incremental and iterative approach, with many sprint cycles that allow for continuous assessment and improvement in response to customer requirements. Using black box and white box methodologies, the development process is run through planning, requirements analysis, interface design, implementation, and testing phases. The app can enable multi-role login functions, food ordering, order progress notifications, and real-time administration of stores and users, according to implementation results. Testing shows that each feature works as intended. This study concludes that the UNM food court app contributes significantly to the digitalisation of food ordering services on campus and the Agile method was successful in creating a mobile app based on real demand. Furthermore, this study contributes to the body of knowledge regarding the use of Agile approaches in software development for the field of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived usefulness dan ethical considerations terhadap adopsi chatbot generatif di kalangan mahasiswa pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 85 mahasiswa dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia yang dipilih dengan teknik stratified random sampling berdasarkan jenis perguruan tinggi (negeri dan swasta). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring yang memuat tiga variabel utama: perceived usefulness, perceived concerns, dan ethical considerations, dengan skala Likert 5 poin. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki persepsi positif terhadap manfaat penggunaan chatbot generatif, dengan nilai mean tertinggi sebesar 3,66 pada perceived usefulness. Namun, terdapat tingkat kekhawatiran yang moderat pada perceived concerns, dengan nilai mean tertinggi 3,84, serta tingkat kesadaran etis yang bervariasi pada ethical considerations, dengan nilai mean tertinggi 3,67. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya edukasi yang menekankan literasi digital dan etika penggunaan teknologi bagi mahasiswa agar pemanfaatan chatbot generatif dapat dilakukan secara optimal dan bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan tinggi dalam pemanfaatan teknologi AI generatif yang beretika, efektif, dan sesuai kebutuhan mahasiswa di era digital.

Abstract

Cyberbullying di Instagram telah menjadi masalah yang semakin mengkhawatirkan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab cyberbullying di platform tersebut serta dampaknya terhadap kondisi psikologis pengguna, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh 100 mahasiswa dari jurusan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer yang memiliki pengalaman terkait cyberbullying. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur persepsi responden mengenai berbagai bentuk dan dampak cyberbullying. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial yang berlebihan, norma sosial di kalangan pengguna, dan kecanduan terhadap media sosial berkontribusi terhadap munculnya perilaku cyberbullying. Selain itu, sebagian besar responden melaporkan dampak psikologis negatif akibat pengalaman tersebut. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya regulasi yang lebih ketat dari platform media sosial dan edukasi etika komunikasi untuk mengurangi dampak negatif cyberbullying. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memahami keterkaitan antara norma sosial, penggunaan media sosial, dan etika komunikasi dalam upaya pencegahan cyberbullying di Instagram, serta merekomendasikan pendekatan edukatif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan dampak psikologis cyberbullying, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa Teknik Informatika.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, especially in designteaching, offers great potential to improve students' creativity, reflection, anddesign thinking mindset. This study aims to evaluate the effect of AI integrationin design-based learning on students' creative thinking ability, reflection, anddesign mindset. The study used quantitative methods with a cross-sectionaldesign, involving 82 respondents from various departments in higher educationinstitutions. The research instrument was a questionnaire covering aspects ofcreativity, reflection, and design mindset. The data analysis technique useddescriptive analysis. The results showed that 59.76% of the respondents were 19years old, and most (85.37%) were 3rd semester students. The use of AI in designbasedlearning was proven to increase student creativity with an average score of3.66 on a scale of 5, strengthen reflection skills with an average of 3.63, andimprove design thinking mindset with an average of 3.75. However, the resultsalso revealed that AI is more effective as a supporting tool in the learning processrather than replacing direct interaction between students and educators. Therefore,AI can be integrated as a tool that supports creativity, but still requires the role ofhuman guidance.

Abstract

The dependence on digital technology in higher education has increased the need for digital security technology. This study aims to explore students' perspectives on the importance of digital security in Indonesian higher education, focusing on factors such as motivation, behavior, trust, and intention to use digital security technology. Using a quantitative descriptive approach and cross-sectional design, data were collected from 91 respondents through a Likert scale questionnaire covering the variables of Motivation and Behavior, Perceived Trust, Electronic Word of Mouth, Actual Use, and Intention to Use. The results show that students have high motivation and positive behavior towards the use of digital security technology, supported by their trust in the effectiveness of the technology and the role of the government. These findings indicate that the adoption of digital security technology can be strengthened through better digital security education and literacy, as well as supportive policies. This research contributes theoretically to the literature on technology acceptance in higher education and offers practical insights for increasing student awareness and participation in digital security.

Abstract

This research evaluates the successful implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in online learning using the Technology Adoption Model approach. The main issues raised were how AI applications can influence student engagement and motivation to learn, and how challenges such as network stability and trust in data security can be overcome. A quantitative research method with a cross-sectional design involved 93 college students aged 18-22 who had experience using AI applications. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire, covering aspects of convenience, ease of use, impact, trust, technical support, motivation, challenges, and influence on learning outcomes. The results showed that the AI application had a positive impact in increasing students' learning engagement and motivation. Respondents generally feel comfortable using this application and rate the technology as easy to use. However, challenges such as adaptation constraints, network stability, and doubts about data security are still obstacles. In conclusion, although the implementation of AI applications in online learning has shown positive results, improvements are needed on technical and privacy aspects to maximize the acceptance and effectiveness of this technology. This research makes an important contribution to the development of better AI implementation strategies in online education.
