Abstract

A sol-gel method using citric acid has been used to fabricate nano-sized manganese ferrites (MnFe2O4) under different calcination temperatures. The microstructure and surface morphology of manganese ferrite powders were characterized by BET, FTIR, XRD, SEM-EDX, and TEM. The nano-sized manganese ferrite was examined for adsorption of congo red (CR). As the results, the BET showed the decreasing surface area of manganese ferrites to 4.47 m2/g for calcination temperatures of 800 °C. The XRD pattern also indicated the alteration of amorphous phase to the crystalline structure as the calcination temperature increased. In addition, the EDX analysis of manganese ferrite at 600 °C showed the element distribution of manganese, iron, and oxygen. Beside that, the TEM images of nano-sized manganese ferrites showed a concentrated atomic mass in the exposed region in the bulk structure. Finally, the adsorption experiment showed that the adsorption of CR followed the pseudo-second order, and adsorption equilibrium was best described by the Langmuir model. Therefore, this nano-sized manganese ferrite can be a promising adsorbent for dye and textile industry.Received: 12nd April 2018; Revised: 4h July 2018; Accepted: 13rd July 2018

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk rekonstruksi kurikulum, strategi pimpinan, implikasi hasil rekonstruksi dan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam merekonstruksi kurikulum. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriftif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah observasi, wawancara secara langsung dengan sumber data, yang terdiri dari pimpinan pesantren, guru, siswa dan masyarakat di sekitar pesantren, dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan untuk pengujian keabsahan data penulis menggunakan teori trangulasi yaitu wawancara secara mendalam dan berulang-ulang dengan sumber yang berbeda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1). Bentuk Rekonstruksi Kurikulum pada Pesantren Jabal Rahmah Kecamatan Sungai Tarab adalah: pertama, materi pelajaran yang diberikan di pesantren adalah mata pelajaran yang bersumber dari kitab-kitab klasik, kedua, dalam proses belajar mengajar dilaksanakan secara klasikal, dimana diberikan materi keterampilan dan pendidikan berorganisasi, ketiga, dalam pola ini materi pelajaran telah dilengkapi dengan pelajaran umum dan ditambah aneka macam pendidikan, dan keempat, Pengajarannya lebih menitik beratkan pada pelajaran umum. (2). Strategi pimpinan pesantren dalam merekonstruksi kurikulum, yaitu: Mendengarkan ide/saran dari para guru, mengemukakan keinginan dan menjelaskan keinginan pimpinan, memberikan masukan, membagi tugas secara bersama, dan membangun komunikasi positif dengan pemerintah setempat. (3). Implikasi dari Hasil Rekonstruksi Kurikulum, yaitu: Sistem pengajaran dari perseorangan atau sorogan menjadi sistem klasikal yang kemudian disebut sebagai madrasah, diberikannya pengetahuan umum, bertambahnya komponen pendidikan pondok pesantren. (4). Kendala-kendala dalam melakukan rekonstruksi kurikulum, yaitu: Terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana, minimnya dana dan kesejahteraan pengajar dan lemahnya sumber daya manusia (SDM).

Abstract

For reasons of protecting Indonesian Muslim consumers, the Government has regulated the guarantee of halal products by including Halal Labels on each product packaging. However, only 10% of the products on the market have included the Halal Label. Indonesian society, which is predominantly Muslim and reaches 229 million people, should be a potential market for products labeled Halal. There are a number of companies that specifically only market halal products and make the Halal label and product quality as an underdog factor. This study reveals how the influence of product quality, price and Halal label on consumer decisions to buy HPAI products that specifically market Halal products. Based on the Lemeshow formula, the respondents were determined as 96 people from consumers who use HPAI products in Indonesia. The regression analysis conducted shows that product quality and halal labels each influence purchasing decisions, while price does not have a significant effect. This shows that the strategy for product quality and Halal labels implemented by HPAI is correct, so it needs to be maximized as well as a reference for other Halal product manufacturers in increasing their marketing. Because the level of competition between similar products is not too tight, then the price is not a determining factor in the decision. However, price remains a sensitive factor when the level of competition is already high. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Halal Label and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Pasaman Barat masuk dalam kategori daerah tertinggal dan transmigrasi Republik Indonesia, dengan masih banyaknya masyarakat yang kurang mampu dan hanya mampu memenuhi makanan sehari-hari saja. Dengan melihat kondisi perekonomian masyarakat yang besar masih membutuhkan bantuan dari segi pakaian layak pakai maka mahasiswa semester III dengan mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan dibantu oleh beberapa orang dosen membuat suatu kegiatan dengan mengumpulkan pakaian layak pakai untuk disalurkan kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan dengan membuat suatu kegiatan bazar pakaian layak pakai. Dalam hal ini pemerintah nagari membantu untuk menginformasikan kepada masyarakat tentang kegiatan ini. Total hasil penjualan dari biaya penggantian secara cuma-cuma sebesar lebih kurang Rp. 3.500.000 di sampaikan dan dikordinasikan kepada pihak nagari, dan disepakati uang dipergunakan untuk  membentuk pustaka mini untuk tingkat SD dan SMP yang mana para pelajar tersebut sangat sulit  dalam mendapatkan buku-buku untuk tugas sekolah serta menumbuhkan minat baca siswa, Tim juga memberikan buku-buku cerita, tuntunan sholat dan buku yang terkait dengan pembelajaran karakter.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Strategy and Trust on Savings Customer Loyalty at PT BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari (SAN). The population in this study were all savings customers of PT BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari (SAN) with a sample size of 100 people. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling, which does not provide the same opportunity or opportunity to each member of the population when selected as a sample member. This research is associative. The results of this study can be explained where the Marketing Strategy variable has a positive and significant effect on the Loyalty of PT BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari (SAN) savings customers with a regression coefficient of 0.554 with a significant value of 0.000 (<0.05). The Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on the Savings Customer Loyalty of PT BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari (SAN) with a regression coefficient of 0.446 with a significant value of 0.004 (<0.05). While the test results simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of PT BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari (SAN) savings customers with a regression coefficient of 23.568 with a significant value of 0.000 (<0.05). For the test the coefficient of determination gives a contribution of 89.3%. And the remaining 10.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this test.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the two-stay two-stray learning model in Mathematics learning. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 004 Rambah Samo with the research subject of grade IV students totaling 20 students. Each cycle is carried out 2 meetings, where at the end of each learning test is carried out to find out the learning results obtained by students. Data collection techniques are carried out in the form of student activity observation sheets, teacher activity observation sheets and question tests. The learning outcomes of students before conducting research on mathematics learning were obtained by students who completed 50% and those who did not complete 50%. After learning mathematics using the two-stay two-stray learning model, the results obtained in cycles I and II increased in students' average scores and learning activities.  Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the application of the learning strategy of the two stay two stray learning model can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of grade IV students of SD Negeri 004 Rambah Samo

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe financial company's marketing program is aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty. PT. Adira Finance Simpang Empat Branch is very aware of this, so various efforts have been made to build customer satisfaction and loyalty, including through improving service quality and competitive prices. This research was conducted to see the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction and loyalty. When this research was done, there were 6,207 existing customers and 98 of them were sampled through calculations using the Slovin formula. The results showed that service quality and price both partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Meanwhile the satisfaction variable also mediates the effect of service quality and price on loyalty. The implication of the results of this study is that in order to maintain and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, PT. Adira Finance Simpang Empat can continue and improve its service quality and competitive pricing strategy.Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Customer Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak Nikel ferit (NiFe2O4) termasuk adsorben magnetik yang baik untuk polutan organik dan anorganik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan nikel ferit dalam mengadsorpsi amonia dalam air akuarium budidaya ikan mas (Cyprinus carpio). Nikel ferit disintesis dengan menggunakan metode hidrotermal. Pola difraksi XRD dan spektrum FTIR mengonfirmasi terbentuknya senyawa NiFe2O4. Hasil karakterisasi SAA menunjukkan NiFe2O4 memiliki tipe isoterm adsorpsi tipe IV (mesopori), dengan luas permukaan Brunauer Emmet Teller (BET) sebesar 18,6431 m²/g. Hasil karakterisasi SEM menunjukkan bentuk morfologi dari NiFe2O4 adalah bulat dan homogen. Data EDX menunjukkan bahwa unsur Ni, Fe dan O sebagai komponen penyusun utama bagi NiFe2O4. Nikel ferit hasil sintesis digunakan sebagai adsorben NH3 dalam air akuarium dan mampu mengadsorpsi NH3 sebesar 0,26 mg/L dengan efisiensi 96% dalam waktu 3 jam. Model kinetika yang sesuai untuk adsorpsi NH3 dalam air akuarium terhadap NiFe2O4 adalah model kinetika orde kedua semu dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2 = 0,9835), yang menunjukkan bahwa proses adsorpsi antara NH3 dalam air akuarium dengan NiFe2O4 adalah adsorpsi secara kimia Kata-kata kunci: adsorben magnetik, amonia, nikel ferit (NiFe2O4) Abstract Nickel ferrite (NiFe2O4) is one of the good magnetic adsorbents for organic and inorganic pollutants. The aim of this study is to find out the ability of nickel ferrite to adsorb ammonia in aquarium water for goldfish (Cyprinus carpio) cultivation. Nickel ferrite was synthesized using hydrothermal method. XRD diffraction pattern and FTIR spectra confirmed the formation of NiFe2O4 compounds. The results of SAA characterization showed that NiFe2O4 has adsorption isotherm type-IV (mesoporous), with the surface area of ​​Brunauer Emmet Teller (BET) 18.6431 m²/g. The results of SEM characterization show that the morfology form of NiFe2O4 are spherical and homogeneous. EDX data showed that Ni, Fe and O as the main component for NiFe2O4. The synthesized nickel ferrite was then used as NH3 adsorbent in aquarium water and able to adsorb NH3 equal to 0.26 mg/L with efficiency 96% in 3 hours. Kinetics model suitable for the adsorption NH3 in aquarium water toward NiFe2O4 is a pseudo-second-order with the value of determination coefficient is (R2 = 0.9835), which shows that the adsorption process between NH3 in aquarium water and NiFe2O4 is chemisorption. Abstract

This research aims to integrate agroindustry and sustainability development into chemistry learning through the Project-Based Learning model (PjBL) to improve the competence of preservice chemistry teachers. This research employed the qualitative method. The Summer Course program was held collaboratively by Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Institut Pertanian Bogor, and Villanova University. The program was implemented online within six weeks due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The participants consisted of 25 students. The data had been collected through interviews, questionnaires, observations, student portfolios, and reflection journals. Based on the analysis, several projects developed by preservice chemistry teachers increased the application to solve sustainability problems in the agroindustry field. Furthermore, the project was expected to be developed into a natural product that can increase the agroindustry value for coffee farmers. The findings also foster the preservice chemistry teachers to improve their creative thinking, collaboration, higher-order thinking skills, and problem-solving skills. Besides, they developed their communication and collaboration after participating in the program. The paper outline is a project development learning experience in a sustainable field and would be a good resource for student-teacher involvement in teacher education.

Abstract

This community service project aimed to enhance the sales performance of PT Dirgham Art Jaya, a furniture manufacturing SME in Sidoarjo, by implementing integrated digital strategies through social media management and digital advertising. The initiative responded to the company’s minimal digital presence and reliance on word of mouth promotion, which limited brand visibility and market reach. Activities included creating official business accounts on Instagram and TikTok under the handle “sahabatdirgham,” producing engaging visual content with CapCut and Canva, launching targeted advertisements via TikTok Ads and Instagram Ads, and registering the business location on Google Maps. Audience segmentation focused on demographics and interests relevant to home décor and furniture. The program achieved notable outcomes, including increased followers, content views, and customer orders from 5 in May to 8 in June indicating a positive correlation between optimized digital marketing and sales growth. The results highlight the potential of consistent content management, data driven advertising, and multi channel engagement to enhance SME competitiveness. Sustainability recommendations involve continuous performance monitoring, advanced analytics training, and diversification of content formats to ensure long term digital growth and adaptability in the competitive creative industry.
