Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Strategy and Trust on Savings Customer Loyalty at PT BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari (SAN). The population in this study were all savings customers of PT BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari (SAN) with a sample size of 100 people. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling, which does not provide the same opportunity or opportunity to each member of the population when selected as a sample member. This research is associative. The results of this study can be explained where the Marketing Strategy variable has a positive and significant effect on the Loyalty of PT BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari (SAN) savings customers with a regression coefficient of 0.554 with a significant value of 0.000 (<0.05). The Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on the Savings Customer Loyalty of PT BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari (SAN) with a regression coefficient of 0.446 with a significant value of 0.004 (<0.05). While the test results simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of PT BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari (SAN) savings customers with a regression coefficient of 23.568 with a significant value of 0.000 (<0.05). For the test the coefficient of determination gives a contribution of 89.3%. And the remaining 10.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this test.

Abstract

In today's global era, the development of information systems is rapidly advancing and becoming increasingly sophisticated, with nearly all elements utilizing information and communication technology in their daily activities. One frequent activity is the transmission or exchange of data over the internet. However, this advancement also raises concerns about the security of messages or data being sent. To mitigate the risk of message misuse, cryptographic techniques can be used to maintain data or message confidentiality by encrypting the information before transmission. This research aims to combine the Vigenère cipher algorithm with a one-time pad using a random key generated by a linear feedback shift register (LFSR) method to enhance the security of text messages. The research methodology involves generating a public key for the One-Time Pad algorithm using LFSR. The encryption process is initially performed with the Vigenère cipher, and the resulting encrypted message is further encrypted using the one-time pad with a key generated by the LFSR method. This algorithm is implemented using the Visual Basic programming language. The research findings indicate that the combination of the two algorithms, with the random key generated by the LFSR for the One-Time Pad, is capable of enhancing text message security by producing random and unique ciphertexts. By using Modulo 256 and ASCII conversion, random ciphertexts can be generated, thereby reducing the likelihood of message breaches. Additionally, this research provides further insights into the process of text message encryption and decryption.

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian global. Namun, sebagian besar UMKM sering menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan meningkatkan penjualan mereka. Salah satu cara efektif untuk mengatasi tantangan ini adalah melalui peningkatan kreativitas dalam strategi promosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan program pelatihan desain khusus untuk pemilik UMKM dengan fokus pada meningkatkan kreativitas dalam promosi bisnis mereka. Metode pelatihan ini mencakup pemahaman dasar desain grafis, penggunaan perangkat lunak desain populer, dan aplikasi praktis dalam konteks promosi UMKM. Selama pelatihan, peserta akan memperoleh keterampilan praktis dalam menciptakan materi promosi yang menarik dan efektif. Workshop dan proyek praktis akan memberikan kesempatan untuk menerapkan konsep desain langsung pada materi promosi UMKM mereka sendiri. Pendekatan evaluasi yang holistik akan digunakan untuk mengukur dampak pelatihan ini pada kreativitas dan efektivitas promosi UMKM. Survei pra-dan pascapelatihan akan mengumpulkan data mengenai tingkat keterampilan desain, pemahaman konsep promosi, dan peningkatan penjualan setelah implementasi strategi baru. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan praktis bagi UMKM dalam meningkatkan kreativitas promosi mereka melalui peningkatan keterampilan desain. Selain itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman umum tentang bagaimana pelatihan desain dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan UMKM..
