Abstract

West Nusa Tenggara is one of the provinces in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia which has two large islands, namely Lombok Island and Sumbawa Island with a central government located in the city of Mataram. Lombok Island has a variety of traditional culinary and has its own uniqueness, for example is Ares which is made from young banana or kedebong banana. However, there is another problem behind the traditional culinary diversity on the island of Lombok, namely the lack of knowledge of young people about traditional culinary on the island of Lombok. The purpose of this service is to make a traditional culinary book that discusses the traditional culinary on the island of Lombok. This design uses design thinking method in order to get the right problem solving solution in designing the work. The traditional culinary book "Negeri Lombok" was composed with so many visual markers such as the songket keker motif and a variety of photography that displays the traditional culinary of Lombok so that readers more quickly recognize and understand the content delivered. to want to learn and preserve the traditional cuisine of the region.

Abstract

AbstrakKabupaten Lombok Utara adalah salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat yang dikenal dengan keindahan destinasi wisatanya. Salah satunya adalah wisata air terjun Tiu Pituq yang resmi dibuka pada tahun 2017. Lokasi wisata ini merupakan ekowisata yang mengutamakan aspek lingkungan dan keindahan alam. Sebagai salah satu obyek wisata yang memiliki luas ± 2 hektar tentunya wisata air terjun Tiu Pituq memerlukan sign system yang informatif dan komunikatif untuk para wisatawan yang berkunjung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menciptakan desain sign system yang dapat menyampaikan informasi secara tepat dan memiliki ciri khas tradisional serta memiliki daya tarik tinggi sehingga para wisatawan yang mengunjungi dapat menemukan dan menikmati semua fasilitas atau spot-spot yang ada di air terjun Tiu Pituq. Guna mendukung peneliti dalam proses perancangan sign system di lokasi tersebut maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara, survei lapangan serta dokumentasi dari lokasi air terjun Tiu Pituq. Adapun hasil dalam Penelitian ini adalah karya desain sign system dengan penerapan konsep tradisional sign system, dengan suasana yang tetap menyatu dengan alam, dimana hal tersebut dapat membuat para pengunjung merasakan atau menikmati suasana alam sekaligus dapat mengetahui cerita rakyat yang terjadi di lokasi wisata tersebut. Kata Kunci: desain, ekowisata, traditional, sign system, tiu pituq  AbstractNorth Lombok Regency is one of the regencies in West Nusa Tenggara Province. It is known for the beauty of its tourist destinations. One of them is the Tiu Pituq waterfall tour, which officially opened in 2017. This tourist location is ecotourism that prioritizes environmental aspects and natural beauty. As one of the tourism objects that have an area of ± 2 hectares, of course, the Tiu Pituq waterfall tour requires an informative and communicative sign system for tourists who visit. The purpose of this research is to create a sign system design that can convey information accurately and has traditional characteristics and other than has a high attractiveness so that tourists who visit can find and enjoy all the facilities or spots in the Tiu Pituq waterfall. To support researchers in the process of designing sign systems at these locations, this study uses qualitative research methods by conducting interviews, field surveys, and documentation of the Tiu Pituq waterfall. The results of this study are the Sign System design work with the application of the concept of the traditional sign system, an atmosphere that still united with nature, where it can make visitors feel or enjoy the natural atmosphere while being able to know the folklore that occurs at the tourist site. Keywords: design, ecotourism, tiu pituq, traditional, sign system

Abstract

AbstrakPulau Lombok memiliki kekayaan seni budaya khususnya cerita rakyat yang terancam punah yang semestinya wajib dilestarikan karena memiliki nilai pembelajaran moral untuk generasi muda Suku Sasak. Adanya serbuan cerita-cerita impor yang dikemas dengan menarik baik dari segi penceritaan dan visual menjadi salah satu alasan cerita rakyat mulai ditinggalkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melestarikan kembali cerita rakyat Lombok yaitu Doyan Nada melalui media komik. komik yang merupakan media yang mengunakan unsur storytelling dan visual diharapkan mampu  menjadi media yang tepat untuk cerita rakyat merupakan media yang tepat sebagai media komunikasi bagi generasi milenial di era society 5.0. Perancangan dilakukan dengan metode Design Thinking guna mendapatkan solusi pemecahan masalah yang tepat dalam merancang karya. Dalam perancangan karya komik ini, cerita Doyan Nada akan dibagi menjadi dua buku dimana akan memfokuskan pada development karakter dan pendekatan visual yang imajinatif  sehingga dapat menarik perhatian pembaca. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah komik yang berbasis cerita rakyat Doyan Nada untuk melestarikan cerita rakyat Lombok yang ditargetkan untuk pembaca usia remaja. Kata Kunci: cerita rakyat, Doyan Nada, komik, Lombok, suku sasak AbstractLombok Island has a wealth of cultural arts, especially endangered folklore, which must be preserved because they have moral learning value for the younger generation of the Sasak tribe. The invasion of imported stories which are packaged attractively both in terms of storytelling and visuals is one of the reasons why folklore is starting to be abandoned. Based on this problem, this design was created with the aim of preserving Lombok folklore, namely Doyan Nada, through comic media. Comics, which are media that use storytelling and visual elements, are expected to be the right media for folklore, which is the right media as a communication medium for the Millennial Generation in the Era of Society 5.0. This design is carried out using the Design Thinking method in order to obtain appropriate problem solving solutions in designing the work. In designing this comic work, the Story of Doyan Nada will be divided into two books which will focus on character development and an imaginative visual approach so that it can attract the reader's attention. The final result of this research is a comic based on the Doyan Nada folklore to preserve Lombok folklore targeted at teenage readers. Keywords: comic, Doyan Nada, folklore, Lombok, sasak tribe

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Menggala Village and identify factors that influence the process, both supporting and inhibiting. By using a descriptive method, this study describes the phenomenon of ADD management systematically and objectively, without testing or controlling variables. The results of the study are expected to provide valuable input for the village government in improving the effectiveness of ADD management for the welfare of the community. This study adopts the theory of Community-Based Development (CBD) and Participatory Budgeting (PB), which emphasizes the importance of community participation in the planning and management of ADD through Musrenbangdes. In addition, this study also shows the role of social capital and adaptive governance, which facilitate mutual cooperation and flexibility in managing development projects. The use of digital technology in financial reporting and the implementation of multi-layered governance and e-government support transparency and accountability. Overall, this study concludes that the application of participatory and transparent principles in ADD management contributes to increasing the effectiveness of village development. This approach not only strengthens public trust but also increases community involvement, creating more inclusive and sustainable development in Menggala Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana analisis resepsi penonton terhadap isu “primitif” pada program acara reality show Primitive Runaway episode Negeri Di Atas Awan Suku Sambori pada kalangan mahasiswa Bima di STMIK Bumigora Mataram. Teori encoding/decoding dan relasi kuasa sebagai acuan dengan metode penelitian analisis resepsi. Dari hasil analisis beberapa informan dengan latar belakang suatu adat dan budaya yang berbeda menunjukan posisi dan dan identitas yang berbeda pula. Penonton menginterpretasikan teks media sesuai dengan keadaan sosial dan kebudayaan tertentu. Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan mahasiswa yang berasal dari Bima yang melanjutkan perkuliahan di STMIK Bumigora Mataram, baik yang asli Bima maupun pendatang. Informan Didi sebagai masyarakat pendatang di Kabupaten Bima menyimpulkan sesuai dengan yang disaksikan di acara Primitive Runaway, ia meyakini bahwa masyarakat Sambori merupakan masyarakat primitif. Namun, informan Wulan yang merupakan penduduk asli Kabupaten Bima yang mengetahui segala kebudayaan dan adat istiadat masyarakat Sambori menegaskan komunitas Sambori bukanlah masyarakat primitif, justru ia menuding pelaku media berusaha membalikkan realitas sosial komunitas Sambori agar mendapatkan keuntungan materi dari acara tersebut.

Abstract

The Poetry Writing Training Workshop in North Lombok Regency aims to improve writing skills, literary appreciation, and strengthen local cultural identity. This activity produced 50 original poems compiled in an anthology. The positive impacts were seen in the increasing interest of participants in writing, awareness of cultural preservation, and the formation of an active literacy community. This article reviews the methodology, results, and implications of the workshop for the development of local literature and culture. It is hoped that similar activities can strengthen the literacy ecosystem and build awareness of the younger generation towards the importance of cultural expression through literature.

Abstract

Jeringo Village is a village located in Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency. A common problem that occurs is the reallocation of the use of Village Funds in 2020 causing many activities or programs to be abolished. This happened because of the COVID-19 pandemic which required the Village Government to allocate Village Funds for disaster, emergency and urgent village management, namely to handle and overcome the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, in this case namely for Village Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-Village). ). Based on the description above, the author is interested in conducting deeper research on Village Fund governance during the COVID-19 pandemic and the factors that hinder village fund governance in Jeringo Village, Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. What is being proposed is how the Village Fund is managed during the COVID-19 pandemic and what are the inhibiting factors in Village Fund governance during the COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in Jeringo Village, Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency.

Abstract

Community service activities in the form of village governance training organized by the Mataram 45 University Government Science Study Program for village officials in Bentek Village aim to increase the capacity and understanding of village officials in managing village government effectively and transparently. Training methods include theoretical presentations, case studies, as well as discussion sessions and direct practice to apply Good Governance concepts. Evaluations are carried out to measure the increase in knowledge and skills obtained by participants, as well as their impact on the efficiency and accountability of village government. The results show a significant increase in the understanding and practice of village governance in Bentek Village, illustrating the commitment of the Mataram University 45 Government Science Study Program in supporting village government capacity building in Indonesia

Abstract

Journalistic News Writing Workshop with the theme "Producing Creative and Innovative Contemporary Citizen Journalism" in Bentek Village, North Lombok. This activity was designed using a participatory method, involving material presentation, group discussions, simulations, and direct practice. The training materials covered basic journalistic concepts, news writing techniques, journalistic ethics, and the use of digital media. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of journalistic literacy, news writing skills, and awareness of the importance of ethics and information verification. As many as 90% of participants succeeded in publishing news through digital platforms by utilizing creative content presentation strategies. This activity makes a real contribution to supporting a healthy and responsible information ecosystem, while strengthening local community participation in the process of delivering quality news. Through instilling journalistic literacy, it is hoped that a citizen journalism community will be formed that has integrity and has a positive impact on society

Abstract

Lagu Bayar! Bayar! Bayar! karya Sukatani merupakan ekspresi musikal yang menyuarakan kritik tajam terhadap praktik pungutan liar dan korupsi yang dianggap telah mengakar dalam institusi kepolisian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana lirik lagu tersebut membangun wacana perlawanan melalui perspektif teori Pierre Bourdieu, khususnya konsep habitus, modal, dan arena. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis, studi ini mengungkap bahwa lirik lagu tidak hanya menampilkan keluhan individual, tetapi juga merepresentasikan pengalaman sosial kolektif yang dialami masyarakat ketika berhadapan dengan struktur kekuasaan yang timpang. Habitus masyarakat yang tertekan oleh relasi kuasa tercermin dalam ungkapan satir dan nada protes yang muncul dalam lagu. Sementara itu, modal simbolik dan budaya yang dimiliki Sukatani dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana untuk menantang dominasi aktor-aktor yang berada dalam arena kepolisian. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa musik, dalam konteks ini, berfungsi sebagai medium kritik sosial yang efektif dan mampu mendorong kesadaran kritis terhadap ketidakadilan struktural. Dengan demikian, lagu ini menjadi bentuk resistensi budaya yang mengungkapkan ketidaksetaraan ekonomi sekaligus memobilisasi solidaritas masyarakat terhadap perubahan sosial.   Kata Kunci: Wacana, Korupsi, Pierre Bourdieu, Kritik Sosial
