Abstract

Kepatuhan terhadap Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) merupakan komponen penting dalam manajemen keselamatan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan perawat dalam pelaksanaan SOP asuhan keperawatan di ruang ICU/ICCU RSUD Gambiran Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional untuk mengetahui kepatuhan perawat dan faktor yang mempengaruhi (umur, lama kerja, tingkat pendidikan, motivasi, dan persepsi). Instrumen penelitian menggunakan checklist, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat. Hasil uji analisis menunjukkan ada pengaruh antara motivasi dan persepsi terhadap kepatuhan perawat dalam pelaksanaan SOP. Variabel lainnya seperti umur, tingkat pendidikan dan lama kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan perawat.Kata Kunci: ICU, kepatuhan perawat, motivasi, persepsi, standard operational procedure

Abstract

Upaya efisiensi biaya mutlak harus dilakukan oleh setiap rumah sakit yang telah menyandang status Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) serta menghadapi universal coverage. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi upaya efisiensi perbekalan farmasi di Instalasi Bedah Sentral (IBS) RSUD Gambiran Kota Kediri. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode analisis faktor dilakukan pada seluruh (29 perawat) kamar operasi di RSUD Gambiran Kota Kediri. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang dibuat berdasarkan analisis fishbone hasil wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi upaya efisiensi perbekalan farmasi di IBS adalah pengetahuan terhadap SOP perbekalan farmasi, beban kerja, pengetahuan mengenai cost awareness, pencatatan, monitoring, evaluasi, pengisian kartu stok, penggantian stok yang terpakai, penyimpanan perbekalan farmasi, dan keterbatasan ruangan. Hasil analisis faktor menunjukkan variabel pembentuk faktor berpengaruh terbesar adalah variabel evaluasi persediaan perbekalan farmasi. Intervensi yang disarankan adalah optimalisasi floor stock dengan menempatkan petugas farmasi di IBS untuk memonitor dan mengevaluasi persediaan perbekalan farmasi di IBS sebagai bentuk inisiasi depo farmasi.Kata Kunci: Efisiensi perbekalan, farmasi, instalasi bedah sentral

Abstract

Effective parenting styles can significantly enhance the nutritional status of children. Poor nutritional status in toddlers can negatively impact their growth and development. This study aims to analyze the relationship between parenting styles and the nutritional status of toddlers in RW 11 Posyandu Nusa Indah, Kelurahan Tosaren. This study utilized a descriptive correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. It was conducted in RW 11 Posyandu Nusa Indah, Kelurahan Tosaren, in September 2023, with a sample size of 56 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test with α ≤ 0.05. The demographic results showed that the majority of respondents, 41 individuals (73.2%), were aged 20-35 years, 36 individuals (64.3%) had a high school education, and 29 individuals (51.8%) were housewives. Most toddlers, 31 individuals (55.4%), were male, and 14 individuals (25.0%) were aged 49-60 months. Parenting styles were categorized as poor (9 individuals, 16.1%), adequate (18 individuals, 32.1%), and good (29 individuals, 51.8%). The nutritional status of toddlers was classified as poor (1 individual, 1.8%), undernourished (4 individuals, 7.1%), normal (40 individuals, 71.4%), and overweight (11 individuals, 19.6%). Data analysis indicated a significant relationship between parenting styles and the nutritional status of toddlers in RW 11 Posyandu Nusa Indah, Kelurahan Tosaren (p-value 0.027 < 0.05). There is a significant relationship between parenting styles and the nutritional status of toddlers in RW 11 Posyandu Nusa Indah, Kelurahan Tosaren.

Abstract

Pharmaceutical services are an integral part of the health system and are essential in realizing quality health for the community. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach to provide an objective picture of the condition of pharmaceutical services at Faeyza Farma Pharmacy in Banyuwangi Regency. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to patients and families of patients who visited the pharmacy. Sampling was systematically randomized to ensure the representativeness of the population under study. The results showed that most patients were satisfied with pharmaceutical services at Faeyza Farma Pharmacy, with an average value of the gap between expectations and a tiny realization of -0.06. Based on patient satisfaction standards based on five dimensions, most patients are satisfied with the services at the Faeyza Farma Pharmacy, with an average satisfaction percentage of 80%, which is in the satisfied category. Based on the Importance and Performance Matrix Analysis, all question items in the questionnaire related to the five dimensions of pharmaceutical services at the Faeyza Farma Pharmacy are in quadrant II, which indicates that the service is good and needs to be maintained.

Abstract

Pneumonia is an acute infection of the lung parenchyma, consisting of alveoli and interstitial tissue on chest X-ray. The purpose of this study was to identify the pattern of antibiotic use in pneumonia patients and obtain accurate data on antibiotic use in pneumonia patients and also analyze the results of data collection on antibiotic use and the rationality of antibiotic use. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the sample of this study were pediatric patients aged 1 year to 5 years who were diagnosed with pneumonia from 2018-2023 at the Hospital in Kediri City. The results of the study obtained the age of pneumonia patients at most at the age of 2 months - 1 year as many as 24 children, most pneumonia sufferers were male, obtaining 22 children. Overall, this study obtained rational results in the analysis of the quality of antibiotic use.

Abstract

Digital literacy is the knowledge and skills of users in using digital media. Exclusive breastfeeding behavior is the knowledge, perception and attitude as well as real actions of mothers and their environment towards exclusive breastfeeding. In overcoming obstacles by finding the best solution so that they can continue to provide breast milk for up to 6 months. The study aims to determine the relationship between the role of digital literacy as a source of health information and family support for the success of Exclusive Breastfeeding practices. This research design uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional epidemiological study approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies aged ≥6 Months - 2 Years with a maternal age range of 20-35 Years. The sampling technique used was a quota sampling technique. Data collection was in the form of an online questionnaire in the form of a google form link. The result of this research is the total 130 respondents, 91 respondents succeeded in providing exclusive breastfeeding while 37 other respondents were unable to provide exclusive breastfeeding to their babies. The test results showed (p = 0.646) that digital literacy did not have a significant role in the success of exclusive breastfeeding practices. While the results of the Chi-square analysis test on family support showed a value (p = 0.088) that family support also did not have a significant role in the success of exclusive breastfeeding practices. Other supporting factors are needed that must also play a role so that there is real action from the mother to provide exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

Stunting remains a health problem that threatens the quality of life for future generations. Pharmacists have the potential to play a strategic role in supporting stunting prevention programs. This study aims to explain the role of pharmacists in supporting stunting prevention programs in Tulungagung. The research method used was descriptive observational with qualitative and quantitative approaches through a cross-sectional design. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire using a total sampling technique from pharmacists and stakeholders related to the idiom 7 pharmacies and community health centers. The results showed that stakeholders had high motivation and positive perceptions of the teaching program. Statistical analysis proved opinions about program (p=0.003) and pharmacist motivation (p=0.007) had a significant influence on the success of implementation. It was concluded that pharmacists have an important role in education, supplementation, and early detection, but optimizing this role requires strengthening systems, training, and policies that support cross-sector collaboration.

Abstract

The elderly population residing in nursing home requires special attention, because elderly people often have diabetes, hypertension and other chronic diseases which require them to store medicines to be taken regularly every day. Therefore, elderly people are required to understand drug management, namely how to obtain, use, store, and dispose of drugs. Inadequate understanding of medication management for the elderly in nursing home can cause damage to stored medication, resulting in a decrease in the effectiveness of the medication. The aim of this activity is to increase the understanding of elderly in terms of medication management. The community service method is in the form of a seminar with the opening stages, material presentation, and closing. The results of the activity lasted for 3 hours with 30 participants, and presentations from 4 speakers on the topic of how to obtain, use, store and dispose of medication properly and correctly. This activity went very well and the evaluation was calculated at the end. Through this educational activity, participants gain an understanding of how to obtain, use, store and dispose of medication properly and correctly so that medication can be used optimally and avoid swallowing expired medication by elderly people in nursing homes.
