Abstract

Munculnya Covid-19 pada awal Mei 2020 di Kabupaten Lombok Utara (KLU) yang menyebar di setiap kecamatan hingga pada Oktober 2020 telah menginfeksi 114 orang dengan jumlah korban meninggal 5 orang. namun Minimnya kemampuan pemerintah dalam penyelesaian pandemi covid-19 sehingga dalam hal ini perlunya keterlibatan berbagai pihak yang berkolaborasi dalam menyelesaikan masalah pandemi dalam hal ini pemerintah perlu melibatkan elemen masyarakat sipil, tokoh masyarakat, LSM, Perguruan tinggi/ akademisi dan stakeholders lainnya dalam merumuskan, merencanakan, dan melaksanakan suatu kebijakan terkait penanggulangan Covid-19 di Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Berdasarkan uraian diatas, dapat ditarik sebuah rumusan masalah yakni Analisis Urgensi Penerapan Collaborative Governance dalam Penanggulangan Covid-19 -19 di Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara secara mendalam dengan pemerintah KLU yang menangani masalah Covid-19. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah Kabupaten Lombok Utara telah menerapkan Collaborative Governance dengan melibatkan tokoh masyarakat dan melibatkan beberapa Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat secara maksimal dalam penanggulangan covid-19. Serta, tetap berkolaborasi dengan berikap kooperatif terhadap NGO yang berada diluar organisasi satgas yang dibentuk.

Abstract

The Poetry Writing Training Workshop in North Lombok Regency aims to improve writing skills, literary appreciation, and strengthen local cultural identity. This activity produced 50 original poems compiled in an anthology. The positive impacts were seen in the increasing interest of participants in writing, awareness of cultural preservation, and the formation of an active literacy community. This article reviews the methodology, results, and implications of the workshop for the development of local literature and culture. It is hoped that similar activities can strengthen the literacy ecosystem and build awareness of the younger generation towards the importance of cultural expression through literature.

Abstract

Pengaplikasian pola komunikasi yang efektif antara masyarakat dan pemerintah merupakan salah satu ujung tombak dalam penanganan persebaran Covid-19. Kendati demikian, pola komunikasi pandemi di Indonesia masih didominasi oleh persebaran berita bohong dan anggapan konspirasi. Hal ini menyebabkan kolaborasi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam menghadapi krisis pandemi sukar untuk dibangun. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisa pola komunikasi pandemi di daerah, dengan mengambil objek Kabupaten Lombok Timur sebagai salah satu daerah dengan angka pandemi terbesar di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Tepatnya di tiga kecamatan yang dipilih secara purposif berdasarkan jumlah persebaran kasus tertinggi, yaitu Kecamatan Selong, Kecamatan Sakra dan Kecamatan Pringgabaya. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif, dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa jenis pola komunikasi pandemi yang diterapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi pandemi pemerintah Lombok Timur menggunakan pola rantai, yang dilakukan melalui tiga jalur, yaitu komunikasi tatap muka, media massa elektronik dan above the line, serta media sosial. Hambatan komunikasi terletak pada belum dilakukannya segmentasi audiens di masyarakat, sehingga menghambat pemilihan jalur komunikasi yang efektif. Juga belum diadakannya evaluasi terkait efektifitas media komunikasi, sehingga pemerintah belum memiliki gambaran terkait tingkat keberhasilan penerimaan pesan selama pandemi di masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Pola Komunikasi, Komunikasi Pandemi, Komunikasi Organisasi, Covid-19.

Abstract

Community service activities in the form of village governance training organized by the Mataram 45 University Government Science Study Program for village officials in Bentek Village aim to increase the capacity and understanding of village officials in managing village government effectively and transparently. Training methods include theoretical presentations, case studies, as well as discussion sessions and direct practice to apply Good Governance concepts. Evaluations are carried out to measure the increase in knowledge and skills obtained by participants, as well as their impact on the efficiency and accountability of village government. The results show a significant increase in the understanding and practice of village governance in Bentek Village, illustrating the commitment of the Mataram University 45 Government Science Study Program in supporting village government capacity building in Indonesia

Abstract

Journalistic News Writing Workshop with the theme "Producing Creative and Innovative Contemporary Citizen Journalism" in Bentek Village, North Lombok. This activity was designed using a participatory method, involving material presentation, group discussions, simulations, and direct practice. The training materials covered basic journalistic concepts, news writing techniques, journalistic ethics, and the use of digital media. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of journalistic literacy, news writing skills, and awareness of the importance of ethics and information verification. As many as 90% of participants succeeded in publishing news through digital platforms by utilizing creative content presentation strategies. This activity makes a real contribution to supporting a healthy and responsible information ecosystem, while strengthening local community participation in the process of delivering quality news. Through instilling journalistic literacy, it is hoped that a citizen journalism community will be formed that has integrity and has a positive impact on society

Abstract

Local culture is a collective identity that is an important foundation for development based on local wisdom. However, the flow of globalization and modernization has caused the erosion of cultural values, especially among the younger generation. This community service activity aims to increase awareness and active participation of the younger generation in preserving local culture in North Lombok Regency. The method used was holding a cultural discussion forum which was held on February 11, 2025 in the Hall of the North Lombok Regent's Office, involving 100 participants from youth elements, policy makers, cultural figures, and the arts community. The results of the activity showed high enthusiasm and active involvement of youth in the discussion, as well as the emergence of a number of strategic recommendations, such as the integration of cultural values ????in the education curriculum, strengthening the role of women and indigenous communities, and utilizing digital technology for cultural promotion. The conclusion of this activity shows that cross-sector and generation forums are able to encourage the formation of a sustainable cultural ecosystem, adaptive to developments in the times, but still based on local values ????that are the main strength of the North Lombok community.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out to address various challenges faced by Community Reading Parks (TBM) and literacy communities in North Lombok Regency, particularly related to weak managerial capacity, lack of program innovation, and minimal partnership networks. The main objective of this service is to improve the capabilities of TBM managers and literacy communities in institutional management, sustainable program development, and the use of digital media to promote literacy. The implementation method was carried out through a participatory approach that included interactive lectures, group discussions, experiential learning, work plan preparation simulations, and evaluation through pre- and post-tests. The activity, attended by 40 participants, resulted in increased competency in understanding the principles of TBM governance, developing needs-based programs, and strategies for strengthening collaboration between institutions. In addition, participants successfully developed a simple work plan as an initial step in strengthening the village literacy ecosystem. The results of theservice demonstrate that the participatory mentoring model is effective in encouraging the independence of literacy communities and strengthening the grassroots literacy movement in North Lombok.
